Very nice rooftop bar on a great location. It can be super crowded, but the staff can handle it well, always friendly and professional. Nice cocktails, but also good non-alcoholic drinks. In general a younger crowd, but anyone who wants to have a good time is welcome

You are looking for a hotel which has a completely different style. Then this is the right place. I stayed 3 nights here and it was absolute amazing. Every room has it's own style, the whole hotel has so many things to explore. The staff is always willing to help you and you have the feeling you are really welcome. Don't forget the fabulous breakfast, everything you need to start in beautiful day. I definitely will come back. There is just one thing, if you come with car then it is tricky as there are no parking space in front of the hotel. The hotel own parking is very limited and nothing for big cars also it is a bit on the expensive side. I payed 29 euro per day. There is on the opposite of the road a public parking garage.

This hotel is really well located, just a short walk away from key attractions, the subway and tram lines, which makes it a perfect spot for a stay in Vienna. The rooms are clean, with a very modern twist and a focus on sustainability, which we liked very much. There is a great rooftop bar, but unfortunately, a bit noisy at times if your bedroom is on the higher floors. Other than this, we had a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay. Many great spots to take photos. Rooms are comfortable and I like the creative wall design. The minibar is free- minimal choices. The Google map doesn't show the exact location of entrance. The taxi/bolt driver may need to make additional round to find the location

The hotel has a quirky and fun design, with playful details and artwork throughout the space. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I particularly loved the view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful city of Vienna. And the rooftop bar is the cherry on top, offering cool vibe, quality drinks and fantastic views.

Kaja and Daniel at the reception was more than welcoming when we have arrived at 10.30pm after our booked hotel did not let us check in. They were really helpful, offered us an upgraded room, and free drinks at the bar. The hotel is styles, clean and well located. Would stay here again :)

A great hotel with so much potential. Some things I really liked: - Affordable bike rental (5 / 10 euros for half/full day, inc. helmet, bags, lights, lock) - Free drinks in the fridge, a bag, Bluetooth speaker and other items you can carry around with you during your stay (very nice touch!) - Cool shop, free water at entrance, great decorations - A generous checkout time (12/noon standard, 14:00 upon request, for free, if available) - Fast, no fuss, WiFi (no passwords or sign-in required) - Great rooftop bar and atmosphere - Excellent staff and management (always available, offered help and advice) Some things felt disappointing: - It's too warm / AC isn't great. I understand the hotel is trying to be eco-conscious, but the central AC runs too warm almost everywhere. It was 38 Celcius the week I visited and it wasn't too easy to sleep at night, despite having the AC on all day/night long at it's full. - Several items of equipment in the gym seem not to be working - Breakfast is quite expensive (28 Euros)

Definitely a smart city hotel. Their effort to draw attention to the good use of resources is very succesful. And the design of the rooms are amazing, they even let you to borrow a free bag to use during your stay and mini bar refills for free everyday. Definitely recommended.

I love this hotel. Plain and simple. I have nothing bad to say. Everything from the landscaping outside when walking up to the initial interaction with the front desk to the spa to the room comfort to the bar upstairs…. It’s all a wow factor. This hotel has so much personality without trying too hard. This is the most memorable hotel I’ve ever stayed at and looking forward to staying at other 25hour Hotels in other cities. The rooms are quiet, cute, and extremely comfortable. The staff is so friendly and housekeeping is especially awesome! And the location is so close to so much. Extremely safe area, especially for the LGBTQ+ community. Thank you 25hours Hotel! Everyone made our first Vienna trip so perfect and memorable.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location of Vienna. The hotel has a really cool design with lots of quirky elements and features and is quite fun. It's got a circus type feel to it. The room we had also felt spotless and really well looked after. Included was a free mini bar with several items and I've never had this at a hotel before so that was a nice treat too. If you stay here I'd definitely recommend heading up to the rooftop bar as well as the views are some of the best in the city, and it's a great place to relax in the evening.

Cozy hotel in a great location. Very relaxed atmosphere, original design. It is as if you have entered into another story completely separate from everyday life and stress. Friendly staff, beautiful rooftop bar, delicious food in the restaurant, one of the best pizzas in Vienna. Simply, you don’t want to leave the hotel. Beds very comfortable, everything available. Only the hotel garage is too expensive. We will definitely be back and recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are small, it's not really an issue. The tram is right at the door, making it easy to move around. The hotel provides everything you need, including an amazing breakfast, a small gym, a sauna, a bar/rooftop, a restaurant, and internet access. The only thing that I thought could be improved is to add more light inside the room.

100% would return because of the fantastic location and the wonderful staff - very kind and helpful people, big thanks to Caia from reception. Rooms are quirky but without compromising on comfort (we were both unfortunately sick and in bed, spending a lot of time in the room…). The free minibar is a nice touch, FYI there are no slippers in the room but they’ll be provided at reception if you ask.

Good location, clean, and with good beds. Maybe a question of personal taste, but the style and atmosphere does not really match the price level. I had a very bad experience at the checkout when another customer tried to skip the long queue and the staff did nothing to reject the attempt. I am sorry, but that’s really not okay!

This is the most fun hotel I’ve been to: superb breakfast buffet, GREAT atmosphere (they’ve put in a lit of work to make the placehave a chill and fun vibe), and great rooftop bar. The rooms are super nice too, and include a Boom box!

Nice hotel, great locations, atmosphere is very energetic. Sometimes staff forget that you are a guest here and have a room and ask many questions but could be that they were busy. Breakfast is nice 🙂

What a great hotel. From the moment we walked in we were amazed by the hotel's theme and concept. The staff are very nice, the rooms are cool and beautiful, and the location is just perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a lot to offer. The location is strategic, the interior design is fancy, cool and relaxed and the staff at reception are very professional and friendly. The rooftop-bar has a wonderful view of Wien and has a huge space where you can work with your laptop, or read a book or just have a drink

We stayed here for two nights for our first time in Vienna. We will definitely come back. The staff (Dino, Sebastian, Juan) were all very friendly and we were able to check into our room early after a very long flight. The beds were super comfortable. They have a free minibar. Facilities were very clean. The location is excellent; very quiet and a short walk from the Metro. The Ribelli restaurant was delicious. A huge thank you!

Really nice and funky hotel, unlike any I have stayed in before. Comfy bed, ok size room, but most of all the concept and design, if you are a folk art enthusiast you will love it. Excellent location and you should try the Sauna, not to mention the excellent food and rich breakfast buffet. great value for money!

You can have a drink on the top of this hotel's roof. The view is really nice, but is really really crowded and diffucult to get a spot to see something. Also hard to get a drink. We ordered 6 drinks to the waiter, he made us wait really long both times and then he forgot mine.

Brilliant hotel. There's nothing bad to say. The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is large and original and the service is friendly and obliging. The hotel is in the centrum of Vienna so you are fast at the important spots.

First had to wait 15 min on queue to get into the restaurant, then noticed there is no bread left! great start in a day. Took another half an hour or so for them to manage to provide some rolls. Apparently no one told them that they are a hotel full of guest and they are charging for the breakfast!

Sebastian, one of the staff at the reception had given a very warm welcoming and have assisted us with our Accor enquires. Super helpful and would recommend any travellers to visit this hotel! And not to mention to the Beautiful spa and wellness centre too! 🙂

First of all the telephone in our room doesn't work. I told the receptionist and nobody did anything about it. I couldn't use the room service so I had to take the elevator down for everything. 2nd the heating in our room is broken. We can't adjust the heat to cold or turn it off. We didn't get any good sleep through out our trip. Once again I mentioned this and nobody did anything. The spa was so dirty, the relaxing station was a mess. You can tell nobody has cleaned it for hours. I called a day before I arrived at the hotel and asked for a reservation for 2 bathrobes. The receptionist said there will be enough bathrobes when we arrive. Surprise surprise they didn't have anything. We couldn't enjoy the spa and used the relaxing room. The breakfast was a disaster. The line up for breakfast was so long. When we finally got in. The table was filled with dirty dishes, they couldn't keep up with the cleaning. The hotel is very disorganized. On our last day our room had a power outage and we had no power. This was the tipping point of my trip. Enough is enough. Do not book this hotel. They don't care about you. They just want your money

Very trendy. Everything is thought through, personnel is friendly, breakfasts are easy and of good quality. Rooftop bar is a cherry on the cake. Highly recommended

Wow the design of this hotel is very unique and memorable. So many cute details as you walk around the hotel. The furniture and art are some of my favourite of any hotel I’ve stayed. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet selection, it finishes at 10.30am, don’t be late because they pack up breakfast on the dot. Perfect walking location to lots of tourist sights, including shopping and dining. I was on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear any street traffic. I always appreciate a quiet hotel.

Sadly, I have to warn anyone against booking a stay at this hotel. They will take your money, but not provide what you have payed for. As such, it is hard to characterize it as anything else than a big fraud. This is our experience with this hotel: We were supposed to stay here, but then the city of Vienna closed the hotels in the city for tourists. As the hotel no longer could offer us what we had payed for, we obviously wanted our money back. The hotel refused. They were not interested in finding a solution and when we tried to discuss it with them, they showed no interest and just gave us the standard phrases. Our impression of this hotel is unfortunately that they are more interested in money than in satisfied guests. Therefore, we warn anyone considering booking here. You can end up without a room, but with a lot less money.

Very good location in the heart of the Museums Area, well connected to public transport (metro and tram). Staff is really friendly, good breakfast with a lot of choice (both salty and sweet food). The room was nice, it had it's own personality. The only problem was the light in the room. Both in the room and in the bathroom it was a bit dark.

We rent very good bicycle from the hotel Staff are very helpful and friendly Breakfast is a must with a lot of nice products (but on Sunday morning the staff was very busy...)

Spotless hotel, very fun decorations all over the hotel. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and a great atmosphere to enjoy one of the many cocktails. Had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which were both of high quality and very fun staff!

  • 1/5 Dorte S. 1 year ago on Google
Clearly the "boss" at the rooftop bar had an issue with non-German speaking, foreign-looking costumers and cheated by serving a 2cl drink selling it as a 4 cl, also keeping his client waiting, even if he was first in line, attending others (who arrived later) before. When we called his attention to the 2 cl vs 4 cl, he claimed "the list had a mistake in it". Definitely not recommending this place despite the cool location.

We stayed here at the end of our trip, an amazing ending to a beautiful trip. Comfiest bed ever! Definitely try Ribelli, the pasta was excellent! And their rooftop bar has amazing views. Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming!

Great hotel very cozy. Rooms are well-furnished, bar on top is very nice with a view. Food was also good eventhough if you are a large group, don't forget to reservate. I always tend to think breakfasts at hotels are too expensive (26 euros) but it was good and Terrassen was very comfortable.

A fitting finale for our trip ending with this hotel. It was a great stay experience. Room was interesting, comfortable clean and has heated bathroom floor. Free mini bar (but no replenishing). The breakfast spread was very good too. The location is quite convenient within 20 mins walk to the, musiem quarters and main shopping and restaurants streets. One has to stay there to experience the whole stay - its called 25 hours for good reason.

I booked the hotel as I am a ALL Accor Platinum member and we stayed many times in the 25hours hotel in Dubai. We came for 6nights. Value for money is certainly not in place with this hotel. We took the second biggest room category (gigantic room) as we are travelling with 2 kids (Platinum upgrade was NOT given). The view was into the courtyard (which means, no view…). We left the room every day around 7-8am and returned between 3-4pm. Rooms were never cleaned upon our return. Mini bar nor coffee were refilled. We highlighted this at the reception and the answer was “we will not make the room before 3-4pm as we prioritize the rooms that checkout and mini bar is not refilled”. When we said this is an awkward concept for a hotel we were given the response “this is how this hotel is managed”. So we went and bought some instant coffee ourselves for the remaining days, not sure this is what to expect from a hotel that costed us >EUR200/night. The additional bed for our daughter was charged at EUR20/night and was of such a cheap quality that we could probably have bought a side bed ourselves with that money… The location of the hotel is good and staff overall is friendly but we will certainly not come back.

The hotel is one of the loveliest hotels we have ever visited, and I'm a perfect location. We rarely even hangout in the same hotel when we travel but the roof top and the restaurant are also excellent and highly recommended. The room was a bit small and doesn't fit 2 people with big bags easily, but we should have chosen a bigger one if we knew, but this didn't affect our experience as the rooms are lovely and make you feel at home. Highly recommended.

A stunning hotel that understands the needs for visitors who just want to rest and take it easy! I would highly recommend the breakfast. It was fantastic that breakfast was on until 2pm. Rooms were cleaned in the afternoon which allowed for rest in the mornings . The staff were very friendly. My only recommendation would be that roo service would be great. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location.

I really enjoyed the stay here. The rooms are decorated in an interesting way, breakfast is very good with a vast variety of food. At the roof there is a rooftop bar with very good drinks. The price per night is reasonable for Vienna and it’s a walking distance from Museumsquartier. The service is ok.

The entire aesthetic of this hotel is brilliant. Helpful staff, amazing breakfast and the decor is so much fun. Even bought a few things from the hotel shop. Staying here is a very smart idea.
