If i could give a -0000 i would. This hotel was soo dirty they have no maids so nobody to clean the rooms. The blankets were stained an wet an they smelled horrible. The shower had hair an soap marks. The toilet had toilet paper in it an pee marks . They have roaches and jus everything completely dirty. When telling the owner he said okay just dont come back. Service was horrible never coming back

Absolutely disgusting! For a hotel that charges almost $90 a night I expected more. There was hair on both sides of the pillows. Non smoking room smelled more like a Vegas casino. There were stains on the towels and sheets. White stains on the top cover!?! When I flushed the toilet after using, water rushed from under the toilet flooding the floor. This room was the nastiest I have ever seen. When I complained to the front desk they just said "ok". No offer for a new room, refund, or anything. Wow just wow. When asking for a refund (of my mistake booking)I got denied of course. I packed it out of there and refused to Stay. Avoid at all costs! Side note - I booked the wrong night by mistake due to Hotel.com's app and was forced to book the current night at the hotel.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 NEGATIVE 10 STARS. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. They charged a $60 deposit on my credit card and never returned it. If they ever do, I'll update the review, but I don't think they will. The motel is infested with cockroaches and other critters. Apparently, it's a dangerous area because they never open the office door. All the furniture is old and barely standing. They don't have any movie channels.

My friends friend got me a room here because I didn't have I'd but to tell you the truth this place was a total waist of money because it was for sure infested with bed bugs and I didn't get any rest because the bed is where I saw about four total and just the thought of it makes me itch. The place was disgusting. I hope they give refunds. It Don't even deserve one star in my opinion

Most dirtiest smelling mold infested room i have ever been in poor customer service gives you the run around. Robbed me of 2 days stay stating they will give me a refund but nvr did nor did i get my deposit back.

The front desk clerk is super rude and a 🫏 And they don’t have the continental Breakfast So don’t believe their description of the hotel And yes they have cockroaches

Not a bad little place right off the freeway. Its actually pretty quiet, rooms are clean and cozy. Microwave, fridge, and TV what more can you ask for. Right around the corner from food and town.

Health Dept should really do a pop in on them because this place has been neglected for so long. They do as little as possible for their customers paying way more money than they deserve. I've been to old rundown hotels, but they at least try to make up for it by actually having it cleaned properly for they're customers stay. You won't find that here because they like slum lords who hate everything in they're miserable lives. They've just given up on caring. Everything looks like it's from the original spread. Don't believe in buying new towels because an old stained up towel is what ya get. I would never bring little kiddies there. You can get better care for the same price anywhere else.

They say they clean but room we got had cookies and chips between night stand and bed. The towels were blk and brown dirty. The ice machine ice came out with blk stuff and bugs. If you book on line they try to rob you. They won't refund you any money If you decide not to stay. No smoking rooms smell like smoking rooms. They should shut this place down. It's not habitable for anyone to live in or stay in.

The towels and wash cloths were very dirty. The tub was also dirty. The blankets were dingy and the top one had a hole in it. You guys can do a lot better.

Stained towels, just gross atmosphere in general. You get what you pay for if you're paying for a motel room in California for under $70 a night. Won't ever stay here again.

I’ve been booking this place multiple times now. It’s quiet nobody bothers you. Great same price every time and I always get my deposit back. If you didn’t . Most likely it’s because you left room trashed or towels went missing..

The owner tried pulling a quick change scam on us. He initially charged us a price that was $5 more than what was listed then attempted to break down the charge into three in an attempt to overload us with numbers and sneak in as little as $5 to $40 more depending on how things would have ended up. When we began asking questions about why the amount we were being charged didn't match the receipt and why there were so many additional numbers, he got upset and cancelled most of the charges then told us to go away. (We're still waiting on one charge to clear, actually.) I live near the area and I can say that it is also in a fairly run-down area. Stay far away and always ask questions when money is involved.

First room was non smoking room. Dirty with burn marks all over the carpets. Got switched to a new room that was worse! OLD FOOD FROM THE GUESTS BEFORE WAS ON OUR COMFORTERS AND SHEETS! CRUSTY OLD FOOD! The pillows had weird brown look stains on them. The mattress skirts on the bottom of the beds even had good and brown stains! Doesn't the bedding get washed after each use? The bathroom had long black hairs on the floor that weren't ours, and piles of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. And MOLD on the shower curtain. When I went to tell management they simply said "sorry we can tell Housekeepingfor next time" not offered to change our room again. Not offer any compensation. 140 dollars for a NASTY DISGUSTING room! Save ypur money and go somewhere that actually washes their bedding and doesn't have burn holes thru the whole carpet of the room and avoid mold poisoning trying to just shower. This place should be shut down for sure.

No stars from me. Room had roaches, no servicing because they had no works, plus i only received 3 towel’s because they had none. OH AND YOU WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT RETURNED. They steal deposits, thats why u cant pay in cash. ONLY CARD

Clock roaches, customer service was horrible. Homeless everywhere Wife went to visit son. I went to get a coffee .. forgot my key. Came back with Drivers license. Explained. Wouldn’t walk me to the room or make me a key. I have my ID, drove in with my wife. My wife called. It’s8 am. Really? She has to drive all the way over. Phkn ridiculous. I’m a gramps. I have my book my bag and my teeth in the room. Good luck

I would give them a -5 if I could. Bed was broke and creeked, a/c doesn't work and then there is a supposedly a sensor on tv that looks like a Camara and said tv wouldn't work if u turn it around (that's b's)

Best value in Victorville, and the service is great. I stay on random weekends and they have the best AC in Victorville. I have been in 4 rooms so far and all of them had a decent fridge and microwave and were ice cold within an hr. There is an free ice machine The price is great being second lowest in the high desert but unlike the other hotel it's very clean and feels much safer.

We stayed there bout 5 yrs ago. They were a horrible hole in the wall. 1st. RM we had, had a nasty smell so we requested another RM. 2nd rm they to put us in had a double beds only one of the beds had a huge body sized dent in it. Nd as it was already late in the nite nd at that point no other motels were available, we took it... Then found out it was infested with roahes and also half the plugs in the RM don't work.. And when we went back to tell them in the morning. They got upset and tried to start a fight with my hubby.. But when he realized that this was not going to work in his favor he decided to call the cops and lie sayin my hubby jumped over the counter to attack him ..... Once I said please go check the camera.. The lair came back with the cops and gave us back our money.. NEVER GO THERE

Horrible experience, overall. Rude customer service, Dirty room, dirty linen, soiled carpets, the water from the faucet left a slimy residue? It was horrible
