Partially in the shade, partially under the sun. Definitely will bring water or cash. I recommend to park closer to the trail and not close to the bus stop otherwise you will have an additional 15-20 mins walk up the hill at the end. There are 2 vendors that sell coconut water and water, but cash only. The beach is not crowded at all and there is plenty of shade.

Lovely little beach(es) and a beautiful trail leading there. Takes you just one hour, easy to find your way, perfectly marked trail and the view is spectacular. Take your snorkeling gear, because the view at fish playing between the underwater rocks in the bay is just as good!

Amazing beach with great colours and good snorkling. Sand is a bit more gritty than most beaches in seychelles but its fine. Some nice coral πŸͺΈ and bigger sized fish than other places however not as many. The trail is really nice and worth the 1hr walk to see this picturesque beach. Water is very refreshing post the walk. I would recommend getting the bus to the trail head and getting a boat home to keep the chilled vibes going

One of the best beaches in Mahe island. What I loved most is that this is a secluded beach, but with a paradise bar with drinks, refreshments and food to enjoy the day in the wilderness. You can reach this beach either by taxi boat or by a hike through the forest, roughly 30 mins. We took the hike and would definitely recommend it, it is not that hard but please wear the shoes instead of slippers, saw some people in slippers which is at least unpleasant to walk.

I really enjoyed the trail that leads to the beach. Beach is beautiful and it has a bar, where you can buy drinks and order food and there are toilets and a shower. I would recommend visiting this beach 🏝️

One of the best beaches in Mahe! The hiking trail is really worth it, passing through a great natural forest and with a stunning views over the ocean and Silhouette island. The beach is like the best prize at the end. You can also indulge yourself with a great coconut on the beach. Must be seen and experienced.

Charming beach as very few people have shown up there due to time consuming hike. Remember to put on good shoes and take a couple bootles of water.

Beautiful beach! We were there in January, the waves were too big to go snorkeling. It was fun to be there and play in the water

One must hike or take a water taxi to this amazing isolated beach. The beach itself is rather small and high tide will cover most of it. Keep this in mind when choosing a spot to sit. There is a fantastic open air restaurant serving amazing grilled fish, all supplied by boat. My favorite beach in Mahe

Small beach which could get overloaded during daylight. The best time to visit is either early morning or at sunset.

not the most beautiful but definitely the BEST beach on MahΓ© - because of the cold river!!! the walk here is demanding but worth it (and the views breathtaking).

Definitely a must-do on the island of Mahe. Great for a day trip with various activities (hiking, snorkeling, hanging out on the beach, having a drink at the beach bar). The hike there takes ~45-60min and should be feasible for most people.

Nice beach, lonely if you get there in the morning, easy way with a little bit up and down. Nice and easy to swim.

I love this beach. Verry peaceful, clean waters. You have to walk 2 to 3 km to reach it. No shops to buy anything. Water bottle and something don't drink and eat but don't spoil nature. Sea is cristal clear but rocks are there under water which is with very sharp corals and barnacles. So mind while you swimming and jump into the water. Very beautiful and colourful fishes are there and if you having swimming goggles you can sea the underwater beauty also.

Lovely well marked trail. Lots of stunning views along the way, we even saw a Seychelles kestrel. Good exercise and you can cool down as well as relax on the beach before returning!

Very nice beach (actually 2). Nice to swim, nice to relax. And has a bar with drinks. And you may take a water taxi in both directions, every one hour.
