We are from Chicago, Illinois and staying in the neighborhood looking for a nice place to eat dinner in our list night in Vienna. The food was excellent, wonderful service and the owners were extremely outgoing and friendly. we would definitely go back if we are in Vienna.

Decent food accompanied by the kind miserable service that makes so many "old-fashioned" (unfriendly, unhelpful, distasteful, unpleasant) Viennese unnecessarily unattractive. NEVER going back

Very good fish restaurant. The waiter is extremely friendly. I will be there soon again to enjoy also other dishes. The recommendations of the waiter were great.

Food recommendations were superb. Fish pate went very well with the homemade bread. Even olive oil was made by owner. Croatian wine was fantastic. One order was not enough. Cold variation appetizer was amazing. Black truffle risotto and Seppia risotto were fantastic! Highly recommended.

Very good fish simply and expertly prepared. The side dishes are great. The olive oil is their own and worth taking home. Will definitely come back.

The owner is extremely unfriendly and rude. My drink had a weird taste and my friends also confirmed it and I tried to say it nicely but the owner got very offended and made a scene. For such an expensive restaurant that's an unacceptable service.

We had dinner on our last night in Vienna 30 June 2023 and it was beyond good. I do not like fish, but had we stayed longer in Vienna, I could have been converted. Brilliant food, atmosphere and incredible hosts. A must on your eating list when in Vienna

By luck we picked this surprisingly good restaurant, location is not in a fancy neighborhood, but we really had a fantastic dinner tonight, absolutely recommended for fish lovers. Mathon was really nice, we had good recommendations for food, as well saw his passion of Croatia. Everyone of us was amazed by the quality the taste and the service, even the home made bread... We will come back for sure! Now Croatia becomes the must go place on my list, because of experience in this restaurant :))
