I have been a customer of Anton for 15 years. I have just purchased a beautiful pair of earrings to add to my collection of stunning jewellery from Anton. I just love shopping at Anton, I am always made to feel very welcome by the lovely, friendly staff and it is one of my favourite shops to visit. My daughters now shop there and recommend their jewellery to all my friends and family.

My wife and I bought a wedding diamond ring in Anton. Kenny is very enthusiastic and chose the most suitable style for us. This should be the best choice in our budget. Follow-up Kenny also actively communicated many details with us, which made us feel very happy. Thank you very much for the perfect wedding ring recommended by Kenny. I think I will first ask him for advice when choosing jewelry next time.

Don't come near the place if you expect any kind of service. Staff had no respect for my heirloom ring or for me. I dare say consultant had no idea what the piece is, nor what she was talking about. I had wanted it cleaned. I have emailed the company but have had no response. Avoid.

When I reached out to them, Melina promised that it would take at least three weeks for me to receive my ring. Melina immediately went to work and delivered! Sesil and the team have been incredible over the years and buying an engagement ring was such an exciting process with Anton's. The after sales service to go with it has been amazing from resizing to cleans and pouches. No other jeweler made us feel like our purchase really mattered to them. The experience with Ivana and Anton was absolutely amazing. I was a bit nervous when stepping into Anton because the ring I saw on the website was not there, which means I need to order customised ring and it is normally more expensive (from my personal experience after shopping the ring for 2 months lol). But to my surprise, the price was even cheaper with higher diamond rate. Ivana spent so much time to give me the best advice I need and helped me a lot in negotiating the best price for me. Once I made decision on the model that I want and made deposit, she is still around to give me suggestions on the ring detail (such as the claw colour, diamond rate, ...), all to give me the perfect ring that I was looking for. We recently purchased a breathtaking diamond ring from Anton Jewelry Chadstone. Whilst we had attended other high-end jewellery stores in Chadstone,(Tiffany, Piaget, Chaumet, etc), we ultimately found the most beautiful setting and diamond at Anton’s, with a far better diamond grading & price than all of the other boutiques. The process of selecting and purchasing our ring at Anton’s was far more personal, especially with the assistance of Kenny. It was my first time purchasing a diamond ring at Anton Chadstone. Kenny is the salesman who served me. He is professional. He provided me many customise options and wide range of diamonds to select inside of my budget. It was such a great deal and smooth experience.

This was a year ago… I fell IN LOVE with this ring. Look how stunning it is. It needed readjusted 3 times, because it was being measured wrong. The third time it came back, a diamond fell out just before our wedding day. At this stage I was totally fed up with the whole process (and this ring wasn’t cheap) I just asked for a refund at that stage, which they granted, and I deleted my negative review. However, we’re almost a year on, and the Snapchat memories are popping up… I realise that I’ve never ‘got over’ that whole process. No ring compares. In hindsight, I feel more should have been offered to allow me to keep my stunning ring, I’m still upset about it and in reality, will never find a ring like it.

Unsatisfied with the customer service that I received from the sale advisor. My partner and I purchased a necklace on 7/6/2023. The SA promised that the necklace would be delivered in 2-3 days. However, I have to call to follow up again on 13/7 as I still haven’t received any text or call to update about my purchase. After the call, I finally got the tracking number and a text message. On Monday 19/6/2023, I sent him a text message to let him know that the parcel was still in transit and I haven’t received the item yet. He then asked me to call the Startrack myself to follow up with my parcel. how could a SA ask your own client to contact the Startrack company. I have purchased lots of luxury items from different brands and never need to call to follow up as I believe that is the SA responsibility to follow up for your clients. The SA from different brand always call TNT, Startrack or Fedex to follow up for the clients on their behalf. The SA did not even offer further action to help to follow up with my purchase. I am an easygoing person and should have received the same customer service with other clients as purchasing 2k necklace should not be treated like this. Anyway, I had to contact the Startrack myself and arranged with them. I will not come back to purchase again and please train your staff to provide better customer service. Thank you.

I went shopping for gifts for my wedding anniversary. I always liked Anton‘ jewellery I saw a beautiful set of sapphire and diamond necklace and earrings at their Boutique. The key was that kenny, their handsome salesman, was very patient and helped me try it on, explained the quality of the jewelry to me, answered all my questions, very professional. Knowing that the day was our 20th wedding anniversary, he also gave us a small gift. It can be said that this shopping is a very good experience. I will go to fill my jewelry box again!

Secile is a force of nature! She could sell ice to an Eskimo – but in a GOOD WAY! I am the most difficult, cynical, suspicious and (did I mention) CHEAP shopper in the world. But Secile sold me (for my long-suffering partner) a vivid-yellow diamond ring that sparkled like the Milky Way, but was (surprisingly) within my budget…it took a bit of very honest argie-bargie about the Western capitalist market place, and my very small place in it, to reach a bargain. But through it all, Secile was patient, informative, lively and yes, vivacious. I could not recommend her highly enough. Go there! Join the queue waiting to see “si! si!” Secile.

Start to shopping in Anton for years, which was from window shopping to be real shopping. I was wondering how it survived from lots of luxury watch and jewelry retailers in Melbourne as it is a medium sized family business. Finally I found the answer: Aussie family business. Not like other big retailer from all over the world with multiple rules, Anton is a classic and pure Aussie store. Bring great customer service at most time, however making customer upset occasionally---jus like the reviews, I mean who can do perfectly all the time?I'm the lucky one I had great customer service since I step into the store. As a watch fan, I highly recommand Anton to who r intrested in IWC and Longines as it has good relationship with them. No matter limited edition or hot sale popular models, the friendly staffs would try their best to get it for you. The most important is the staffs have wild knowledge about their products. Want know pearl, diamond or watches? Jus get in the store and take a seat, the staffs would tell everything u want to know.

When I arrived the lady said that they could help then couldn’t help then they could help they couldn’t help. Long story short I was sent away and they advised they no longer deal with Raymond watches.

I LOVE Anton’s!!! Both my engagement ring and wedding band were made here. We were recommended to go here from a friend, and I can see why! If I could give 0 stars I would.. Theres this one old asian lady who's got glasses. She is the worse to speak to. No respect what so ever. Up herself and RUDE! Not just her theres another asian lady who has promised to get back to me on quotes upon a set jewellery pieces. Have been waiting for months and no reply.And the funny thing is the next visit I popped by, she recognised my face and ignored me :) good job. I have had great services so I'm not saying all of their staffs but honestly some of these people don't take their customers seriously, really just don't care.Better off spending your hard earnt money elsewhere where you feel more valued as a person!
