Elegant high end restaurant feel within a funky modern red room. Service was fabulous. My wife had the vegetarian four course menu and I mixed and matched between all three pre fixe menus. Each came with wonderful wine pairings. Our waiter Anton always gave us space and time to enjoy each course and helped us with suggestions whenever necessary. Great place to come for dinner on a special occasion like we did for our honeymoon. Very romantic with candle lighting. Very well taken care of. Would definitely go back.

Can't complain. It isn't the biggest casino but it has enough. What's good is, after signing up you get bonus money. You win some you lose some, I just liked how polite the staff are.

Push 22 rule is ridiculous, never seen something like that Blackjack pay only 6:5 Soda and coffee costs money? I think that the owner has to take a look at other casinos in the world The dealers are very nice Will never come back

Delicious food, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Sadly, the service was terrible - the first course took 90 minutes to arrive and the remaining 3 courses took another 75. The atmosphere was strange - stilted and off-kilter. "Everything was terrible but the food, which was fantastic" feels like an odd review but here we are.

Casino with a lot of tables but you pay for everything even water! The tables are expensive.

It’s not logical to pay in entrance, how can i know your bet or anything. I played many times in other countries but I have never seen that. You have to pay 27 euros and if you don’t play you can’t refund !!!

We are 3 friends, on the entrance security guy was aggressive and direct us to pay entrance fee 27 EUR, but the guy who was behind us and security ask if he with us or not - just passed him without fees (thought he saw him first time). Poor service at the entrance, scared to think what would be inside…

Nice casino. A bit small. Blackjack tables is 10£ (there is also 20£ & 50£ - 50 was always empty), and there is only 1. The casino itself is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was nice overall.

3 floor casino with lots of luck machines and tables. There is a bar and a restaurant at the place. Got option to keep coats for free. It's located near lots of stores on the main street, 2 minutes walk to the metro. Service is good but you have to wait for the cashier (there was only one on the first floor) although they have several service personnel desks.

The restaurant is nice. The food is pretty good and the service most excellent. However, the registration to get in was extremely slow and it loses a start for this. No one wants to wait around at a desk whilst the staff talk and talk to other customers, all whilst a different member of staff is sitting there dreaming of the stars.

We had such a great time here👍. We could watch the UCL match Real Madrid-Shaktar Donetsk⚽️ in the 2nd floor while we took some cocktails. After the game we went to have fun to the black jack tables and roulettes some of them are 10€ min bet and others 5€💰. We even won few money and after a good evening came back home with a smile in my face😁

Place for hard core gamblers, don't get your girlfriend for a romantic date here. It's a nice ambiance inside and drinks are reasonable priced. But don't mistake this place for a high end casino. Rules change on the fly, example one of the Roulette table which takes 5€ min changed suddenly to 10€!! The teller said it's always like that, the website does not talk Abt it. Also a lot of drunk people around with the tellers encouraging them as long as the € flow from the purse. Go here only if u are desperate and lonely. Else better places elsewhere.

Better than I expected. The 27 euro entry fee is not that big of a deal, it's actually better for you since they give you 3 euros more. To people that complain about the entrance fee : Why even go to the casino if you're not even going to bet 30 euros?

This casino has three levels of gameplay depending on the day. Entry fee is converted into table play chips or slot machine credit. First floor has blackjack and roulette while the second opens to a larger table pit and poker room. Floor manager was welcoming and offered to open any game per request as it was early. Played some Texas hold em. No specific directions for betting on the tables so had to ask as each location plays the betting rounds differently. Good experience but be aware no complimentary amenities for those used to that at other casinos.

Need pay Euro 30 for first visit. Euro 30 can play slots machine or chips. Provide free water only. Bring less belongings as they charge Euro 1.20 for each items (backpack, coats, umbrella,) for storage.

July 2022 we celebrated my 44 birthday at Casino Restaurant and we definitely made the best choice for the restaurant. The service and the food was just perfect. Benjamin was extremely nice, attentive and professional, also the entire stuff were great, They all made sure we had the perfect birthday evening and made us feel special. I hope to come again in the future and I totally recommend it!

Food was great, handling of guests terrible. One has to pay for the garderobe (????) show your ID (for a restaurant????). Despite reservation half an hour wait. Didn"t start well. Mistakes and waiting times continued. Staff was very friendly, but couldn't make up for the disappointments. The food nearly did, though. That was fantastic.

27 entrance fee is mad. Like let me choose what to play myself. And staff is completely not informed that “it is an offer”. I asked her straightforward question: is it mandatory to pay for it to enter? She said yes. So communicate with your employees better

The restaurant and the food was exceptional. The stuff was professional and in a good mood. I reserved the dinner for the anniversary, the cheffs 6 course menu. For the course with the venison you can even choose your extra sharp knife. We were served by Anton. The ambient in the casino is charming and they topped it off wit the jazzy music selection. Toi toi toi. I could not imagine anything better. I luckily reserved it at 17:00. After 19:00 it got pretty crowded and loud.

The place has a nice decoration, the food is good but way to overpriced, also they charged Tap water and the cover ( the use of the table). For the price is not worth it.

Dinner & Casino.... Birthday & Wedding anniversary..... needless to say that the dinner and the service was outstanding as expected. Casino - well received/welcomed at the reception. We celebrated my birthday at Casino Restaurant and we definitely made the best choice. The service and the food was just perfect, the amuse-bouche was a mushroom felafel served on a celery cream and it was delicious, we loved the Chateaubriand Steak and the way it was presented. I ordered the Menu Rouge and the salmon was probably one of the best starters I have ever had. Benjamin and Alexandra were extremely nice, attentive and professional, but in general the entire stuff was great. They all made sure we had the perfect birthday evening and made us feel special. I hope to come again in the future and I totally recommend it :)

What a great experience!! My fiancé birthday dinner was so special!! The waiter suggested the surprise 4 course meal and what a great surprise!! Highly recommended!!

The good: perfect cousine, mostly nice service. The bad: black jack payout 6:5 instead of 3:2, tripple zero roulet, slot machines everywhere, no dress codes anymore, and more. Feels cheap. The once so nice flair is gone and it's obvious you're beeing the cow. Sad. I really liked going there. I hit the exact number in roulet with a free 1000 chip and hat to hit it again to actually win something worth. Edit: And no, I don't need it explained again.

Don’t go anywhere close to the blackjack tables, its a total scam, push at dealer’s 22, 0.2x of the bet value when you hit blackjack. Bet only at 10x multipliers so cant bet with blackjack win. Really low quality of everything. Drinks are pricey (not free like other casinos I went to)

+ Very friendly staff + Nice environment - Staff misinformed me about blackjack min/max betting, which can happen but really should not. - Blackjack dealer kept fumbling the cards and throwing the cards into the bank, which is incredibly distracting if you have to think about a hand. - If you want to play you have to buy welcome chips, which you can't cash. This shouldn't be a problem unless if you are misinformed about min-betting. In short, good place for high-stakes players, but not suited for low-stakes at all.

Not a bad spot to stop and have a quick little bit of fun. The sign up process takes a while as you pay to go in and become a member. Cashing your chips at the end is also a hassle if there's a big line up for people coming in as there are only two servers for everyone...

We had an amazing dinner, we ate a delicious meat dish called Chateaubriand for two persons and then we drank a bottle of Austrian red wine, which was exquisite. The bill was what we expected, even less, considering also the good service. The waiters were caring and professional. Very recommended

Great restaurant with fabulous staff, we only managed a main meal with a glass of bubbly and one of wine. Waiter was knowledgeable in both and served us beautifully. Don’t let the venue downstairs put you off, a fabulous restaurant in Vienna!

Really nice casino, with friendly staff (although some were not extremely professionals). Had a nice time. You don't have to pay 27 euro at the entrance, just say you don't want chips, and you can buy some later..
