What's
so
special
about
this
pizzeria?
It
ranked
second
place
in
competition
for
the
best
pizza
in
Europe
(out
of
Italy
🇮🇹).
Of
course
I
needed
to
try
it!
I
came
here
not
long
after
they
opened,
restaurant
was
still
empty,
though
later
it
became
crowded
and
full
of
people.
Waitress
for
very
nice,
helpful
and
professional,
with
very
good
English.
They
had
many
options
to
choose
from
(classic
or
gourmet
ones)
-
I
went
for
unique
one
with
buffalo
mozzarella,
yellow
sweet
tomatoes,
pistacchio
pesto,
crunched
pistacchios
and
fresh
basil.
It
was
18.50€,
so
on
the
pricey
side.
Was
pizza
worth
it,
though?
Once
waitress
brought
this
for
me,
I
knew,
just
by
smell,
that
YES.
Dough
of
the
pizza
was
not
my
favourite
-
I
prefer
puffier
crust,
with
not
so
strong
sourdough
taste,
though
I
understand
it's
just
personal
preference,
and
dough
was
no
way
bad,
just
not
my
type.
What
won
me
though
were
INGREDIENTS
which
were
top
notch!
Sweetness
of
yellow
tomatoes,
saltiness
of
pesto
creaminess
of
buffalo
mozzarella
and
the
crunch
of
crushed
pistacchios!
Mamma
mia!
What
a
taste!
Everything
combined
in
perfect
proportions
with
wet,
soft
dough
in
the
middle
of
the
pizza.
I
understand
why
it
won
such
prize
-
I
haven't
had
such
blessing
pizza
moment
since
Palermo.
YUM!
