I found the security racist here. We went there in a large group and they didn't let two guys enter the club... Seemed like it was because of their origin. So we just walked out of there. Really wonder how in such an advanced and developed place they are still so pre-historic in thinking..

I'm from Canada, and I quite liked the music and cool lighting -- a fun/charming place to drink with colleagues without having to navigate any of the too-dark sweaty grinding of your typical American college nightclubs. Some colleagues liked to complain that the speakers were terrible, but I didn't care :). Also, some did not love the beer... Accepts card over €20.

An evocative place to spend the evening,the fluorescent lights reflect all the colors and make you enjoy your drinks in an alien and super pumped place. Inspiring music and interesting people, a good place to spend your evening

Overpriced drinks that definitely weren't the double measures we were told they were. Staff asked us to leave when their friend turned up and wanted the table so had to drink up quickly and leave

Very bad place, they want you just tu spend money, but they don’t know what means kindness. You wait and wait your cocktail but... you don’t know when it arrive! They just want your money

Very racist and unfriendly personnel. Don't even bother to go there on a weekend if you're not blond. Unfortunately it was an impression I had in many bars in Vienna

Stopped in for a couple drinks on a Saturday night. Service was quick even though it was packed, and the drinks good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere and music was great, wish I could've stayed longer

If you want to party in Vienna there are better places around the corner, rude Security staff and doggie staff, they Judge you for your appearance. To be honest it is better go somewhere else.

Mario is the best member of staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. He’s an actual sweetheart and can recommend the best drinks available. Truly a privilege to the bar.

The Bartender comes up to your table and tells you to order a full bottle of vodka etc. because they were kind enough to grant you a table for 4 people. When we declined his request, he continued to upsell us to 4 longdrinks and a one-metre-shot-tray. Unkind to tourists and also bad music and general atmosphere.

I think they have the best nightlife pictures in the city Vienna. The pictures representing the club how already is it ,so colorful and nice ! Thank you very much Kaktus Team !

Unfriendly bouncer, was supposed to be a nice night out, however discrimination because of looks. Police got involved, couldn’t do much but was clearly disagreeing with the clubs policy.

When I was there o a friday there was practically only men's, even though it looks like a night club it is more of a bar to go with friends and not meet new people. Didn't found the staff too polite also. If want to go dancing I suggest going just right, looking to the Kaktus bar upfront, and in the next bar there will be a stair going down, this is a good place to drink, dance and meet new people.

they seated us on a table and 10 minutes later, when we have already paid and our drinks were on the table, the waiter told us that we need to leave because the table is reserved for somebody else. Also we wanted to order gin with Holunder soda and he made fun of us disrespectfully and said that gin goes with tonic! It was the worst service i have ever experienced and probably it was like that just because we are foreigners :)

Think the bouncer was rascist. Didn’t let me and my friend in because of our skin color. Extremely unprofessional. Owner should be ashamed. It was the who worked there on June 8th night. He didn’t let another minority person in as well after me me. Sad to see such behavior.

The servers are taking advantage of drunk people, yesterday 21st March around 21:00-22:00 there was a server who asked for tips, he had to give me the change back, but instead he asked if he could keep the change instead, he also asked my friend if he could keep 5 euros for himself, who even does that? I don’t suggest anyone to go there, if you’re too drunk they will take advantage of you, first and last time there, never again, taking advantage of drunk people isn’t nice, we all work hard for our money, not just you. Goodbye.

Horrible experience, the doorman let many of his balkan friends go ahead of us, and at the end did not let us go in at all, even though we had a reservation. I am never coming back again, one bald man can change someones whole picture.

The venue is cool but the bartender was a jerk to me. I couldn’t pay with card which is fine but when I asked to start a tab instead of saying “no” he mimicked my accent and face and wouldn’t explain to me. He asked someone else speaking German to even though I heard him speak English perfectly before. Really abrupt and hostile bar staff. The barman walking around was nice and welcoming. The decorations are nice just bring cash.

This outright SCAM deserves the first 1-star review of my life! They aggressively ask you to order as soon as you step into the crowded noisy tiny room. I choose a drink, they answer they only do it if I order at least 10. Of course I ask my friends, and when I'm back to tell them I won't take the "meter", they intimidate me into paying for 10 drinks, no matter how I try to explain I never ordered them. I feared for my well-being, stay the hell away from this place.

Great place for partying with friends, only thing that bothered me as a non-smoker that you can smoke indoors. Even though there's a doors deviding the two areas, the smell lingers. Otherwise good music and fast service.

music was yhea okay, drink price was ok. only major drawback was the waiter who was super unfriendly and way too pushy. we sat at a table with a few people and after 2m he already cleaned up all the menu cards. we didn't even have time to take our money when he was already complaining🤔🤨

Great place for drinks, bottle of champagne are reasonable, and the vibe is great. People love to party there! Just a little bit small. Would be nice with more room to dance and stuff

Not a great bar at all. Really seedy and full of people who make you uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. Decent prices. Good drinks. But there were some rowdy customers who were looking to pick a fight for no reason.

Waiters are a little bit strict, like don't dance here, stay there, and so on. Other than that I met really nice visitors in this club and had really nice time! Design of this place is pretty cool and music is not bad. Cocktails are really tasty

We were going out with friends and the bouncer decided to discriminate my friend who was wearing a tanktop and due to his sexuality, he didn’t let him in, while the girls were wearing tanktops too… he didn’t wanted to work it out with us, even when we arranged to get a jacket for him, there was no way to get in! We called the police, they came and didn’t really do anything! Don’t go here if you don’t want to support discrimination!

There’s warnings in the women’s bathroom that the waiters WILL objectify you! Cannot comment on that personally, but I was warned beforehand by friends that the waiters were quite touchy and objectifying towards women, so I do account some truth to this. Personally, the crowd made me feel very unsafe as well

Lovely staff, cheap drinks, fills up later in the evening. Such a clean bar, effort is definitely put in
