2
and
a
half
stars.
Went
there
on
a
Wednesday
at
7
pm
with
my
boyfriend.
(
This
is
coming
from
a
point
of
view
of
a
hospitality
employee
)
We
were
quickly
seated
and
the
Host/
maybe
Manager
pulled
out
my
seat
which
was
a
nice
touch.
The
restaurant
was
almost
empty
there
were
maybe
5
other
tables
at
the
time
we
arrived.
It
took
my
boyfriend
and
I
a
while
to
choose
from,
what
we
presume
was
the
Plats
du
Jour
menu,
as
there
were
only
6-8
Items
on
the
menu
and
none
of
them
really
spiked
any
interest
in
us.
(
very
subjective
ofc)
The
waiter
didn't
explain
the
dishes
neither
did
he
offer
the
normal
a
la
cart
menu
to
us.
We
were
asked
if
we
wanted
some
water
which
we
accepted
but
it
took
more
than
8-10min
for
our
water
to
get
to
us.
(
There
were
still
only
about
7
other
tables,
and
as
far
as
we
could
see,
5
other
employees)
We
then
ordered
after
asking
for
a
recommendation
which
we
did
get
for
the
priciest
two
foods
on
the
menu
which
I
respect
the
upselling
mindset
for.
We
ordered
and
waited
for
45-50min
for
our
two
main
dishes.
Our
food
came
and
my
fish
was
okay.
It
was
a
bit
bland
the
Ruhbarb
espuma
was
a
nice
touch
tho.
The
drinks
were
very
good
and
the
waiter
did
bring
them
to
us
from
the
bar
which
was
very
thoughtful
and
nice
since
the
drinks
we
ordered
weren't
on
their
menu.
My
boyfriend
then
asked
the
waiter
if
he
could
maybe
have
so
Fries
with
his
food.
The
waiter
stumbled
a
bit
over
his
words
leaning
towards
a
no
but
the
previously
mentioned
host/
maybe
manger
did
a
kind
of
a
drive
by
yes.
(
He
passed
our
table
overhearing
our
questions
simply
said
yes
as
he
passed
us
and
both
him
and
the
waiter
then
disappeared)
Which
left
both
me
and
my
boyfriend
confused.
We
just
asked
if
it
was
possible
didn't
directly
order
it,
we
weren't
even
sure
if
the
waiter
was
going
to
bring
it,
so
we
sat
and
waited
a
bit.
maybe
10
min
later
(
not
sure
about
the
time)
the
fries
arrived
and
we
thanked
the
young
waitress
that
had
been
bringing
our
food
and
drinks
and
tried
to
eat
the
Fries
but
burned
our
tongues
(
nothing
bad
or
serious
but
still
a
short
"carful
very
hot"
would
have
been
nice)
The
dessert
was
okay.
There's
not
much
to
say
about
the
sorbet.
The
waiter
did
nicely
switch
out
one
of
the
flavours
to
vanilla,
which
we
appreciated.
All
in
all,
I
will
come
again
to
see
if
it
was
just
a
bad
day.
But
still,
it's
such
a
shame
because
the
location
is
marvelous
it
has
great
potential
to
become
one
of
the
best
restaurants
in
Vienna,
maybe
even
austria,
but
my
dinner
left
me
wanting
more
attention
to
detail
and
Service
mindset.
Creating
a
Dining
experience
for
guests.
Other
things
we
noticed
were:
Our
wine
glasses
were
a
bit
dirty,
not
correctly
polished,
as
was
our
cutlery
The
bread
platter
that
was
brought
was
just
placed
on
the
table,
didn't
explain
what
was
on
the
platter,
or
if
we
had
to
pay
for
it.
The
table
was
wobbling,
and
the
waiter
tried
to
fix
it.
He
asked
if
it
was
okay
after
trying
for
a
while,
and
we
both
said
yes,
the
waiter
said
NO!
and
then
went
in
between
our
chairs
and
eye
level
to
a
very
privat
area
to
fix
it.
(
very
uncomfortable)
the
receptionist
(?)
that
greated
us
was
very
polite
as
she
showed
us
the
right
elevator.
The
chairs
were
very
comfortable
and
the
table
had
legs
where
you
could
your
feet
up
which
was
very
nice.
The
view
was
incredible.
The
windows
were
nice
and
clean.
Will
gladly
come
again
and
change
my
review
with
a
better
rating
if
my
next
dining
experience
is
better.
