Atmosphere was so pleasant, the restaurant is so stunning and luxurious itself But the service was really poor, 2 waiters were not quite happy that we came (with reservation) Menu is full of appetizers, no any selection of main dishes or vegan dishes. We wanted to try desserts, but were informed that we cannot order any of the dessert without ordering 2-3 dishes from the menu first. This was so ridiculous:) as I personally didn’t like the choice and didn’t want to order just for order. Champagne was great by the way, but overall impression is uncomfortable

royalty treatment on christmas day :) everything was amazing! we really enjoy our christmas lunch in the restaurant. the staff was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. food is beyond description, sacher hotel is an extraordinary place to enjoy the finest cuisine. special mention to the lobster bisque, I have never tasted anything like it! without doubts the hot is a place to recommend and a must in viena.

Absolutely incredible place. The atmosphere is delightful and the food is even better. Richard, our waiter, gave better service than any restaurant I've been to even in the United States.

Lovely staff and nice surroundings. We came for the Schnitzel but was only offered a tasting menu, which we obliged. The dishes that followed were creative but it was a shame more effort was put into the presentation and sadly not the flavour. None of the dishes stood out and all quite bland. Halfway through the meal we had the ultimate disappointment when the table next to us and following this behind us was served Schnitzel. Upon asking how this was possible, we were informed Schnitzel was available if requested. Also the table based are very large and the whole meal you have to sit with your feet tucked under your chair, which became quite uncomfortable. It turned out to be a very expensive, disappointing and uncomfortable meal.

This was just amazing. Never experienced anything like this. A perfect evening in Vienna. The food was excellent and so was the service. The best place to be in Vienna for an unforgettable evening. Feeling grateful.

Fully recommended. The care of the details, the people working on it, the food, the ambiance. There is no single thing why not choose this restaurant for a very pleasant dinner or lunch. Thank you to waitress that recommend us such delicious meal. And don't forget to ask for the real Sacher Pie.
