Well, what to say, this place is totally overrated. The service is nice, but the food... Very average quality. They offer the brunch buffet with ok quality food at almost 20€ + drinks additionally. The place looks kind of fancy, but that's it. I did not find anything special in the food here, other than normal. You'll most probably need to book ahead and there are like two time frames when you can go for brunch, from 10:00-12:00 and 12:15 to 13:30. They obviously care about the quantity but not the quality.

Our customer recommended this place and took us there. The atmosphere of this place is awesome, the service it just outstanding and the drinks and food are amazing 🤩 The veggie burrito was rich in filling and together with the salad and sour cream just perfect and delicious 🤤

I ordered two sweets and two café.. unfortunately it took 1 hour to serve! The waiter kept serving others and continue to tell me 2 minutes please! I’m in vacation and I will not allow the bad service effect my mood. Actually i became more excited to try this special sweets that kept me waiting 1 hour for it!! I’m disappointed, definitely not coming back again.

extremely busy brunch location, only with reservation. The choices of breads, spreads, salads, fruits, sweets, eggs, and lunch are plenty and delicious. The staff is quick in refilling the food. The drink service was alright. Took a while in the beginning due to the huge amount of orders at the same time, but water was brought afterwards without extra asking.

definitely looks better than it tastes. for anyone wondering, brunch is around 25€/person the pictures look fancy and there is a lot of food and different varieties which i loved (salads, pasta, cereal, bread and toppings, desert..) but they didn't taste as i expected. for example the cakes: the "brownies" tasted like as if you bought the batter and the sachertorte was flavorless and just disappointing. some salads were good, but one salad (quinoa) tasted as if it werent in the fridge the night before, but they say everything is freshly made, so maybe it's just me. some fruits were bruised and smelled weird too, but there were a lot and they always gave new ones. the fried eggs were so dry and boring, but cute that they had normal, with veggies, and speck. the gnocchis were very good. orange juice was freshly pressed, but costs almost 10€. (overpriced in my opinion) there were pancakes and mohnnudel, and topfenknödel, and freshly made crepe, which were nice. there don't just refill, in the end they served different things.

The place was much bigger then I expected, but is still very cozy given it's layout. The interior is a great blend of traditional luxury and modern constructionalism design. We grabbed a quick lunch but could very much have stayed for a full course meal given how tasty the food was and how welcome we felt from the amazing staff service. The prices may be a bit steep, but totally worth it!

Nice brassiere style restaurant with a big terrace, located around a lively area. Wide offer of drinks, great snack and dishes. Reasonably priced, good service. Underground parking is 50m away.

It was so good that we were at this place twice for the 2 days we stayed in Vienna. The waiters were helpful and friendly. We have had one of the best pisco sour for our time in Austria. The cheesecake was so so good.

Finally shelter from the rain to cope with the hunger from yesterdays late flight. DAS1090 has an interesting design and is well visited on the rainy morning. My partner ordered fried eggs with crisp bacon according to the menu. On the side an Avocado bread with some salad on top and one small tomato cut in two. For this she had coffee with milk. I chose a Caprese omelet with extra ham, a bottle of still water and cafe latte. For the omelet there was a piece of white bread but it was impossible to bite in. The eggs was fine but the bacon was as far from crisp as they could get. My partner is used to good coffee but judged this to terrible. My omelet was well composed but some places the eggs were raw and under cooked. The latte had a strage taste, not bad, just different. Maybe because it was close to cold... 44 euros made the cost/benefit ratio a very expensive experience. Service was very nice. But we will not be back

Nice, needs more comfortable seating. The food was good but could be more flavorful. I would come back here again though. It is very affordable for what you get.

It was an awesome experience! Fantastic taste,great quality, served very quickly. Evening staff super friendly and funny - thank you guys for recommendation! As a vegetarian I know it s not always easy to get such a choice of vege dishes with great taste so the word has been already spread among my veggie friends!:) See you again soon!:)

We were here on the 1st of January, for a New Years brunch. Arrived almost 20 min earlier (so we had to walk around a bit, but that’s fine because we went there early) and the food was already on the menu table, so of course everything that was supposed to be warm got cold. The scrambled eggs was dried on the top, and cold inside. The fried eggs wasn’t ready but kept under a light so it got cold as well. The bacon wasn’t crispy, but it was cold.. The service wasn’t fast enough to take the empty plates from our table. There is a Waffle station, but it wasn’t working. The pancake station was working, but only 1 hour and 15 min after the brunch has started. While we were waiting for that, went for a second round of scrambled eggs, that was actually warmer than the first one. Nice restaurant, but the brunch just wasn’t worth it. :(

During our recent stay in Vienna, we discovered Das 1090 and wound up having breakfast and dinner there the remainder of our visit. Food, service, and atmosphere are all first rate. In particular, our server - Luka - was the best: professional, friendly, and very helpful.

Just finished having a meal at Bar 1090. Having not made a reservation, we were welcomed in and a table made available. We had Gnocchi in pumpkin sauce & vegetarian burrito for main course. Both were enjoyable & tasty. Desserts were definitely worth the wait. Apple strudel & cheesecake. Portions were plenty! All food was delicious & there is a wide variety of drinks/cocktails available. This restaurant is very worthy of a visit & the prices are very reasonable. Only here on a city break but would be back if we had the chance!!

Great food in a good place. Friendly staff. Was a little busy at the time we wanted to come, so we reserved a table.

Decent coffee shop/restaurant. We wanted to have breakfast but arrived after 12:00 so we had to have lunch. The food was good but the service could've been better. We felt a bit rushed.

I ordered the banana strawberry smoothie and it kinda tasted like strawberry baby food which isn’t bad you know but just not exactly what I expected. Also had flakes of the lion cereal on top which just again wasn’t what I expected. Overall the food was just incredibly average but the 1090 lemonade was pretty good and the staff was super nice. My friend got the pancakes and said they were amazing.

There is a wide selection of drinks comprising beer (including non-alcoholic and dark), wines and cocktails. Also, the bar food such as club sandwiches or burgers (including a vegetarian one) along with the atmosphere provide a good setting for an enjoyable evening.

I had the chocolate lava cake with raspberry ice cream and an espresso. The dessert....It's to die for! The combination of both the raspberry and the chocolate is simply divine. I fell in love with it. If you're around you should definitely try this dessert!

Nice setting and convenient location not even 40m from the bus stop. Ordered a burger...I always judge a place by the quality of their burger...well my buns seemed a bit stale 👀. Don't you hate it when you bite into a delicious burger and the bun just crumbles apart? Oiyoiyoi 🙈, the flavour was good though...just that bun.

The food was good, we got the veggie burger and the veggie wrap. The atmosphere is okay, I'm not the biggest fan of lounge music 😅 the service was fine, but I guess it could have been better. The place wasn't very busy at the time, but we still had to wait some time to order, even when there were a lot of waiters.

The service, the atmosphere and food are very nice. Their meals menu is not very rich, but what they serve is absolutely delicious. Worth the experience.

We ate here on two evenings - the first experience was 5/5. Service, atmosphere, food, drinks - faultless. The second night was more mixed. The main course arrived as we were still eating starters (the first night we had been asked if we were ready for the mains or wanted a break), we were asked to move to the bar as we were finishing our mains (when I asked why they mentioned they had some interesting whiskies - which was tempting!) but we hadn't really finished eating and it felt like they wanted us out the room. My wife's plate was removed and she was asked if she wanted something sweet to eat (but my son and I were still eating our mains). Finally, when we asked for a coffee following the meal, we were told that wasn't available! Overall though, great place, good atmosphere, great list of cocktails and spirits, decent food and very attentive, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We really enjoyed our visit here. There were five of us: my wife and I, and our 3 children aged 12 to 20. Plenty of food choices for all, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Enjoyed the local beer too 🍻

A nicely designed, modern restaurant with interesting and healthy menu. It's located not in the old town of Vienna. But that's the reason why this place is a nice place to relax and get away from the touristsl crowds. It's a place that the locals go to. The restaurant is comfortable for dining and sitting for sometime to relax.

Attentive staff, the food was good as were the drinks. It wasn’t busy when I was there but I was there on a week night. If I’m ever in the area I’m not opposed to coming back :)

Enjoyed an excellent early breakfast at 1090. Friendly staff, great menu selection and reasonable prices compared to the centre. The desserts were made fresh in house, not to be missed!
