What is this for a bar when they don't let MEN in? I came there with my bestie to have an evening and this bald rude guy came out and were like "you aren't men" I showed him my Adam's apple, and I wanted to show my ID as well and he was like "no you aren't men" and kicked us out. The only thing we had was long hair. So if this is the definition of "LGBTQ friendly" then I'm queen Elizabeth the THIRD. For real put a label if you want "manly men" there because your description says nothing like that. Don't recommend

We went to the bar me and my friend and we were not let in just because according to the security we looked feminin and weren't considered men, even though we had proof with our identification. If you are LGBTQ friendly local, then I'd like to know why we weren't let in. I wouldn't recommend going in.

Had a great time there last night. Was bar hopping to the different gay bars in Vienna and this was our last stop of the night. Bar staff was very nice and helpful. The bartender who helped us made sure we felt welcome and our drinks were as expected. Enjoyed checking out the back rooms as well. There were men of all different ages while we were there. We always enjoy going to bars like this and if we come back to Vienna we would return to this bar!

The Eagle Vienna is perfect if you enjoy a local leather bar with good music, drinks and guys. Service was excellent. Don’t believe the comments that mention smoking. There was NO smoking on our visit and signs everywhere with instructions. Have fun!

Absolutely wonderful bar. Atmosphere great. Barmen were great. Reminds me of the late 80s, however a Goòd mixed crowd. If you want to go in t shirt and jeans then go. If you are wearing leather, go. Dark room if you want it. But otherwise a really nice place to be. X

I'm excited to be there again. I've been there more than once during my stay in Vienna. I think both the guests and the business are very nice. The employees of the business are polite. There were always beautiful children and handsome men. What you offer to the other party is also important :)

Really old bar, was crowded Friday night but people were a little bit weird to be honest, i stayed 10 minutes and left directly ! Not like the bars and cruising of Paris, Madrid and Barcelona where you find all types and ages ! The barman was nice

The most exciting gay place in Vienna yet not really nice in general as people won’t talk to you unless they know you which’s a bad thing for a tourist, Also the people are not feeling comfortable I don’t know why! The bartender is sweet and polite

Visited Vienna for the first time last week and as a gay man Eagle is sort of mandatory to visit. What a great gay bar ❤️ Very friendly bar staff that made me feel welcome from day one. Well mixed crowd in all different ages, colors and sizes. Had a lot of fun in the cruising area and dark room, and got exactly what I came for 😉 Will be back for sure the next time I visit Vienna.

I had a great night here for my first night out in Vienna. The crowd is friendly, the staff are great. I look forward to going back again some time

Eagle Bars in every city never disappoint! The bartender (owner?) was so welcoming and accommodating! There are limited options during the workweek in Vienna but I’m glad I was recommended this place. I met a nice group of tourists here from several countries and some locals. Thanks for a fantastic night and I will return next time in Vienna!

Really dark place, you can't even see people's faces. The public is quite old, none under 60 years old, other than us and another couple of tourists which ended up there as we did.

On every visit, I was happy. For an early night after-work drink or late night chill for a last one, it's always cool. I found the staff friendly and respectful as well as their guests. If cruising bars tend to be dark and gloomy, Eagle bar has a joyful and convivial pub feeling, which I like a lot.

Rating it a one star because it’s cash only and allows there to be smoke says it on the door. I’m not a am not a smoker and dislike to smell like an ashtray But i was not able to go in.

Enjoyed bar music is great friendly enough bar crew cruising a bit haphazard always that one young pushy queen otherwise just ok needs some real cruisers

Very bad service. One of the bartenders the moment I stepped in he was immediately trying to take the order like he was afraid not being paid. Relax guys show better customer service, it was ridiculous 🙄 In general customer service in Vienna sucks.

I have been there several times in October. Its still perfect place despite you have fun or not in cruising area. Mixed age crowd. I will be back there soon again. Bartenders on top.

We went here on a fairly quiet Thursday and had a great time. The staff was friendly. This is the type of Eagle you’d expect. Dark, cruisey with great videos. ;)
