One of the best service experiences I have had in Vienna. The staff was extremely attentive. The food was also top-notch. The lunch deal is worth your money. Cards accepted.

We went to the Huth Da Moritz to celebrate my friend Birthday, and ordered the following dishes - for starters: * Stracciatella - melted Burrata cheeseball with tomatoes in the oven and basil. * Crunchy Cheese Ravioli - 5 pieces of fried raviolis and crushed tomatoes. And for main dishes: * Pasta di Cibus - Pasta with truffle cream, mascarpone and truffleץ * Regina Margherita - Pizza with tomatoes and basil. Drinks: * Hugo Spritz * Pinot (white wine) Unfortunately, most of the dishes (except the pasta) were medium in taste. The pasta was great! We preferred no to order desserts there, and continue to the casino instead. It should be noted that the service was excellent, the place was clean and we were seated quickly (in places booked in advance).

Went with my wife. She had a pizza margarita and I had salmon. The salmon was very well prepared with tomatoes which neutralized the tart taste typical of salmon. The pizza had a soft and thin crust which help you savor the cheese in the pizza. Finally, the ambience was quiet with its subdued lighting. Excellent moderately priced restaurant.

Delicious food (the cabonara was a bit too oily for my taste) Friendly staff & great location

The meal was just the right size and the pasta and shrimps were perfectly prepared. Also, the service was great and the location was very nice. The prices were a bit high, but definitely worth it!

The waiters try their very best, doesn’t make up for the incredibly boring food though. Overcooked pasta with arrabiata sauce that tastes like next to nothing in an Italian restaurant?! At least it’s expensive..

Always the best Italian restaurant in town, I came last year and it was amazing so return to it again.

Excellent food. I would recommend the antipasti, calamari and grill. We did not eat pasta there yet. Pizza could be a bit better. But on a overall basis - one of the best (not only Italian) restaurants in Vienna.

I absolutely love this place! The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the service was both fast and incredibly friendly. The warm atmosphere added to the overall experience. I can't wait to come back to "Huth da Moritz" for another delightful meal.

Overall, good experience. A little disappointed with the carbonnara as it was described with all of the traditional ingredients and then came out with no pepper and bacon. Still tasty!

This place is a famous restaurant in Vienna. I’ve tried thier truffle Pizza and it was so yummy. However, the service manager wasn’t so friendly & grumpy who sometimes finds a table or not even the tables were empty he would simply say we’re fully booked.

There is Huth da Moritz and Huth Gastwirtschaft. The later Huth serves Austrian food while the former Huth serves Italian food. Our original plan was to go to Huth Gastwirtschaft. But we have mistaken da Moritz for Gastwirtschaft. Anyway, the service at da Moritz was very good, friendly and helpful. They actually allow us to order from Gastwirtschaft and serve them at da Moritz. The food were great. We had very good experience at da Moritz. Kudos Huth 👏🏽

We came to the restaurant today. The waiter greeted us annoyed and seated us at a table. There were lights all around. I asked him if he had one for us. Again, annoyed, he said no. Later he brought it and threw it on the table. When paying, he asked for a tip when I said no. So he told us to go to another restaurant. He was very rude all evening and ruined our dinner. I don't know if he was drunk or if this is normal. Such an old, nasty guy with a mustache, I don't know what he's doing there. He doesn't know how to behave and then he begs for tips. Shocking experience. The last members of the staff were pleasant and the food was good.

Food was not great not terrible. For the cost (140 EUR for 4 people, 2 not hungry) definitely overpriced for what it is. Some of the personnel unpolite and perhaps too new? Worst thing is I brought my visiting family here for a nice evening and they all didn't like it, so very let down. Don't recommend. Far cheaper places are just as good or better.

Great Italian food restaurant ! The food was perfect, I had the truffle pasta and WOW. The pizza was great too. The waiters were highly competent and efficient, great wines and beer. Nice location downtown, would highly recommend!

Such a nice place. Modern Italian food and a great selection of drinks/wine. I would highly recommend making a booking as it can be extremely busy in peak periods. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and gave some great recommendations.

Having visited the Huth across the road last night we decided to give this one a go and had high expectations. Food was good, service was very bad, bordering on rude. Our server was disinterested and sniffy, going as far as to smirk at us, with no desire to engage. Whilst I appreciate that we do not speak fluent German, this should not influence the way we are treated as customers. If you work in a customer service environment you really should like people (or at least act like you do). The pizzas we had were tasty and the portions were a good size. However, the bad service overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. This led to us leaving earlier and spending less than we might otherwise have done.

Waitstaff was pleasant, and food was served quickly. The ragu was perfect. Not too tomato and just the right amount of meat. Sauce clung into the spaghetti, as it should. The ice cream was delicious as well. They take cards.

One of the best places for Italian food! Their antipasti selection is a wonderful mix of flavours. I have been to a few Italian restaurants in Vienna, Huth da Moritz is truly a great place. Besides the awesome food the atmosphere and service are of top quality. A must go restaurant in Vienna.

Nice place and very good food, however the temperature inside was incredibly high, even for winter. We had to cut our meal shot because we weren’t feeling well and the kids were overheating.

----UPDATE----- After a road trip through Italy, I have to admit the pizza of this place is at the very top! ‐----‐‐---------------- One of my favourite restaurants in Vienna. Fantastic food and service. So far I tried Raviolis, various pizzas and the steak tartar. All fabulous. Deserts are also tasty allthough I miss a little more variety.
