August is the time for concerts at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park. On stage, The music was ample, food trucks were abundant and even the Hesperia parks and recreation department staff represented their city as well with a population tent selling popcorn. The starry night and a full moonlit nightwas the perfect Back drop for this event. It was a perfect time for a sunset walk. Nice cool breeze. All the visitors at the park seem to be at peace too. The other visitors were playing coed soccer or skate boarding.

We really enjoy the Summer night concerts. It's fun, you can bring your own food, kids love it and it's FREE!

It's a nice walk around area, for bike riding, skate boarding, roller skating, walking with your family, and or alone for a nice stroll/exercise. Has a beautiful little waterfall fountain in the middle. Near Hesperia Library and Movie Theaters. Also every Tuesday the High Desert Farmers market from 2-7pm. Lots of vendors of all kinds, must go, everything so cute, yummy & affordable. Yes they also take credit/debit cards.

Super nice park. Great for plotting down or for a little walk. Toy area is very limited, not very friendly for small children. There's really nice water fountains and next door to the movie theaters

Thank you Hesperia for putting a great National police Day My Daughter and 3 grandkids went . They loved it. I think my favorite were the Search and rescue dogs and the Star Wars troopers. The kids loved the Bounce house, and face painting, and the search and rescue dogs. Then a Fireman that taught the kids all about the fire truck was so great with the kids. All the police, Sheriff, Highway patrol, firemen were also great to see them walking around. Thank you for a great day with my Grandkids.

To be honest I wasn't in much of a rush to get over there. But once I arrived and saw the vast difference in food trucks and offerings, the many beautiful arts and crafts and creative offerings it became a wonderful outing. Great breads! Mediterranean delights! Freeze-dried goodies! Beautiful woodwork in the form of decorative and useful items. I look forward to the next one.

My family loves this park and frequent it often, but it's been about 2 weeks since I've last been and the last time we went it was taken over by older dudes on skateboards which wouldn't be an issue if they weren't trashing the place. Went today and saw that the issue only worsened because some of the bricks around the fountain areas had been broken and thrown in the water... a few homeless who were obviously under the influence were now camping out near the stage area, one having a melt down in the grass... trash is beginning to pile up in the water... people not picking up after their dogs...I know it has nothing to do with the city itself, but rather the visitors, which is a real shame because I saw this park as a safe place to visit. It would be nice if the city would hire some security, I know plenty of people seeking employment, so why not kill 2 birds with one stone? Additionally, it would be awesome if the playground was more friendly for all ages of kids, and a lot larger considering the amount of visitors :)

Beautiful park love to go here and ga g out after we go to the movies. Feel super safe here. People show up in the morning and early evening to walk the park. Summer time there's always activities here.

The park is a great area for picnics, sports, and just anything spacious. I do feel like the playground needs to be updated. Adding slides and swings would be amazing. Also a bathroom would do wonders or at least leaving the porta potties open to the public!!

Came to the Farmers market, it was nice with lots of vendors. Bought some snacks while there. There's a little playground for kids.

For a park, I feel like they could've added much more for the kids to play on. It's really a tiny portion of the giant park, so I don't think that was well thought out. I do, however, enjoy the amount of parking options and the farmer's markets that are held here.

Went on a Sunday and not crowded at all. Walked some good laps. Nice, sunny and breezy. Plenty of parking.

There is literally only one “walking/running” route. Which is better than all the other parks, but the side walk tends to get crowded easily. Also this park has no bathrooms. On event days they have port a pots but they aren’t always open! And the playground kind of is terrible. It would be nice to see this park make some minor improvements.. especially since they seem to do more events here lately. This parks location with lime parks amenities would be incredible.. but I understand costs.

I really enjoy shopping at the Farmer's Market. You'll find Healthy Tasty Produce, Home Preserves, Baked Goods: breads, pastries. Try the long purple grapes that look like miniature cucumbers, delicious. I'm grapeful they sell them. Hah. There is a multitude of Vendors selling their arts and crafts that would make perfect gifts for any occasion and items that you may not find in the commercial world. Give it a go if you haven't attended. The atmosphere is pleasant with a bit of approaching Halloween Chill and always protection provided by the local law enforcement. Don't forget to Howl at the Moon, get in the Spirit.

Its fun tp go and relax a bit and get under some shade trees and out of the heat. Concert was fun. Not a very good play area for toddlers though.

The market place on Tuesday's starts at 2pm till dusk. Excellent food vendors and one hell of a face painter to entertain the kids. OMGFACEPAINTING They also have a produce vendor that has high quality local fruits and vegetables. Some local eggs and honey as well. Great place to spend an easy hour.

Wonderful park, you can walk your dog, skate ride your bike or scooter. There’s a part with grass where you can play soccer or have a picnic. It’s a very nice place, but the location isn’t the best. Overall I do recommend going there.
