I am Italian, and I must say, that this is the best Italian restaurant in Vienna. The fact that there is no menu feels almost like being at home, dishes keep coming and the staff is very very friendly!! Changes to the menu due to a vegetarian guest was no issue at all, the cook was happy to adapt all the plates. Highly recommended

This is a treasure. Great Italian food. There is no “Speisekarte”, you simply order the menu Of the day (multi course meal). The number of courses and quality of the food are mind boggling. People are friendly and the wine selection was spot on. Our menu included several appetizers, a salumi plate, two pastas, roast pork with potatoes, and a dessert.

Place overall looks nice but staff is very unfriendly :( When I started to speak English the waitress said - only Deutsche After also staff was talking about us (I’m not fluent in German but I understand it as I’ve been living here for few years)

Authentic Italian cuisine, friendly staff, cash only (no card payments). Tasting menu with large portions: Fresh bread, strawberry moose, panzanella, prosciutto/salami, bruschetta, ravioli, linguini, pork 2 ways with potato, tiramisu. Paired with venetian Prosecco and vino rosso. Chef’s kiss.

DELICIOUS Italian food. Paulo our server was very nice and charismatic. The isn't a menu and they just tell you the menu for the night which always changes with the seasons. There's also a very nice selection of delicious wines. We had some nice crustini, a plater of cold cuts, an AMAZING roast pork with rosemary, some of the best pasta I've ever had which was a lemon cream sauce and ricotta and spinach ravioli. We also had a nice plate with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. We finished it off with a superb tiramisu and Paulo offered us a small glass of grappa. You MUST come here if you can, some of the best Italian food in Vienna !

Unfortunately not as satisfying as in the past, since covid and the passing of the old man… Food got simpler, nothing special, too expensive what it is now. Too bad!

Over expensive place where the client sees the price for the first time when the bill comes. 55 euro menu consisting of 1 shot of green pea cold soup, 1 serving spoon of salad panzanella, 1 serving spoon of salad burrata, 1 thin piece of frittatta, some cold cuts (these were good), 4 ravioli with little parmesan, 4 pinches of linguine in lemon sauce and 2 slices of pork (dry and overcooked) with 3 potato pieces. Dessert: soft and oversweetened tiramisu with a tiny scoop of coconut ice cream.

Hidden behind a unnoticable front, you find one of the most authentic italian experiences you can get. Here you don’t order from the menu but rather the chef surprises you with at least 8 courses of the italian deliciousness! Can’t recommend it enough!

Fun concept, just order the Programm and get at least 10 surprising courses to share with your friends. Come hungry!

This a cash-only fine-dining spot with a fixed-price menu. We came for dinner on Monday and were the only customers, so the owner allowed us to order what we wanted instead of having the entire 10-meal course. We ordered three different kinds of pasta and all of them were delicious. Service was courteous and reasonably fast.

One of the top restaurants in Vienna no doubt. Do no let the not so upscale neighborhood and facade fool you. Top authentic Italian food at it's best. The owner/chef really takes care of this place.

RidĂculos! I never had such bad tagliatelle al tartufo in my life!!! The quality of the pasta is the worse you can find at the grocery store, and nothing you should find in an expensive restaurant pretending to be true Italian!! The only connection to truffle was the "truffle flavored butter", super cheap way to say that there is truffle on the dish. They shaved something on top as well, but it did not taste like truffle at all. Also the way the dish was presented was really ugly!! Highly disappointed. Whatch out!!! t

Food was okay, but by far not able to compensate the really unfriendly waiters! Would not recommend at all!

Proper Italian food, served by proper grumpy yet charming waiters. Try tagliatelle alla limone, or any of their other dishes. Unfussy, simple interior design.

A very cosy and atmospheric place close to the city centre with some of the tastiest Italian food in Vienna. Service is excellent.
