The must go bar for the young and young at heart!!! Really nice staff who speak English and are ready for all orders. Nice atmosphere, good music and really "dirty shots". My personal favourite is the "cum shot".. and as you can guess...yup.. really messy😜. It's a fun place to hang out with pals and get really crazy. It would be a shame to visit Vienna and not try this bar 😉

The attitude of the employees is really great and there is so much variety in drinks and shots at reasonable prices. I can spend every night there. The staff was really great and friendly. My next choice in Vienna will definitely be there :) 🤙🏼🤟🏼👌🏼

Travel shack is the place to go to hang out in an international crowd. The place gets REALLY busy at the weekend, so it becomes quite difficult to find a spot let alone to have a proper discussion. But the atmosphere is cool. There is a dancing pole for the brave or stupid and their shots have got funny names so you will have fun choosing and drinking.

Great party as a tourist! Many other tourist and you have the choice between dance and karaoke! At the end of the night you might have some trouble for retreiving backpacks and its 50-50 nice personel and mean people. Great night however!

An unexpected but very pleasant surprise during our visit to Vienna. We arrived before ten o'clock, when the atmosphere was still relatively calm, but within the next hour the club was filled with an unbelievable number of people considering its small size, and a real party started, which lasted almost until the morning hours. If you want to visit a club in the city with an authentic atmosphere where local and foreign visitors mix casually, drinks at great prices flow, bartenders have a wide variety of original shots in stock, good music is playing and everyone is having a great time on and off the dance floor, then this is the place for you!

Travel shack is always a fun time. It’s a bar that offers cheap drinks, a karaoke room, a strip pole and a game room with a foosball table and pool table. If you’re looking for a classy night out then this is not the place. But if you want a fun and a bit cringe night out then this is the place!

Nice place to go with a friendly vibe and other tourists. Not too expensive, and we enjoyed playing pool. Minus one star as some of the bar staff were fairly rude at times. We accidentally gave them wrong coin and also trying to order few drinks and they keep repeating the price over and over and rushing us.

Colin, stratos, and Daniel were the nicest people I have ever met! They were amazing and gave us the best service! I would absolutely recommend anyone to come to travel shack to come meet these wonderful people! 10/10 experience! Thank you travel shack!!!

It was an okay bar with good prices. Don't stay too late though. People get really sloppy drunk after 1 PM. I got threatened by one of the customers, but the barkeeper solved it well.

I’ve been here few years ago and this year as well. If i go 100 more times in Vienna, i’ll you in Travel schack 100 more times. The place is fenomenal. It is very cheap, with happy hour and many more promotions. I’ve drank the biggest gin and tonic for 6.80 €. The atmosphere is very cool with all people hanging out together. There is a main “room” where most people drink and dance, but there are 2 smaller rooms, one is with huge TV for football projection, pool table, table football and photo booth and the second room is for karaoke. This is a must place for every tourist and student in Vienna.

Had a great time there, the bartender was very friendly and chatty. They have different "happy hours" for different times. The one we had was from 8-10pm buy one get one free for the spirit mix or cocktail. Did not have any food there, can't comment on that.

had loads of fun nights in travel shack the past few weeks! it’s a great bar for interrailers and young people. the staff were all amazing but we especially loved the bartender daniel, he was always having a laugh and a wonderful karaoke host! will have to come back next time we’re in vienna😆

Awesome place in Vienna, especially for people who are used to going out at night (everything is closed after 9-10pm except travel shack). This is the only place in Vienna we went every night during our holidays and had a blast every time. Staff were all laid back and cool, good variety of beers and great shots. While you don't have to do shots to have fun, they have many great ones that I haven't seen anywhere else. Overall 10/10, most negative comments don't know what they're talking about, I really have nothing bad to say about the place. I guess the bathroom smells a bit but that's what bar bathrooms do . Who cares Don't even think about it and go there it's worth it

Must visit for anyone travelling to Vienna! The place has got an amazing vibe.. they have a pool table, karaoke room, a dance flor with a pole too! And the drinks are amazing and fun.. you will meet people from all over.. :) I've always been hereate at night jts open till 4am..

This place is dirty, it stinks very badly everywhere, not just in the WC and the drinks are like a joke. I’d prefer to pay 3€ more and get a proper drink, rather than one made out of energy drink from the white label discount 2L plastic bottle. The floor is sticky beyond the normal in a night club. Good ol' Travel Shack. Normally is a touristy place, which means it's usually full and has good party environment. Especially since the smoking ban started!! I could finally enjoy it again. I have to take one star off because of the long drinks, not good. Even if they're cheap, go with the beer to be on the safe side of things. The pole in the background and karaoke makes it varied and entertaining (a lot of spontaneous dancers hahaha)

It's a nice bar, if you like a casual place to sit. Mostly crowded but good to play pool and foosball. The music is a relief as it's non-techno unlike the other nighclubs in Vienna. The bar tenders are super fast and efficient. Tip: carry cash, because they charge 3 euros for every transaction on card and they charge a round figure on card. Example: your bill is 22 euros, so they will charge 30 and return you the balance in cash.

Vibe is good but music is not... Tuesday are for Erasmus Stammtisch I guess so be ready to be stuck somewhere inside :) No drinks allowed outside is not a good rule. Please use Pfand system like in Germany. Sometimes people gotta breath fresh air ;)
