I
recently
dined
at
Figlmüller
Bäckerstraße,
and
it
was
an
experience
that
exceeded
my
expectations.
The
highlight
of
my
visit
was
definitely
the
schnitzel.
I
tried
both
the
cheese
and
turkey
ham
schnitzel
and
the
classic
beef
schnitzel.
The
cheese
and
turkey
ham
schnitzel
was
a
delightful
surprise,
offering
a
delicious
twist
on
the
traditional
dish.
It
was
juicy,
flavorful,
and
cooked
to
perfection.
The
beef
schnitzel
was
equally
impressive,
especially
when
enhanced
with
a
squeeze
of
lemon.
The
tanginess
of
the
lemon
brought
out
the
rich
flavors
of
the
meat,
creating
a
perfect
balance.
I
was
expecting
butter
on
top
of
the
schnitzels,
but
it
turned
out
there
was
none.
However,
this
did
not
detract
from
the
taste,
which
was
still
exceptional.
One
thing
to
note
is
that
we
had
to
wait
almost
an
hour
to
be
seated.
While
initially
a
bit
frustrating,
the
wait
turned
out
to
be
absolutely
worth
it.
The
ambience
of
the
restaurant,
combined
with
the
quality
of
the
food,
made
for
a
memorable
dining
experience.
I
highly
recommend
Figlmüller
Bäckerstraße
to
anyone
looking
for
an
authentic
and
delicious
schnitzel
in
Vienna.
