The food was okay and the ambience was fine, but we didn't like the service. The waiter was "too attentive", kept asking if we want something too frequently. Like we have half glasses of wine and asked if we want more etc., which is still fine. While paying the check, the waiter asked if it is okay us to pay 10% tip, we said fine. He got 15% instead of 10%. We didn't want to discuss and he looked guilty and was checking our faces as we were leaving. We are not after 3-5 euro difference but this is a very cheap behavior and we won't be returning to this place. Maybe he thought it is okay to mess up with tourists...

Big portions for the meals which was awesome. Nice selection of wines. Very nice atmosphere inside. Delicious desserts 👌

We get at the restaurant at 20:30, we ordered at 21, and the plates are arrived just at 21:50 We asked for the water 2 times, cause the waiter just forgot it the first time and after the second time its took 15 min for a water If you thinking that its because the restaurant was full, it wasn’t, there was 6 tables ( and when we arrived there was just 3 ) So we waited for our dinner from the moment when we arrived there for 1 hour and 20 minutes The gin tonic was just half of glass, the waiters are not looking at the tables, for order another one we tried to call a waiter for 10 minutes The food was good btw, but not for wait for it for 80 minutes

We have booked a table and received the booking confirmation per email. However, when we have shown up in time, the restaurant was... closed. The phone was not answering, and there was no note on the door, etc. We walked down the street to check with Go!Wien which belongs to the same network (yes, apparently it's expected that the customer has to have a clue about that). There we got told that they had to close the Vienna 1st restaurant because of the cook got sick, and that the waiter was relocated to another location for that day. But nobody had an idea to at least write a note on the door or to call me to tell that the booking is null... By the way, there was my name and the time written on the sheet of paper in Go!Wien, which means, that the guys were aware that there was a booking. I totally understand that nowadays many restaurants are understuffed and that the waiters might do their best to deal with the work load but this doesn't make the situation easier for me personally. In that case, the restaurant management or owner should not give promises that they can't stick to.

Great location in the heart of the downtown and very friendly staff. Beef tartar and steak tasted great.

We had difficulty finding the place. Once we got there the waitress was so rude from the get go. She literally said “I cant help you with that! I dint build this place in this location” 😱. Of course her service there after was horrible. My son’s food was brought after we had all finished eating. The food itself was nothing to write home about. uuurrggghh! Such a waste of money. Plenty of other excellent places to dine out in Vienna. This isn’t one of those unfortunately. Only reason I gave a 2 star review is because the ambience was nice. That’s about it.

Great place, not too crowded, very friendly staff and the best beef tartare I have eaten! Christof and Shar are very polite and really professional. I can only recommend!

A nice place to eat a good choice on the menu. The dumpling on this traditional Viennese meal was very substantial!

Never ever again! We had burgers and fish&chips; however, the buns were not fresh at all (at least a few days old) and the burger had a weird taste. To be frank, it was the worst burger I've ever had. The fish&chips didn't really taste. The prices are higher than average. Wouldn't recommend it.

We have given our friend a voucher for a menue which contained a steak and a dessert. He was really disappointed by the sirloin steak because, by the taste and look of it itsself, you should not even call it a steak, it was probably 4-5cm big and 1cm or even less thick. And also the side dish was only one steamed onion. He did complain right away and the people working there did not react at all or atleast give him something to make the situation good again. Very dissappointing, I would not recommend this restaurant and their so called SUPER MINI STEAK, that was not even as wished medium ... more done done.

Very average food, for which you habe to wait very long. Friendly waiters, but unable to cope.

We went to this place for having brunch as an option to use "My days" gift voucher. Unfortunatly, we didnt have a pleasant experience. Warm food was extremly cold and seemed like some leftovers from a previous day. We were not able to consume them at all. All three options had the same story. Couple of bakery options were fresh. Staff was friendly (if you manage to catch them) but we felt like they cared more the next shift preparations than the ongoing customers. I dont know whether this is a regular thing, but the reserved tables were half equiped and there was no place to get the required crockeries (need to go after busy staff). Surprisingly the tables next to us were well equiped for the night session though !! Tea was part of self service and the other drinks needed to order. Again no information was provided and needed to figure things out on our own to see what is included. Somehow we felt like the advertisement was misleading and brunch or breakfast for outside customers is not taken seriously! . Location is good but with the experience we had no intention to go back.I hope they rectify this soon.

The bar nota bad to drink a beer. The have hamburguers too and salads, cocktails and the price is good.

I had an outstanding dining experience at this restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. However, the true highlight of the evening was our waiter, Darko. He was extremely kind and professional, making our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for an extraordinary culinary experience!

Very good value for money as far as the food is concerned. The waiter Darko was really great, never seen such a service, very kind, super helpful and very professional. If I were to come back I would definitely come here. Thanks again Darko for the wonderful experience you gave us.
