Cannot possibly understand the good reviews. I'm posting my receipt as a proof of purchase. Very pricey, bad quality food, awful service. Never again. This place is baffling. The food not only tasted bland and bad, but it was also poorly prepared. All the fries were cold, very small (think bottom of the bag fries) and ultra greasy. I suspect these were "re-fried" and sold to me. The burger is just yuck, something you'd have expected to eat maybe 15 years ago, when veganism wasn't a thing. Bread is ultra thick, barely any sauce and I don't get me started on their "cheese". I bought a burger, plus 2 sides: french fries and chili cheese bites, and they did not include either ketchup or mayo. They actually have the audacity to charge 1€ for mayo. Love this place - i'm neither vegan nor vegetarian but I really do enjoy these burgers (for variety, not replacement). They also don't try to make it "like meat". It has its own taste and that's great! Also like the coleslaw a lot (you get a fairly big portion with lots of fiber so sometimes I can't even finish it).

As a fast food options it's great. I tried the the Viennies (good), the Chili Burger (best), the Sweet Potato (good) and the Kitchen Wrap (nice play on words). Also a very nice variety of soft drinks, with unlimited refill. The design and vibe of the place are very Chic and comfy, and the service was good. All in all a very positive experience. I've been to 2 branches while visiting Vienna and I'm sure I'll be back next time I'm in town.

Great burgers - the bun feels really homemade, the patty is not Beyond level but still tasty. Loved both the sweet potato and regular fries, both perfectly salted. Every restaurant we went of swing kitchen had a cozy feeling to it with enough space even for groups of 5. Tasted the burgers and the wraps. Both very good but the wraps were our favorites. The vegan desserts are marvelous.

Highly recommend the Chili Burger if you like spicy food and the Soya Nuggets (reminded me very much of the McD nuggets which I used to love as a kid). The nuggets were very cold on the inside. I raised the issue with the staff who immediately apologised, replaced it with fresh hot nuggets and added a treat to make up for the inconvenience :) Tasty food and overall a great experience. We'd definitely visit again 👍
