Jagan and his team are the best in Seychelles, they will go above and beyond to give you the best treatment and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency with a painful tooth and my regular dentist was unavailable. So I reluctantly visited PSM Dental clinic hiding my anxiety towards dentists. I was amazed by the professionalism shown from the reception to the dentist. The dentist promptly relieved my pain and advised me what needs to be done on the long run. They politely said that "I'm free to go back to my regular dentist to continue further treatment should I wish so". Thank you for your prompt assistance. I will definitely visit again.

On our lifetime journey to Seychelles, I had experienced a severe tooth pain. It was Friday, Jan 3rd that we tried calling PSM Dental for several times - unsuccessfully. We then tried to come to the address - but the office was closed. On Saturday, we came again, at 11:10 (their working hrs is till 11:30 on Saturday). There was no clients in the waiting room. I explained to the receptionist the problem and begged for the doctor to see me. It was my last chance as on Sunday, we were leaving to Praslin where there are no dentists. The lady kept rejecting me. Following my pursasive explanation, she went to ask doctor and returned with final no. They were my last chance. I was in terrible need. Customer experience = zero.

I felt very well looked after there. Got an emergency appointment straight away. The doctor was very kind and sensible because of my pain and the ladies there really were friendly and nice. I'm very glad that I chose to go there. Thank you for your great service!

Very impressed with the quick availability of emergency examination, rapid diagnosis with full explanation of the problem, pre-treatment advice and medication prior to necessary extraction. During extraction informed about all stages and entire procedure accomplished without pain or discomfort. Given medication for the follow-up care and a week later re-examined and given advice on further options for continuing care and possible tooth replacement. In addition to this complete satisfaction with all aspects of the procedure, the cost proved unexpectedly acceptable. Thank you for coming to my rescue during my Seychelles stay!

I had my tooth extracted last month at a government dental facility. The following day after the extraction, I experienced severe pain from the tooth socket which escalated to my head and ear. It was unbearable! I went back to the dentist who extracted my tooth and as per his consultation I was recovering just fine. The pain persisted for a couple more days and got even worse day by day. As I am currently residing close to PSM dental clinic, I decided to pay them a visit with the hope of getting proper treatment to take my pain away. Upon arrival at the clinic, the reception staff and nurses was welcoming and helped me throughout my dental journey. The dentist managed to identify the underlying issue with my tooth socket and appropriate treatment was done. In a matter of days my pain reduced and I got better and better. I highly recommend PSM Dental care. PSM was recommended to us from a doctor friend. Care for my and my parents' few dental issues was offered by Dr Jegan at PSM. Once we addressed our dental issues, he examined and promptly gave an accurate diagnosis and management plan. What we appreciated most was the expertise, time given to provide optimal care, from start to end, and above all the clear explanations with drawings and vedios, which gave us great insight & reassurance. Furthermore, PSM dental has the "latest technology" from digital x-rays, Laser treatment & more. I was amazed. I have been to many dentists overseas as well, but I never experienced such High quality care. All the staffs from PSM are very friendly, kind & helpful. I have been on vacation on July 2023 on Mahe. I had bad tooth pain. It was Friday and at the hotel they told me that there is no dentist working on Saturday. But I found one on internet (PSM dental) and it said that they are open on Saturday. I wrote a message and PSM dental clinic reacted within 1 hour. They told me to come on Saturday in the morning. From the moment when I came, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Dentist identified my problem and started with root canal treatment. When finished I also got painkillers from them for the rest of my vacation. I write these reviews because I would like to people know how perfect and incredible the dental staff at PSM dental clinic on Mahe is. And, I would like to THANK them again for helping me.
