The beautiful JJ was super kind and fit me in very last minute to fix my hair that had been completely ruined by another hairdresser. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was extremely embarrassed about my hair and left me feeling beautiful. Thank you so much :)

On a Saturday afternoon my girls (8 and 10) wanted to get a last-minute piercing, and suggested Hairhouse. I was a bit skeptical given some non-piercing-only places, but my 10 year old said the reviews were good, so we went in. Despite it being after 5pm (they closed at 530), Maddy was so easy to deal with; no air of "hurry up I need to go home" which some places have. She was great explaining things without my girls hearing (i.e. she avoided saying the word needles so they didn't panic; she got them distracted so she could let me know pricing options before offering them to the girls, etc.) which was awesome, and then when my younger daughter panicked and wanted to stop, she was so chilled out, gave her options, and was really relaxed so that my daughter. Honestly, I've been pierced a number of times myself, but Maddy was just brilliant, especially with the kids. She made everything easy and without a doubt she's where I'll go back for any future piercings! If you want to get your kids' piercings done, I'd say without a doubt go here - she uses the right piercing technique (not guns), and yes it's costlier than going to a chemist or Lovisa, but you'll get things done properly. I don't usually leave positive reviews unless the experience was really outstanding, and in this case, it really was!

I was charged $350 for a hair colour (Pink). Then one week later, all the colour is gone. So disappointed with your service. If someone wants to waste money, this is perfect to it.

I had a piercing done by Maddy at Knox. One of the other staff members was very friendly and talked to me while I worked up the courage to get the piercing. She was very encouraging and enthusiastic, and actually swayed me to go through with it (I had chickened out 4 times before). Maddy is a great piercer and appears to know what she is doing. Very gentle and quick. I’d recommend going here for any piercings. Loving it.

Needed help with my daughters ear piercings after being given poor advice about removal from a different piercing venue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My daughters earrings needed to be re-inserted and piercer Jess was very lovely and gentle with her. Thank you Jess!

My 8 years old daughter had her ears pierced last night with Maddie. The room we had it done was very clean. All the instruments were laid out neatly on a wheeled table. It felt like being in a doctor's office, felt very professional. We used the needle method, and even though it wasn't pain free (well it's a needle after all), my daughter didn't cry. She didn't even wince, make any sounds nor squeeze my hand, it was bearable. She just took a deep breath and hold it till it was done. Maddy did her job swiftly and it was over in a very short time. Then Maddy took her time to talk to us about the aftercare. We chose the titanium earrings as I wouldn't want to do it any other way (my skin is very sensitive so I don't want to risk it with my daughter). My daughter's ears are looking great this morning - no swelling at all, you wouldn't know it's just been done. Just perfect. I'm so glad we did it there. She was so estatic with her new earrings. I walked into Hairhouse Knox almost in tears after an awful colour job done at another salon. Phil was very understanding and he reassured me he would be able to fix everything for me. He definitely didn't disappoint! Professional, knowledgeable, easy-going, he turned my brassy hair into icy blonde and gave me a stylish haircut that suits me perfectly. He knew exactly what to do! I am so happy I went to Hairhouse Knox and trusted them with fixing someone else's disastrous job.

A big shoutout to Lorna at the store!! She is such an amazing person! She was so patient and suggested the most amazing products for my hair. She even checks in to see if the products are working for us or not. Absolutely recommend her for all your hair issues!

Had my double nostrils done today by Alex, they were very nice and made me feel very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Every piercing I’ve had done at hairhouse Knox has been very professional and the appointments are never rushed, they always take time to find the perfect position for the piercing and they explain things very well and the piercers will always have a genuine chat with you before and after the piercing. The piercing room is also very sterile like a doctors office, that also means you can’t have friends or family in the room which could be stressful for some people that need more emotional support but as I said before, every piercer I’ve seen there will always have a good chat to make sure they feel less like a stranger.

I cannot thank the team at Hairhouse Knox enough. Today, Phil rescued me when I was so upset. He was so kind, patient and reassuring and made what was a very bad experience into a great one. I also love Jess, the piercer at the studio here. So friendly and helpful, I just adore her! I am so grateful for you guys. Thank you so so much.

I had Jess take care of me today when I got a piercing done. I’m prone to fainting and ended up having to stay back until I felt okay enough to walk and she was so patient and understanding and helped me out in any way that she could. Amazing person and very professional. Love the piercing too 🥰

I had my 1st visit with her a month or so ago and have come back fortnightly to get even more done! Lucy & Pina were outstanding with great ideas to colour and manage my curly hair, which is hard to find. Recommended products and I love the amazing results, thank you. The amazing apprentice ’Maddie’ fixed my botched hair colour..(too many blonde highlights gone yellow due to not being toned properly!) Had an amazing experience today! My partner needed hair colour items and advice and I bought some new products for my hair and the ladies who served us were exceptional. I can’t recommend Harehouse at Knox enough! The staff are 10/10. I got my hair done there today, and I’m so happy with my haircut. More than that though, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I asked my hairdresser a million questions and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. The floor staff out in the shop were so lovely and friendly towards me and especially my son, they all took the time to speak to him, they made him feel very special. Nikki was amazing at helping me choose a hair colour and talked me through the whole process of colouring my hair at home. I am not a local to Knox, but I will now make the 40 minute trip to have my hair done on a regular basis because the customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

I am literally blown away by the amazing customer service of Rachel at the Knox Store. Walked in with student list of things needed and she went above and beyond to find them and order things in for me. She explained the difference in products and did not push to sell me expensive items. Above all she interacted with my young child who was bored and tired and made him feel welcomed and thanked him for his patience. Ive been to the salon twice in the last week, first for a quick blow-wave with Leanne and then for Keratin with Liv. Both staff members were absolutely lovely and took a lot of care when doing my hair. The retail staff have also always been very kind and helpful when asking a million questions about mine or my daughters hair needs!

Lorna was such a delight to be served by! Asked for advice on changing my hair colour. She not only guided me but gave me step by step written instructions. She went above and beyond and even called me to follow up on products. What a gem you have Hairhouse Warehouse Knox!

I had the Cut & Style with JJ and Ella. Ella did a treatment for me too and my hair came out feeling amazing. They were both super lovely, gentle and professional. Great service :)

My mum came in to get her usual touch up that she has gotten many times, but this time it was done by JJ (never done from her before). She was very lovely, we told her to do exactly as written on her record. But unfortunately for some reason she completely ruined the streaks. I don't know why when the hairdressers note down the colour mixture, it should not have been any different. Her usual streaks have a golden brownish colour to them, but this time they were white. When we told her this doesn't look right she straight away said dismissively this is only 2 shades lighter than the roots, without any effort to try and fix our concern. My mum was very upset and disappointed after spending a lot of money and not being satisfied at all with the results. This is the first time she has gotten a result like this as we always love hairhouse knox.

Sue was so incredibly helpful! I ended up with a faulty product that I ordered online and ended up throwing out the packaging and deleting the confirmation email (oops), but Sue helped me exchange the product with bank transaction proof. Thank you again Sue, you were such an amazing help!
