👍👍 This place was great! Staff, atmosphere - just everything! Staff was so friendly, coming over and talking to us and really made us feel welcomed (even at close😂) and helped me find my ring without asking! Would come back here when returning to Vienna! People often mention good, service,

beer tastes like butter, bar smelled like sweat, and we had to wait a bit long for our order. All in all nice restaurants, good atmosphere!

Gross and dirty with REALLY rude service and a 20€ minimum spend on card, with no pre warning and despite the fact you’ll want to leave after your first drink! Maybe because we’re English - oh wait it’s a British pub…

I love this billiard bar. Great beer, high quality pool tables, prices lower than competition, what is there more to ask??

Fast and friendly service. The prices were fair. The drinks were cold. Clean bathrooms. Tv with soccer game playing. No problems with communication. They accepted card payment. We enjoyed the lizard pub!

Nice "English" decor and good music of the style that would be played in the UK. A good experience.

Staff is friendly and attentive, menu has a good variety of beers and the rates for darts and billiards are pretty cheap. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back night out!

Had a lot of fun and left a lot of money there after playing for 7hours. But the service just wasn't great. I mean you'll definitely always have a full glass but friendlyness seems to be overrated especially from the older guy.

went in last night around 7.30pm, sat at a table which had a note with "reserved from 8.30pm" on it. I wasn't planning to stay longer than half an hour, so didn't think there'd be a problem. but there was! waiter (40s/50s, short grey hair), came over after a couple of minutes and told me that the table was reserved and I'd therefore have to move. i pointed out that the reservation wasn't until 8.30. He said "no, that's a mistake, it's just reserved," and crossed out the time on the piece of paper. I asked when the people were going to come and he replied, impatiently, "15 or 20 minutes. Just move, please." A little rude, I thought, even though he did say please. What struck me as strange was that there was an identical adjacent table with no reservation and the same number of seats around it, and all he had to do -- rather than having me go to the bother of moving (myself, my coat, bag, computer etc) was move the reservation-slip from one table to another! I ended up staying a bit longer than anticipated -- long enough to see that nobody actually came to the reserved table until shortly after 8.30pm, making me conclude that the reservation was indeed always for 8.30pm. Overall I think this is a very strange (and somewhat inexplicable) way to treat a customer. And it's a shame, because the pub is otherwise OK, with good Guinness. But there are other places in the city just as good where the service isn't so gratuitously annoying/mystifying.

Excellent billiards tables: Server was friendly and management was accommodating. I did not plan to spend the minimum credit card charge amount and the manager waived the minimum and allowed my to charge a lower amount. 8 EUR per hour is a good rate for the excellent tables. Very enjoyable evening.

Fast service, wide variety of beers, great tables (9.5€/hr), and a very accommodating owner (thanks so much again for the book!). P.S. Would be great to have french fries / potato wedges on the menu!

😐 The pizza was so good! I’d definitely recommend the place for the people around the area. The atmosphere and the waitress were too nice. The only negative thing about it was the waiting time for someone to come and take my order, and again for someone to bring me the check.
