Excellent!!! everything was perfect. Service, the waiters so attentives and the food well cooked and so yummy. They have a daily menu with a vegetarian option. So good.

Such an amazing restaurant. Found it by coincidence while taking a walk in the city - it looked pretty and I liked the menu but it really exceeded all my expectations. Loved the mushroom risotto when I had lunch there for the first time, and the service was exceptional. Just had to come back for dinner with company - we were all impressed by the dishes and drinks we ordered; quality, presentation and quantity. Service once again impeccable. Definitely coming back!

I have had two business lunches there, and been pleased both times. Wonderful service and the food is impeccable. Great value for the price as well. Definitely a recommended place to host and impress guests, and have productive conversations.

This was a really surprising little find, food was fresh and very tasty. Staff were so help and friendly, very prompt service. Really enjoyed our meal and would recommend it.

We were craving vegetables after so many meat and potato dishes, and this place really delivered. Delicious vegetarian entrees, we loved the curry tofu vegetables and the broccoli soup. Courteous, welcoming staff and a very nice patio as well!

Smallish contemporary dining room with fish/veggie options. We had the 4-course tasting menu with wine flight. Chestnut soup amuse bouche was gorgeous. The rest was fine but not amazing. The wines didn't match terribly well. The mains served up on the neighbours' table looked substantial and interesting - maybe a better option?

Excellent, forthcoming and very friendly, caring service. The food was delicious, one of the best seasoned vegan dishes I have had in a long time. They have vegetarian and meaty dishes in the menu, but if you ask they will prepare all vegetarian dishes for a vegan diet as well ❤️

We had an amazing mushroom risotto, was my favorite meal in Vienna! As a vegan, this restaurant was able to customize my meal further based on dietary preferences. Such a gem to have found on my first trip here, will definitely come back in the future!

Best dinner I have ever had. Chicken in curry sauce, chocolate mousse, fish risotto, salmon mac n cheese, the special dish (pumpkin purée) the chef sent to the table - all beyond imagining. Will be thinking/ dreaming about this meal for years.

Excellent service and meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu changes continuously, so don't get attached to the photos. This is an employee oriented restaurant that is closed on weekends and holidays and they shut down for one month in summer.

Very good restaurant in the Vienna Innerstadt. Easy to reach with 10 minutes walking from Stephansplatz, Lebenbauer provides a good selection of tipical meals, especially vegan and vegetarian. It was the first time for me to taste vegan meals…and I liked them. The prices are in line with the quality of the service and the staff is so kind. The place is very clan. Congratulations from two italian friends.

What a fantastic experience! Being honest I am not sure I would have considered a vegetarian and fish restaurant but came in based on reviews. It was absolutely delicious. Ate three dishes off the fixed menu and each was amazing ! Nice portion size and very fresh tasting. The bream was really good. Sat outside in a lovely warm September evening. Perfect atmosphere. The waiting staff were extremely professional, polite and attentive. Highly recommend!

Fabulous little place which we stumbled upon whilst roaming the city after spotting its cosy interior and vegetarian/fish dishes. The waiters were extremely attentive, helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful evening meal with some delicious aperitifs and wine to boot! Would highly recommend, especially if you're fed up of schnitzel and fancy something more delicate, light and flavourful. Perfect! 👌

We went here due the reviews, but I can’t believe them. The fish risotto was really more like a stew and made with quinoa, which wasn’t mentioned in the menu. The fish was totally unrecognizable, in tiny pieces. It was also a mixture of so many things, the dish had capers, peppers, celery, olives, zucchini, tomato… so many competing flavors that it wasn’t enjoyable anymore.

The food was excellent! And definitely worth the price...but Jesus Christ if it's 35 degrees u can't keep the AC off! Please learn to turn AC on when it's over 30 degrees, and u will get a 5 stars at next round!

I've lived in Vienna for the last 11 years & I regularly try out restaurants. In all honesty, this is one of the best so far! Staff was attentive & efficient, the food was extremely tasty & the wine selection has a wide variety. If one is more on the vegan side, this is the perfect restaurant for you... but meat and/ fish lovers will find a small selection as well. The head chef really knows what he's doing & the patrons are working hard to satisfy each customer (and this really shows). I can only recommend this gem of a restaurant.
