A really beautiful palm house to visit! The poinsettias were stunning to look at! It’s very warm by the entrance and they have coat hooks to leave your coats/jackets, so you can wander free handed! Lots of beautiful flowers and plants to admire. There’s lots of seats available for you to ponder and watch the world go by. It’s definitely worth a visit!! They also have toilets which doesn’t cost extra!!

The same sentiment applied to the Desert House, which shared similar characteristics: a few unremarkable fish, a handful of turtles, and one or two reptiles. It simply didn't justify the cost. Surprisingly, we even had to pay for using the restroom despite having purchased tickets. In summary, this place isn't particularly welcoming to tourists. It's suitable for capturing a few photographs, but everything else comes with an unjustifiably high price tag. We won't be returning.

A huge collection of tropical Flora

Amazing treasure hidden in the Schönbrunn Gardans - so beautiful building! Established in 1882, this huge, airy greenhouse with 3 pavilions showcases many exotic plants. The Schönbrunn Palm House was the last of its type to be constructed in continental Europe. You must see the place with your eyes - you will feel in the meadle of the jungle! Take your time and make photos!

Nice greenhouse divided into 3 sections: one full of scented plants, one heated, and the main one. Not worth more than 20-30 minutes although it is nice to sit inside on the benches and relax, taking in the sights, smells, and sounds.

We visited this place on Sunday. The building looked phenomenal. Nice big exemplars of araucaria, strelitzia and also palm. We did not understand why there were lots of hortenzia, it did not go with the palms. But for walking and seeing some big exemplars it was very nice. Thank you.

Amazing and very well kept garden with many species

Great place for a nice stroll. Bought the ticket package for the zoo that had tickets for this and the desert house. Went with my 8 year old, and even after hours walking around in the zoo, he had a good time checking out the plants here with me. Only spent maybe half an hour here, but worth it in any case.

It was really pretty and totally worth the price.

In my opinion there is not so much interesting inside of this building and it’s not worth paying additional money - I’d personally rather spend more time in the main zoo. There are many plants but most of them are just green, not blooming and don’t seem special. Maybe I am just not knowledgeable enough but I wouldn’t go there again

When you enter this place you feel like you are entering a heaven. There are many flowers and trees from different species. It was unbelieveable that different types of flowers can live together. This place was actively used as a garden during winter for people used to live in in the palace decades ago.

This was a great experience. Many plants you don’t see in this area of the wild flourishing in 3 different climates separated into rooms. I highly recommend to get a ticket to this and the “desert”.
