Except that the room was very nice that's why the star.. They charge us extra +100.00€ per day, without asking us when we arrive "in case we use something from the hotel" and if not they will return them back as if we're thieves.. We paid 400.00€ / per night "not" included breakfast, the breakfast was disappointing they charge "one orange" as an orange juice for 6.50€ and generally everything in the breakfast was poor except the prices.. I'm not suggesting for anyone to come here, go somewhere they will respect you and your money.

Keep your distance from the Hotel at all cost. Don't be tempted by the apparently high ranking. Note how the high rating here is due to the fact the restaurant and hotel are the same business. The restaurant is very good, a bit kitsch and weird but OK. As for the hotel, well... we read the bad reviews here, and came to stay here for two nights anyway because sometimes reviewers are wrong, and it seemed like a very good establishment in a very good location on paper. In reality, the hotel is bad - a 3 stars ranking would be very kind. The bad reviews are right: the rooms are worn out, the furniture, showers, windows and entrainment system are old, the rooms are small and lack any characteristic of a 5-star hotel room (other than the expensive mini-bar, of course). There is no real reception, and the staff is non-existent: all service and technical support is managed by three girls in the reception, lost and inexperienced and lack any capability to either offer high standard of service or to contain the flow of guests. This is not a coincidence - it seems like a method of the hotel to maintain a 5 star façade at the expense of the guests who fell into the trap and already paid. We wrote them a very lengthy email about how bad was the experience, they did not even bother to reply and apologize. A very rude, privileged, arrogant and extremely lacking establishment. Our first two nights in Vienna were ruined.

Asked if I could have the cancellation fee waived or change the dates of my stay as I tested positive for Covid this morning and feel awful. The hotel gave me a flat out no, I’ve already lost the money for my flights, now I have to pay £350 for not stepping foot into the country. They completely ignored the question about changing dates. Please be careful with your bookings, these things can’t be helped or predicted and DO&CO hotel have shown a complete lack of empathy.

Reception with low class attitude. When we entered she gave us a “look”. When we gave her our reservation she said I think you canceled it? We told her no then she said yes it’s Ok. We went with her upstairs and told her can we have this table she said no we have a reservation from a week for this table (she said it with a fake face and smile!). We left then without ordering and no one even cared. I think your receptionist needs training for working in a 5 stare hotel.

Went here for dinner at the main dining area. Was not appeased for the fact they brought bread to the table and didn't ask nor notify about being charged for it. I don't eat bread and was u touched so to see the charge I questioned the waitress and she dumbfounded laughed and said "yea, sorry, should have said something ". Also charge for a glass of water they bring to the table regardless without informing you so be aware. For someone that doesn't eat that much, place was not worth it. I got the braised lamb which was too heavy but cooked quite well. Nothing more to say about this place. It's just a tourist trap and that's coming from a tourist.

I was about to stay at the hôtel but due to réservation issues, the do&co placed me into another place. The staff of the hotel was super-helping, kind and great : taking into the new place, charging the extra, offering me a complete dîner. I will definitely join them again. The managment of the hotel is 100% professional. Hope to stay in the future in the hotel.

My husband and I spend a couple of nights at the Do&Co hotel in the centre of Vienna for our wedding anniversary. Aside from its superb, central location, we were not disappointed. Incredible attention to detail in the room, which made it feel comfortable and less like a hotel - we opted for the additional Demel treats in the room which were constantly topped up. The breakfast and dinner on the roof top was to die for - an extensive menu and wine list with some delicious cocktails, and we even had some of the dishes from the Asian fusion restaurant (Onyx) brought up. Highly recommended and look forward to returning.

Had dinner at this restaurant on Roof-top. It was an amazing experience. 1. Location is perfect, it is located in city centre 2. Food quality was very high and tasty. 3. Food options are limited, especially for Muslims. 4. Halal meat is also available 5. You can catch sceneries from roof-top 6. Staff was very cooperative and caring. Overall, it was remembering experience.

Bang in the centre. Easy access to virtually everything. Quiet room even though it is in the busy square Rooms spotlessly clean [everyday] Nothing too much trouble with just a phone call. Breakfast staff brilliant. She was just a great start to your busy day Thankyou

We went to the Do&Co rooftop restaurant and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Its right in the center of the city which is perfect for people who are staying at the location. Service was fast and honestly for how busy they are, the foos was amazing. I recommend reserving ahead of time because they are pretty booked and busy.

the only good thing about this place is the location. The service was generally speaking poor. Would not recommend for that price range. There are better places in Vienna - for sure!

Great location, exactly in the centre!! Room was nice & quite cosy. The only negative thing is that cleaners starting their stuff in the hallway at 7am and you can hear them.

Great hotel in the heart of Wien, stylish, cosy rooms, with uniqe view to Stephans Dom. Onyx Restaurant on the top of the hotel. Extremely kind and helpful staff. The best choice if you want to spend some time in Wien.

Excellent food. Compliments to the cook and those who brought it to our table. The sad part was that there was a heavy atmosphere by all serving ladies not being particular customer friendly, including the lady at the front desk. Our praise do go to the young girl who handed us our coats at the end and the only young man serving who seemed to enjoy his job.

Something magnificent, to dine here and watch Stephansdom. Except there's not much room for smoking on the terrace.

This hotel is one of a kind. It's obvious that it is located at the center and the best location of the most tourist place in vienne. The room was beautiful and very well built also was super clean and tidy. The staff was always kind and welling to help and assist. The breakfast is on another level, it's like a michelin star restaurant level and the view is the best in vienne. It's highly recommended if you are welling to pay these prices.

Everything perfect. They don’t make hotels like this anymore. Spécial mention for the gentleman who waited for my taxi with me at 5:30am in the street. I didn’t have any cash to tip but he was fantastic. Thanks again.

Solid 4 Star. Drinks & View were definitely best part. Food was decent, tapas style Asian cuisine. You are definitely going here for the view, we came here for our anniversary from Miami. I thought the service was phenomenal. I was just expecting something a little more from The cuisine for it being such a high price. It wasn’t bad but not out of this world. Pork skins very over salted, you will need a lot of water. Fish extremely good. Corn on the cob was a different take with a garlic touch, same with the asparagus, very good touch. 🍹 drink wise try their Avener Sour prob the best I had in Vienna. Overall great experience. The staff, service and view make it for a great evening out.

The rooms are very modern and cozy. Great for a Romantic evening... not so great for staying with family members. The food was impeccable and the staff very friendly. They even tried toaccommodate upgrading our room.

Really great service, gorgeous food and not overpriced. We had tried to book outside initially - staff had evidently logged this and when we arrived staff told us there had been a cancellation and asked if we would like to go outside as originally requested. Views are amazing. Cocktails look and taste wonderful too. Best place to eat in Vienna. We would highly recommend ❤

Located in the heart of Vienna, hotel is modern style & very life area specially at night!. Close to all sightseeing and historic districts. The staff at the hotel very helpful. Also they have all local tickets such as hop on hop off bus. It is similar to Piccadilly in London!. You must visit the restaurant at roof terrace the view is wonderful specially at the cathedral.
