The food was okay, definitely overpriced, they charged 1.5€ for each napkin, the staff was mean, annoyed with us and told us that we only have one hour to eat even though our table wasn’t reserved and the restaurant was only half full. We asked for tap water and they brought us bottled water and charged 5€ for it. Definitely not worth going, there are much better places to eat in Vienna.

Food is amazing, but that's the only positive. Waiters are almost atacking with questions, forcing to buy drinks and starters even when you dont have a table yet. They add a tip to a check without asking and you have to pay for coperto. So when your check should be 45€ you pay 55. I do not recommend

Best pizza I have ever tried. the ambiance is amazing, the Italian music in the background is relaxing, the crowd, the weather, the service was great. Perfect for group and couples. Definitely to come back for :)

The place is confi in winter, the staff is really attentive and polite, they sang and danced for the birthday celebration with a nice energie that was enough to make the night unforgetable. The food is not exceptional but good though. The entrance was the regina Variazione, the mare Degustazion was delicious as well as the called Focaccia, which in my opinion is not a real focaccia, but good flavor. The pasta was nothing special, I highlight that they serve a generous portion. Pizza tastes good, with the right amount or air in the border, napolitan style, the Diavola is made different because they add onions and tomatoes which is a bit weird for it but still good, is not hot but they have a spicy oil which in fact is hot enough. Something that i didnt expect was the price of the Digestives, to high for a small glass of approx 5cl of limoncelo and averna (8eu) That wasnt right but we didnt ask first for the prices neither saw them on the menu. Our bad in that sense, I considered them too expensive and dont worth it. Otherwise with normal prices for a restaurant in the city center of vienna.

Nice Italian restaurant in city centre. Good pizza. Friendly staff. You really feel like in Italy. We will definitely come back once we are in Vienna again.

Great food and atmosphere. However, the service was a little slow. Seemed like there were only two main people seating and taking orders. Plenty of other support staff to serve food and drinks. I'd recommend having more people taking orders.

Fantastic fancy pizza! 🍽️🍕✨ I wished I could have dined in there but I was rushing for a concert so I have to order to-go ( ・᷄ὢ・᷅ ) The vibe inside and outdoor are both lively and comfortable.Their staff were professional and dressed properly. It’s a ideal place for formal or high level gathering! Their truffle pizza might seems relatively expensive (almost 26 Euro) as a 12 inch small pizza, BUT, it’s worth it since they do put fair amount of truffles and with delicate cooking skills 🔥 I couldn't really rad the menu but I just show them the flavor I saw and they helped me out with that quickly. They also have a lot of different food options. Definitely recommend!!

The pasta was adequate and the staff was professional but not too friendly really. I hear the pizza is supposed to be better but unfortunately I wasn't able to snag a bite from someone 🥲. We were seated outside in the tent where it was quite cold, but bearable. However I don't blame that on the restaurant, it's just that time of the year. Imho the price is too high for what you get and the clientele is quite stuck-up. So, as it stands i think the place is a tad overrated. (Sorry for the bad photo, the lighting was not really helpful to show the salmon saffron pasta properly)

Visited this lovely restaurant on a recent visit to Vienna on a warm summer evening. We sat in the courtyard and lingered for a few hours. Order the house wine by the carafe (we especially loved the white wine but the red was also quite good). The pizzas were delicious (I don’t remember the name but my favorite was a spicy pepperoni one). Definitely make a reservation if you plan on visiting.

Great pizzas + good ambiance esp. for a Sunday night — love the après-ski vibes of the backyard cabin, welcoming staff and great prices. Good to kick back after a long weekend 🙌🏼

Celebrated the New Years with a few friends here. The gnocchi was to die for and perfectly cooked! Our only complaint is the steaks were severely under salted but still cooked well.

Not recommended. Food is average, pizza has more dough than ingredients. Service is long, although the restaurant was half empty at lunchtime. The owner does not know what good service, was boorish and yelled at us. And all this on my birthday. Horrible. Vienna has a restaurants where is a food and service is better. Of course if you’re waiting 45 minutes for your food, it will taste good because you’re super hungry.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The atmosphere is great and the food is to die for! I usually never find pasta special at restaurants, but this homemade pasta was excellent! The olive oil was out of this world, I bought 3 bottles to take home! Despite being really busy on a Friday night they managed to squeeze us in and the staff was so friendly, funny and engaging with all the guests! I’m definitely coming back here to eat and stock up on my olive oil! Congratulations to the team and management for a great establishment ⭐️!!

The pizza was really incredible! Our pizzas were in the top 3 we have ever eaten ( keep in mind that we have already eaten pizza in Naples😅😁)!

Good tasting pizza. At 12:00, when we ate, it could have been slightly warmer inside, but still worth eating there. For those who are searching the location, like we did, it's inside the inner courtyard with the Museum of Ilussions:)) btw, we didn't have a reservation but they still gave us a table

  • 5/5 Jan F. 5 months ago on Google
I am absolutely speechless, my wife, daughter and I walked past, no reservation and yet there was a table for us. The pizza was absolutely amazing, the dough really exquisite and the service really quick and attentive.

It is a nice little restaurant looks like family style. Pizza and veal were delicious. Prices are ok but service little mess. Ambient is warm so it is ok.

Fabulous restaurant, well worth finding it. It's a little hidden. We went on he recommendations given by our hotel. They couldn't have done better

Lovely place, staff are friendly and you can tell they enjoy working with each-other which amplifies the atmosphere. Food is also excellent. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem. Busy and buzzing! Pizza was wonderful with a doughy crust and so many options. Also our family had pasta - both the seafood in red sauce and the gnocchi with mushrooms and truffle sauce which was the table favor. Wait staff was efficient but also friendly and fun. Applause for Mikel and Enzo along with the head waiter Sergio. Why don’t they have this in Texas? I want to go every week!!

The food was mediocre at best and really lacked seasoning. The wait staff seemed a bit arrogant and were not very attentive. I was there for over an hour and was never asked if I wanted another glass of wine. I had some really amazing meals while in Vienna, but this was by far the worst.

  • 4/5 Lauren J. 11 months ago on Google
The man at the door was very welcoming and friendly however the waitresses didn't smile at all. The food was nice at least. Price is ok but they also charge table setting up fee per person which I haven't seen in other places.

Great pizza neapolitan style and the desserts were almost better! Was a bit confused as who the waiters were, and could've been a bit faster but overall great experience. Not as expensive as others in the first district of Vienna.

The heat waiter/butler did not have a nice and welcoming attitude towards our company. The other waitress we met was kind and polite. We ordered salads and pastas, it was average and unfortunately we did not feel like it was worth the price.

Food is good but tables are literally 10cm away from each other! Staff is trained for mads production, they are bringing one course seconds after another and making sure you are not staying more than 2 hours that you have in your communication (when you book you can book table only for two hours).

Great restaurant with great service. We got several pizzas, all of them were delicious. Desserts were great as well.

Our saviour in COVID times, we were able to have drinks and food in the courtyard and it was so relieving. They offer the best pizza in town and I give my word for that. If you are an Aperol Spritz person with Aperitif you can smell the Italian flair in this restaurant. The waiters are so welcoming and the ambience is so nice.

After Museum Tour we want pasta 🍝! So we came here! The restaurant welcomed us friendly! The service was all our staying there very good and friendly! our grandchildren received special treatment. They made her special pasta and she told them what she want 🙏😍! Food was delicious and big portions! I like a lot! We have visited here several times and service was always so friendly and good! And food is very tasty 😋 strong recommendation

Great food, great location and great atmosphere. The energy when the staff sings happy birthday to people is something else 😂😍

  • 2/5 Rinalds U. 2 years ago on Google
Pizza was good, but the rest was far from it. Shaky table, extremely rushed service, 3 euros per person coperto charge (in Vienna, seriously?), 5 euros for a bottle of still water, which we didn't even order and assumed that it comes complimentary with wine AND on top of that a mandatory 10% tip that was added to the bill without asking us either... For 2 average pizzas and 2 glasses of house wine we paid 50 euros. Tourist trap at it's finest.

We could easily book for 25 people and the staff was super friendly. The food was very good (as always) and suited our group perfectly. Also for our birthday child was taken care of, candles and singing everything that goes with it. We had a smaller card than the normal that was perfectly matched to us, also special wishes were implemented, without problems. I would recommend this pizzaria to anyone who is looking for a good Italian restaurant in the inner city of Vienna. The staff spreads the Italian flair and is always open to all wishes and tries to fulfill them in the best possible way. 100% recommended.

Great food and cost benefit. Service was also quite warm although a bit slow sometimes. Nevertheless, I don't this was a big issue

Great authentic Italian pizza in the heart of Vienna. Definitely on the high end of pricing due to its location in the super exclusive 1st district. We had the Regina Marghetita pizza, truffle gnocchi and aubergine bake. All super tasty though the gnocchi definitely stole the show. Worth a visit.

I very recommend this restaurant. Awesome atmosphere, service and food. I didn't believe I get as good pizza in Austria as in Italy. Here I got better pizza than in Italy. All of this for very good price.

Overall all my visit to Regina was extraordinary for several reasons, the host and waiters are very nice and welcoming, the speak many languages like English French and Italian. The homemade pasta is great with seafood. Pizza is also great with good portions size for sharing with family and friends. I am highly recommend this place. They may ask for reservations but they were happy to welcome us without reservations for lunch four people. The outdoor area is very nice for cool or rainy days to stay and smoke.
