I booked at 8:30 but they misbooked at 18:30, 6:30pm. When I went there around 8:45 they didn’t excuse anything and we first ordered drinks to wait my another friends. As my friends arrived at 9:05, we want to order food to waiter but she refused it because the kitchen already closed at 9:00. I was so angry because they didn’t apologize about misbooking and let us know the kitchen closing time even if I ordered beers 10mins before closing time. And when we drunk them at once and tried to pay it, they didn’t accept under 15 euros they charged tips even if their service was terrible. I gonna never go there again.

It has been an institution for many years. Solid pub with a good selection of drinks and food, including some vegetarian options, and a large cellar for music events.

Student alternative music spot. A great place for having brunch too. Delicious meals, excellent coffee. Friendly staff and prices. You can choose from multiple brunch options. Highly recommended.

went there after dinner for a couple of drinks with my coworkers and the service was abysmal. one waitress was nice enough and came to the table quite frequently. still the orders took quite long to come out. the second waitress (brown curly hair) was such a rude person. none of us had ever encountered such bad service and such rude staff. they were unable to manage their orders and tried to charge us more than we had because they couldn't keep track of what was actually ordered

Lovely decor, great food for breakfast, high variety of cuisine and beers to choose from. Good value for money, j would highly recommend!

It’s an okay bar if you plan on drinking solely, but the food is not good. Paid 5.50€ for potato wedges and this is what I got. One single piece of soft unseasoned potato cut into quarters. It also felt like it was boiled rather than baked…

I’ve never seen a place with such rude waiters, they don’t care about you. When it comes to paying, they either don’t accept small coins or don’t give your change back.

The meal is delicious, the ambiance is nice BUT… the service and the staff ruins almost everything! You should stand up and wave your hand like crazy to get their attention, the menu is in German, and when we told this a waitress, she said “Yes, our menu is in German” and walked away. We struggled for 25 mins to figure it out with google translate!!

This place has been a staple for quite some time now. Their breakfast brunch is great bang for your buck. They also have lots of big tables and the downstairs area is hosting many different events such as concerts or quiz-nights. BUT!! And it is a big BUT... The service is abysmal. I have yet to encounter another place that has such oblivious wait staff. They are really friendly and to give them credit they seem to be understaffed most days. Still, the amount of times staff walks past you, never asking if you want anything else, even actively clearing your table without so much as a thought to the possibility of you wanting to order more is just mind boggling. Still, I like the place and if you are in the area just give it a shot. Just go up to the bar to order -- always!! Don't wait for staff to notice you past your first drink and don't get upset at them, because you have been warned.

a great place! the prices are great and the portions are huge. the food is fresh, the menu is diverse and there are many vegetarian options. People are very friendly and welcoming. the decor is very nice, the space is well organized. I recommend!

A jazz bar on a no-jazz evening. Busy: "sorry we're completely full". "But look", we said, "the people on those tables are just leaving". They said we could sit at one of them. Ordering reminded me of the Peter Sellers sketch where everything was "off" (not available). Not quite as bad, but we all had to settle for second or third choice. The cutlery arrived in a bucket with a couple of napkins. Two knives and two forks for four of us. We asked for more. They brought us another bucket containing one knife, one fork, and one paper napkin. "There are four of us and you've still only brought us enough cutlery for three people" I said in German, slightly irritated by now. "Oh, but I haven't got…", started the waitress before realising how stupid it would be if a restaurant couldn't provide each customer with their own knife and fork, and insisted we share. She eventually returned with another knife and fork. Food was average, but the service was offhand to the point of rudeness.

Was served by one barman who was so friendly and on the ball! Draft beer was all good and empanadas were a great snack late at night. The bar itself is beautiful and homely. There are card games available too so overall had a super fun night here and would highly recommend.

Had a leisurely Sunday breakfast here. Sat outside. Very chilled. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had the English breakfast and my girlfriend the Arab breakfast. Very tasty. We paid by card.

I was already a couple of times in Tunnel. I really like this place, especially the side with the plants. Unfortunately they don't have brunch right now, so we had breakfast instead and it was really good! The portions are also not small and the bread was really fresh. And they have a lot of vegetarian options. The service was also good and the staff was friendly.

Great spot. Too bad they dont take card payments and it is very understaff. It takes forever to get this on the table. Whole menu available only in German even the digital one.

Pretty chill little place. Went here for a Meetup group and the service was decent. Beers are good and a decent price, food is a bit expensive and/or badly portioned. Atmosphere is awesome.

I have changed my mind after a second visit to tunnel Vienna live and I have enjoyed there with my friends and down stairs seating was really good and good staff and treated us good and good drinks and also food I gave them 3 stars but I believe maybe I change my mind again after another visit and honestly I like them this visit and after a previous bad impression about them I can say may be the waiters at that time was not that professional as today , really thank you and will visit them again

A quiet and calm spot to have brunch! Very nice and friendly stuff. Delicious scrambled egg with salad and a holoumi burger. A bit pricey since it's kind a far away from the center, payed ~26€ for two (with late and coffe). In the menu it's clearly noted a vegan and vegetarian choices - what is nice, not to lost in the menu. We got table outside, but inside they have very cool interior - oldscool, music bar interior.

Very cool bar with antique flair. As the super friendly waitress told me, established in 1982 and celebrating it's 40th birthday with a big bang in September. Don't miss out!

Had a wee beer and a great austrian soup today. The place is magnificent. The waitress was nice and cute. Definitely recommened it 🙂

Happening place for youngsters.. food is good, hard to get booking. So maybe as a visitor not in that age bracket felt little out of place

Tried onion soup it’s not great but my friend tried the other soup Feitatta soup it was delicious. Waitress look very tired and she barely come to the table. I’m short great place and good food but bad service and less friendly ( not even a smile even if we smile )

We have been there last wednesday, it was Quiz night. We have really fun.

Really nice and fun place. Sometimes there are live performances (you might want to check their program for that!) The vibe is really relaxed and the stuff very friendly. We didn't have any difficulties as english speakers. I recommend it!

1 waitress for the full restaurant.....she was lovely.....but only so much 1 pair of hands can do! Seems like the boss is running the staff on kurzarbeit & cashing up. Such a shame. This place has potential
