I
attended
to
the
Chadstone
store
for
eye
test
on
Sunday,
well
it’s
a
different
experience.
The
eye
test
doc
was
amazing,
professional,
nice,
straight
to
the
point,
fantastic
customer
service,
and
she
gave
decent
advises.
However
with
the
shore
staff
I
didn’t
feel
comfortable
at
all.
I’m
an
old
customer
of
their
store
and
I’ve
purchased
fairly
a
few
pairs
of
glasses
during
the
3-4
years.
I
booked
eye
test
only
that
day
because
I
felt
like
my
glasses
are
getting
different,
and
planned
to
get
new
glasses
after.
but
I
didn’t
have
time
to
look
at
new
glasses
that
day
because
I
had
plans
with
my
friend.
I
told
them
so
on
the
phone,
at
the
store
for
at
least
3
times.
I
though
to
do
a
test
first
and
come
back
to
choose
the
frames
later.
Since
from
the
very
start,
the
staff
kept
asking
me
the
questions
and
giving
quotes,
although
I’ve
told
them
I
was
just
up
to
the
eye
test
on
that
day.
After
the
eye
test,
I
asked
the
front
desk
lady
who
is
in
short
hair
style
if
I
can
get
the
report.
She
rejected
me
for
the
first
time
without
even
looked
at
me
and
then
said
she
can
send
the
email
to
me
but
not
responsible
for
the
result
if
I
don’t
purchase
with
them,
with
a
very
cold
face.
Well,
I
hadn’t
thought
of
going
to
somewhere
else
for
the
purchasing
before
she
told
me
so,
now
I’m
seriously
considering.
By
the
way,
3
days
has
passed
and
I
still
haven’t
received
the
result.
I
like
Oscar
Wylee
because
I
like
their
design.
But
at
least
I’m
going
to
that
particular
store
anymore.
I
felt
like
I
would
be
treated
like
sh**
If
I
don’t
purchase
anything
there,
even
I
was
a
loyal
customer
who
even
likes
to
recommend
Oscar
Wylee
to
her
friends!
