Fantastic place to pop by for a great lunch with a friend.A catch up over a fabulous food and wine was exactly what we needed. The service was great, the staff was very attentive and my friend had her birthday, so they came with a candle on her dessert.Definitely will be back and I would highly recommend the yellow fin tuna, the burrata with red and yellow beets with faggiolini/ char-grilled greens salad.

Our party enjoyed a beautiful lunch. Service was great. The menu is a surprise with lots of different flavours in all the dishes. The fish dishes were fabulous, the starters have to be tried: scallops, the cured tuna and lambs saganaki terrific. Mains: duck leg great as were the pork belly and cod. Wine list composed of many local options and worth exploring. Very enjoyable.

Fantastic food and service. We took in our 1.5 year old, as we are nervous about him making noise or messy or fussy about food. It can be difficult being new parents. All the staff where great. Had my son laughing his head off and waving to everyone he loved his food. We had amazing food and drinks. Such a wonderful place. Can’t wait to come back again. Very well priced for the quality of food and service.

Happened to be in the area and saw the great reviews so booked ourselves in. Great customer service and food not only looked great but also tasted very good. Highly recommend the soft shell crab roll and beef rib. Overall it is a pricier meal than usual but a good treat.

Such a beautiful, Instagramable place, yet… the food is actually really good here! 😍 We really enjoyed our entrees, both the tuna and calamari were fresh, flavourful and had different delightful textures. Our mains were also very good- hubby had a beef short rib that’s falling off the bone - so tender! My soft shell crab roll was delicious too! The kids loved their kids meal, although nothing really healthy in the choices they offer, the fish and chips portions were huge, the macaroni and cheese was demolished by my kiddo within seconds.

Each dish was plated so beautifully, and tasted just as good as it looked. The atmosphere was amazing, the restaurant maintained a low noise level although completely packed. The staff were extremely attentive and patient with explaining each dish.

Good service. Waiters are friendly and helpful, especially Ally. The food is amazing. Duck leg is very delicious, as well as the potato chips. Pork could be more tender but the sauce is 😋 too. The presentation of every dish is impressive. Desserts are tasty. They even have cushion underneath the tables incase you bump your knee into the table. Overall a thoughtful restaurant. 10🌟 $66 per person for high quality meal.

Impressive! The website and ease of booking after a search for somewhere to go is what drew us in. Then, the beautiful greeting (all smiles) from all staff was very accommodating. Great menu catering to all tastes, with very tasty and beautifully presented food. The service was excellent with plenty of attentive and friendly staff. Classy venue with awesome bar and courtyard. A little gem tucked away and parking was abundant (as it’s off the main strip).

Wildgrain is a beautiful venue. Fresh, immaculate, airy. The food was absolutely delicious. My family enjoyed oysters & the strawberry vinaigrette was so yummy I dipped my bread into it! My sister & I had lamb shoulder & greens - mouthwatering. My husband, the soft shell crab & my father the lamb & saganaki croquettes. Our waitress was knowledgeable & prompt. Awesomeness all around! Highly recommended.

Was able to dine at Wildgrain during the week, and their service was amazing. Staff were very attentive, the food was exceptional. Easily one of the best restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula, and the best in Mornington by far. I highly recommend the Beef Short Rib, and their chips are a great pairing alongside the beef.

What an absolutely amazing experience. The food is 5 star as is the setvice. We had the crab and the quail for starters and trout and chicken for mains with a side of zucchini. My taste bud went to heaven. Congratulations to the staff and Chef.

Amazing food, with gluten free options great cocktails and wine list. Staff were very friendly and helpfull with menue selection. Slow cooked beef short rib was superb.Will come again.

A hidden gem restaurant with delicious food and drinks! We experienced lovely table service, friendly, helpful, service staff. We had delicious food, flavours to pleasant tasting flavours with a nice variety of food and drinks to select from the menu’s. Great place to go as a couple vs or with a group The Wildgrain restaurant caters for all. Highly recommend.

We totally got ignored by our waitress several times. Dessert was completely misleading (basically was a "triffle," not a mille- feuille) and extremely messy to eat.

Had a really nice catch-up with friends here recently. Lovely food and ambience. I had a small issue with a dish, but the restaurant happily refunded me no dramas. Hot tip- try some of the refreshing and really original spritzes! Highly recommend Wildgrain!!

Beautiful food and exceptional service!! A small mistake was made with our order but was quickly rectified with many apologies. The lamb shoulder was melt in the mouth soft, soft shell crab risotto perfectly cooked and the rainbow trout amazing. The sauces with all dishes were delicious. My new favourite restaurant 😊

What a wonderful restaurant. Fantastic service as soon as you walk in. Food is delicious and would highly recommend the short rib, lamb shoulder and steak tartar. Good drinks selection menu, their branded Wildgrain IPA is refreshing and my grandma loved the espresso martini.

A beautiful lunch! We started with the Horamasa kingfish ceviche, for mains we had the hot smoked free range chicken, and the baked rainbow trout fillet. All incredible. The deserts were delicious too. Everything was fabulous. We will be back 💗💗💗
