I
went
here
for
a
spa
day
with
my
husband.
We
both
had
hot
stone
massages.
I
made
the
appointments
in
advance
using
the
online
booking
system.
The
online
system
makes
it
difficult
to
book
for
two
people,
and
needs
a
lot
of
work.
I
had
to
cancel
and
rebook
multiple
times
because
it
would
not
allow
me
to
add
people
or
change
services.
The
masseuse
I
had
was
not
well
versed
in
massage
techniques
and
I
was
left
with
excruciating
back
pain
which
I
did
not
have
before
entering
the
spa.
I
did
not
want
to
write
this
review,
but
after
days
of
pain,
I
decided
it
was
absolutely
necessary.
The
masseuse
was
not
attentive
and
after
dropping
me
off
to
change
back
into
my
clothes,
she
did
not
redirect
to
my
next
appointment.
I
had
a
regular
manicure
done
in
which
the
technician
was
experienced
and
extremely
talented.
I
am
very
happy
with
my
manicure
and
the
excellent
customer
service
I
received
from
her.
My
pedicure
was
done
by
another
technician
who
seemed
new,
as
the
other
technician
(mentioned
above)
had
to
redirect
her
multiple
times.
She
did
not
use
acetone
to
remove
gel
nail
polish,
just
a
file
which
she
was
very
rough
against
my
skin
and
left
me
with
an
open
wound
because
she
was
not
careful.
In
the
process,
she
also
ripped
off
a
chunk
of
my
great
toe
nail
trying
to
aggressively
remove
the
gel
nail
polish
without
acetone.
She
then
rectified
the
situation
by
filling
in
the
gap
as
recommended
by
the
other
nail
tech.
I
gave
two
stars
for
the
excellent
manicure,
but
other
than
that
I
do
not
recommend
this
spa
which
I
really
wanted
to
love.
