Called the number and this service has apparently been discontinued from 2019 . . . This was June 2023 that I called. Please change this Google!

Instead of tram I have used Vienna pass buses to explore this historic place built after city walls were demolished. It is good idea to explore it first day in Vienna but road traffic was terrible and I was impressed with our bus driver.

A 45 minutes circular leisurely ride around the Vienna main tourist attractions lasting around 45 minutes supported by audio guide using head phones. Worth the money and time as it gives you a quick tour which you can later follow up by metro or on foot for a detailed look

For 9 euro, the trip is not worth it. Rates 3 stars for the beauty of the city. One can take the tour if you are in City for one or two days.

Although the trip is short. You can use this to get an idea about which places to visit in the city. We took the train and found a few places of interest, after getting down from the train we walked along side of the track to see those places.

Very nice ring tram sightseeing tour, conductors are very enthusiastic and very communicative. Not sure what was the reason, but we had a round tree for free today.

A leisurely drive through Vienna on a tram with a very informative audio track. A good way to see the sights

Very brief tour of the city, great if only you are in Vienna for a day or so otherwise skip

Great views of the river Danube and street art. There's some grass to sit on in places, though regular metro trains go past in places. Moderate amount of shade.

Good way to see the old town. Would be good to hop on hop off as that facility doesn't use the tram but the bus

(Translated by Google) It is a great way to get a first look at the city. The most emblematic areas of the old city are visited and the guide is available in many languages. If you want to know Vienna, I recommend starting with this option and then you can decide what you want to know in depth (Original) Es una excelente forma de dar un primer vistazo a la ciudad. Se visita las zonas más emblemáticas de la ciudad antigua y la guía está disponibles en muchos idiomas. Good value for money. A lot of emblematic places discovered in 25 minutes?

  • 3/5 Zubin G. 4 years ago on Google
Not too great. The tram ride tends to be quite fast and the co relations with the places mentioned is not congruent. I suggest this could be skipped and instead a free walking tour coupled with a ride along tram 1 and tram 2 with changes at opera House can be a better option. If choosing the hop on, hop off, skip this unless you have a Vienna pass

Good for make design for places you want to see if you traveling by yourself and not into organized trip

Poor commentary on the tram. Minimal information was given with a lot of music inbetween. It had not been updated to take account of changes to a couple of the sights nor was it tailored to the season ( no mention of Christmas markets while we were there. For 12 euros for 25 mins it should be better. Better value to take a day pass for 8 euros and go where you want when you want

It’s been absolutely unnecessary taking this tram. The quality of heard information was like Wikipedia reading. Instead of taking this tram my personal recommendation would be just to take the tram number 1 or just make a walk around.

Dear Sir, Come to the visitors place and honesty tell me for 12 euros per person what you provide. 20 minutes for a circle of the center with the old tram and a pair of headphones to provide informations. Let's be serious.

  • 4/5 Nichole W. 4 years ago on Google
Very informative and worth ten Euros. Only about 25 minutes but gives you a really good idea of where everything is in real time and space. The headphones are very helpful as in many languages. I had a problem with the volume but I think it was just my clumsy fingers... Nice little trip

Great way to get familiar with the ringstrasse and the main squares in the inner city.
