They never pick calls.Very inefficient

Good delivery service but customer service towards calls !!!!! That’s frustrating!

I've been waiting over a month for my shipment. It has finally arrived. They call me on Saturday I missed the call and called them back 20min later. They then told me I am late they are closing now. I need to call back on Monday. Monday after calling 5 times I get through and the lady says my package is available for collection when I've paid for delivery. I told her her I did not request to collect and to please have it delivered. It is now Wednesday I have called 6 times and no response. Please someone needs to contact me, because this is unacceptable and your staff is unprofessional. Contact no. 2 644 807.

Letter sent to wrong address in May 2020 and after 4 months, nothing positive done. Completely unreliable service in my case!

I gave one star because I couldn’t give less.They never answer calls.I’ve been trying for days now.They fail to deliver packages on time.

I have had excellent services from dhl. Couriers are faster from Europe to Seychelles, it takes much longer for a letter to move from one office to another in Victoria. No offence, just the way it is!

Good services from DHL Seychelles, the office can be found in the middle of Victoria, on Huteau Lane.

Fast and professional. No issues with deliveries, so far.
