Worst service in Vienna! I would never go back & advise anyone not to. My friend ordered a burger with fries and asked to bring her ketchup and mayo… not once, but twice, which the waiter never brought so she got tired of waiting after 20 minutes and just ate it as is - it was cold at this point. Not only waiter didn’t apologize later, but instead he included them in check ($1 for each). I almost fell of the chair laughing because I never seen that in US: ketchup is always on tables as a condiment without even asking, and if not, you definitely will get it at no charge. Also he didn’t bring me itemized receipt when I asked for a check and instead brought the credit card device and just charged me full amount (including ketchup, mayo AND 10% tip without even asking). When asked later for an itemized receipt and why we were charged for something we even didn’t get, he brought 2 euros and threw them on table once again without a word of apology. Mind you, restaurant was almost empty because it was time between lunch and dinner. Food was decent, but service absolutely the worst!

Nice beer garden in a quiet setting was nice and the service was pleasant. However, the quality of food is passable at most, I suspect they are just using factory prepared ‘ready to cook/serve’ meal with little work in the kitchen😒. I would come back for drinks but definitely not for the food😅

No respect for the client and for the people that come with us. The owner at 2pm was drunk and was unable to speak with us to explain why we had to move 4 times from a table to another. Super rude vibe

Popular Biergarten in a courtyard. Food was good, friendly service, little expensive compared to others.

Nice place to try Cezch beer. Who wants to try traditional Austria food, kind of a good reataurant to visit. Reasinable price and all of the staffs are friendly. p.s You can eat outside(patio) under the cool shade.

Waiter that served us was incredibly rude and borderline racist. Have been here once before and it was fine, but will not be returning.

I live in Vienna since 4 years and this is undoubtedly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been. We went there with a big group of 20 friends after reserving. At the beginning, they gave us two tables, but after 15 minutes they decided to split one table to give it to other guests. We had to eat one on top of the other. Waiters were among the rudest persons I’ve ever met, shouting all the time. A friend decided to order something else around 9pm, they took the order but then rejected it as the kitchen was closed. Tell me which restaurant closes the kitchen at 9 on Sat evening in a Capital. I’ve ordered a schnitzel, and part of it was still raw. The price was embarrassingly high for the food and staff quality. If you want to pay to be mistreated go there.

An enjoyable bar to stop for a beer on a wander through Vienna. The first section as you enter is a darker room with a good atmosphere, smoking is allowed if this is an issue for you. The beers are decent and the waiters come to you to take the order. The back section is much brighter and where most visitors sit to eat.

Very rude staff , shouting at customers, DEMANDING to pay with cash, overprized bevarges and food that don't even taste good. AVOID!!

Nice location, we went in the afternoon with our local friend and it was nice so we went back for dinner. The food was not that great. But that wasn't the worst part, when we had to pay we gave then some money thinking we would get our change back, after waiting and then asking for it the lady said that that was the mandatory 10% tip so we wouldn't be getting our change back (maybe because we were foreigners and our Austrian local wasn't with us). For a drink around noon it's nice but wouldn't recommend it any other time.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Managed to squeeze us in even though they were incredibly busy. Food was super fresh and white sausage was tasty. Wham and N Sync were playing in the background and I couldn't have asked for anything else after a few hours in the snow! 😀

We wandered in and had very nice service and the food was delicious for the two simple appetizers that we had. The staff was nice and the space is very interesting, with seating in the cellar as well as at the street level.

The waiters are not very kind, they almost dropped the meal in front of us, but the food was okay.

TLDR rude waiter, made us wait, charged us for literally everything which is normally complimentary (water, jam, bread) Came across the restaurant on a Sunday noon looking for something to eat, when we walked in, there were no one at the bar or on the scene to welcome us or tell us to wait and get seated. Waiter asked for our orders in a condescending tone. Asked me what I wanted to drink, and when I answered with what I wanted to eat, barked back slightly louder and emphasised drink. The food was ok, but the Wiener schnitzel didn’t come with jam. I had to ask them 3 times before the jam came, by then I was nearly finished with my food. To top it off, they charged me for water when I specifically told them tap water, to which they gave me a cup of water (no bottle) nor did they tell me it was from bottle not tap. They also charged extra for the jam!? And not to mention 10% service charge

Bad and rude service, beer was not fresh, food was not tasty - too much flour, we have been charged for the service without telling us that, they brought bread even though we didn’t order and didn’t mention that we are going to be charged for it as well. Overall very bad experience. Don’t recommend.

Terrible service!!! An angry waiter forces me to order a drink and then eat and not the other way around. When my wife said she wanted soup and not a drink, he made a face, got angry, cursed and left. We ordered beer and chocolate (which still haven't arrived) we said that the disrespectful attitude was not for us and we got up to go. The nervous waiter said we paid even though nothing arrived and then went to call the police to say we were thieves Just a place of shame!

This place indeed has awful service, especially comparing with other places in Vienna. As a tourist, you will struggle to understand what you supposed to do and how order drink or food. Bar tender rude if you can't clearly explain which beer you want, and of course as a tourist sometimes very difficult to make a choice. There is a table service but waitress are slow. There is minimum 20euro spend on cards, and unfortunately I didn't get my change of 1.80euro

Staff were not welcoming. Food I ordered was bought in frozen and then overcooked. Staff who served us was slow and disinterested. Food and drink is expensive and poor quality. Will not be returning.

Good food and drinks but the waiter was not over helpful when we asked to split the bill. The wasps were a bit of an issue.

WORSE SERVICE EVER. We were a group of six tourists and we were looking for a place to have dinner. For starter, we entered and they didn’t even accompany us to the table, they just said “just go there and find your seat”. But I guess that’s not too bad. Then, when it was time to order the waitress/owner pushed us to order quickly, pretending to not understand English to avoid making modifications to our dishes (very acceptable modifications such as French fries instead of parsley potatoes). But that’s okay. Maybe she was in a hurry. But then… she continuously came back to the table to check if we were finished and one time she even took my plate while I was literally STILL EATING my ribs. Finally, she didn’t accept separate payments. Never coming back again and surely NOT RECOMMENDING this place. Vienna is full of restaurants, be wise and choose another one. BUCCHIII

The unfiltered beer is great and the service really friendly. Highly recommend for having some beers.

Really nice place, really big. The prices are up there, but the servings were also big, so it was kinda okay. All in all it was good.

The dish tasted heavenly, the bottled beer tasted like home-made. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very warm and nice place , came here without booking and they set up a table in few min. Food was nice and big portion.

Place offers good food. Especialy great at summer time since it has a wonderfull garden. And a dark Kozel of course.

Great vibe. Great food. Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Will be back.

Austrian Cousine and nice Ambiente but not too much selection from the menu. Service is OK.
