Since we've lived here (3 years) we still haven't found a simple family doctor. The Dr. It's really very nice and great, there's nothing you can say... Hence 3 stars for him. However, it is very difficult to even get into the consultation room. The telephone is very rarely manned, you often come to the ordi and NONE of the staff is there. Only patients who are waiting until no one accepts them. Once you're logged in, you usually wait forever. So that's just not humane. If I have to go to the doctor then I'm not feeling well and then something like that. I almost collapsed twice because I had to wait in line. Really bad....

I can't understand some of the reviews here. Yes, sometimes it's difficult to get through, but that's probably because he was the only statutory health insurance doctor in German Wagram until recently. And it doesn't guarantee that the phone isn't busy. The receptionists often do 5 things at the same time and have to receive patients on the phone and of course those on site. Appointments are not taken seriously; you'll get to them at some point. Apparently it's common practice there for the doctor to snap at his receptionist! DO NOT come back

Doctor is great! BUT if I call 12 times I somehow expect someone to pick up. It's always a matter of luck whether you get someone on the phone...
