Nice hotel, good location and reasonable price. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. The AC was ok, not the best and can be improved. I took two star off because of the service, especially when you compare it to the price you’re paying. For example, whenever you order something from the housekeeping/front desk, you have to go and pick it up yourself. This is the first time I hear of such a thing. I have stayed at motels and 1 star hotels who would still bring the items to your from, I wonder why this hotel doesn’t do it? I’m also a frequent costumer at Marriott hotels, and stayed at many of their establishments all over the world, and none of their other hotels asked me to come collect the items myself. This hotel has the potential to be much much better if the service improved. Until they do, I will be staying at other hotels the next time I’m in Vienna.

Stayed here recently and had issues with basic amenities that you would never worry about in other hotels Spoke to 3 different front desk clerks about the shower gel dispenser of my room, none of them bothered to get someone to fix it. I ended up buying my own shower gel House keeping does not do a good job cleaning. And the last straw came when they did not update me about my laundry despite giving it a good 2 days in advance. I had to leave my laundry behind in the end. The hotel staff will not bother bringing up your laundry neither will they bother giving you updates about the whereabouts unless you press them In the end, they are definitely great at gaslighting you into thinking all this is your fault. Not one ounce of accountability from them. A forced apology doesnt count. Seriously, find a better hotel elsewhere...where the staff actually give a cr*p about paying customers

Stayed here from Sept 29 to Oct 4. Clean, well maintained and in a great location very close to public transportation. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful but not extremely friendly. The gym on the top level with steam room and sauna is fantastic. Breakfast looked to be very high quality but was rather pricey. There is a Spar close by which is very convenient. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Room service menu food is to be collected by the guest!! Never heard that before anywhere else. Room amenities shower gel etc. were quite basic and not refilled daily which was quite inconvient at times. Quality and quantity were poor. Not recommended for stay

A hotel that disappoints on every single interaction: As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, an upgrade is normally a given - not in this hotel. Having a quiet room takes the front desk 15 minutes to look for. A bottle of water in the room, a common standard in any hotel, is not even available upon request. Hotel slippers are not available either: neither provided in the room, nor upon request. At breakfast, cups are there but saucers are unknown here. My advice: don’t stay here!

I stayed here recently to attend a concert. Everything was okay until I was blatantly lied to by the check-in staff, saying something that no breakfast is included all across the EU for some reason. I have the highest level of Marriott status, and just the previous day in Munich at a Courtyard, the breakfast was indeed included. I always get breakfast included at any Marriott property. Is this courtyard ultra special? Because they are in Vienna, and Vienna is the highest snootiest place? There is a failure in management here , as they attempt to nickel and dime highest status members for what? A mediocre breakfast? You can do better.

Staff was not knowledgeable and made us book a play not suitable for kids and in German and at the wrong location when we asked for an Opera house. Also, I booked with breakfast and initially they insisted that my reservation did not include breakfast till I showed the reservation from the bonvoy app and they claimed that it is a system mistake. To be fair, the staff was nice but lacked required competence and knowledge.

great room, service, and location. near train station so it was really easy to go downtown. the breakfast was great too. when i checked out, i asked for airport tranfers arrangement for the evening, and it was on time, though there was some issues but it was quickly resolved.

I had spent 3 days in November during Thanksgiving week and truly disappointed, and definitely it is not ideal for vacation facility. lack of true hospitality and services. The housekeeping was poor ....all bath towels were somewhat yellowish and old and the lack of details. Augustine

I was looking for a hotel with spacious rooms when I came across this beautiful Marriott property with a luxury suite available for us to book. The hotel is less than a quarter of an hour's drive from the heart of the city. The closest grocery shop is barely one block away, and the nearest subway station can be reached on foot in five minutes. The location is convenient since there are business buildings and a university campus in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is really well-kept and spotless, and the staff is kind and helpful. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and sauna on the top floor. Our stay was fantastic, and we enthusiastically recommend the establishment.

After arriving to our room, we noticed strong vomit-like smell coming from the carpet next to the bed, however our room was changed after we informed the reception. Hotel is nice, close to Prater and metro station, breakfast selection is not very wide but sufficient. Parking price is unpleasantly high. Small but nice fitness and spa but the sauna floor is absolutely unsuitable as it gets extremely hot and it burned my feet

One of the front desk people was HORRIBLE. He had curly hair and he was young. He was snarky and rude and when checking in he kept on interrogating my son even though our names were BOTH on the reservation and we provided our passports to verify identity. I think his name was Aruq or Tariq. Anyway, never staying here again, Not worth it at all. Disgusting experience

The bad: mould in bathroom, dirty room, service not very friendly and attentive, and old bedding. The good: the location is perfect if you want to be close to the university or the park. You can also easily take the tram to explore the city center.

I personally like this hotel. Why: - large rooms - quiet - marriot standard: well equipped, everything is there - next to Prater and a supermarket - easy to reach - super nice sauna, good gym - I come here for business, not to visit the city center Don’t stay here if: - you want to be in the middle of town - want a lot of bars and restaurants in Waking distance

Rooms and location are good. I come to this hotel on a regular basis since 2021. Unfortunately 2024, the breakfast increased to 30€ per person (not worth the price) and parking per day to 32€! So parking and breakfast accumulates to more than half my usual room rate. Room service is rude demanding to clean the room at their pace or no service because they finish their shift 15min later….Breakfast staff is more of an ignorance type. Fitness gym is great though and receptionist are nice.

Excellent location for those who want to avoid the busy inner city. The park nearby is nice with the Krieau U Bahn less than a block away. There is a Spar supermarket right next to the station. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very good, very clean and very safe. The location is good also. It’s very close to the trains station and there are also supermarkets around. The only negative thing I can sayed was the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough. But I don’t complained about it cause for me it was a minimum thing.

Wonderful experience. Staff is very kind and helpful, place is clean and cozy.... I was blown away. Beds and rooms in general are good size and very very comfortable. Excelent quality and service for good price.

Rooms have no heating and its COLD. Management and staff are totally unapologetic about this misadvertising and shortcoming on their part and don't even apologise for the inconvenience or offer a comp. Very bad manners and very arrogant. There are way better hotels for this price who are much more cordial.

I do not recommend this hotel. There was one particular lady at the front desk who was rather rude consistently. They do not honor Marriott Status as they should. They "honor" it by giving 9 Euros off a breakfast of 27 Euros!!! The breakfast is not worth 9 Euros to begin with, much less 27! You can order things a-la-cart, but they do not advertise this. At the a-la-cart prices, there is no consistency. I always got scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and a pastry and it ranged from 1.3 Euro to 7 Euros for the same thing!! Beyond breakfast, the A/C did not work. I keep my home rather warm (75 F) and had the A/C on full blast here and was still hot. The beds were like rocks. The shower has no full wall and the little glass to stop water does nothing. A 5 minute shower and the bathroom is soaked! The water temperature is either boiling hot or cold. If you spend a while and finally tap the handle to get it "warm", it is not constant. It still changes frequently to super hot and cold. Back to the breakfast, the first day I was told by the hostess that my breakfast was included with Status and all I had to do was sign the receipt and it would get voided. The next day I was told something different. I asked the check-in lady to help explain and she told me I was on the hook for 27 Euros, even if all I had was a bagel and they told me it was included! I asked her to check with her manager. I had to go back the next day, in which she was super rude and essentially told me to go away. I asked to speak to the manager, who was nice and voided it. The location is close to the amusement park and train station. Otherwise there is not much nearby. Everyone in my group (all in different rooms) also complained about the beds/AC issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Good location, close to Prater. Room was big enough, very clean and the bed comfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast

Best place to stay if you have to attend an event at the Stadium or want to enjoy Vienna without being in the city centre but with easy access to it. There are 2 different grocery stores very close and some cafes around. Access to gym and sauna is included in the room price too. I will come back here next time in town.

Terrible mattresses, uncomfortable pillows. Bad AC, doesn't get cold. no water bottles in rooms. No lotion or basic vanity sets. Bad shampoo and conditioner. The shower faucet burnt my hand. The people working here are nice.

Wow! We had an AMAZING room. Plenty of space. Also, good location, right near public transit. Don't be afraid to take the trains! Excellent stay, we loved Vienna!

We stayed here for 3 nights in end of October. Our room window didn't close so it was cold. We asked the front desk 3 times for an extra blanket, each staff person gave us a different excuse. The shower had a really moronic design that caused the whole bathroom to soak. Also, it's pretty far out (about 45 minute walk from the center)

Hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the airport and close to a metro station. The hotel itself is set up for business and is functional. The WiFi is good. However the rooms could do with some love and are in need of an upgrade as currently look a bit tired. That being said they are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Slick hotel reception with a spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for my attendance at WU. The gym facility was excellent. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed one evening when a conference had taken place. I waited more than 45 minutes for my order and did not receive anything. As a result I walked away and ate somewhere else. The staff were always very friendly nonetheless.

We checked in on Dec 30 friendly staff . We are celebrated our Anniversary for new-years . On the 31 we order the same vegetables tempura we got a day before was very good 9 pieces next day was only 5 and said they running short on cauliflower..same price . We make reservations for dinner for new years and what a bust ..sweet chestnut soup fallowed by a sweet potato pure with a file of fish was many bones still in it , the appetizer what a taco a size of a half of walnut .. Very slappy dessert and the price was €69 not worth it . Breakfast asking for an omelet eggs was burned ..kitchen needs some serious help ..I feel bin taking advantage of the price we paid for food there we pay more what we paid for our room for 3 days .

If you want to be recognized for your loyalty, this is not the hotel for you. I’ve stayed in Marriott hotels all over the world and have always been thanked for my loyalty, except here. In addition, breakfast is not included - the unacceptable reason provided was because there is no lounge. I decided not to argue the point but I’ve also stayed in plenty of hotels without a lounge but breakfast is still included. The rooms are a bit outdated with a strange layout (used one of my free upgrades (regrettably) to stay in a suite). The only pluses were the proximity to the train, the new fluffy towels and the helpful restaurant staff.

I have been guest in several Marriott hotels in different continents. The first impression at the reception was poor. The reception does feel like a 3 Star hotel. The infrastructure and the environment can be compensated by good service. But this wasn't the case. Either the receptionist was too busy or had bad day. He and the neighbour receptionist sounded unfriendly to all the customers. It is indeed a business hotel, but the guests are customers. First impression of the room was not good. The water heater was dirty and had black stuff in it but washable. Overall the neatness is poor for a star hotel. Some good things are the location, garage nice but expensive and the room feels small and warm. Overall 6 out of 10.

Great service, kind and caring workers. Also location is amazing - two minutes to metro station, not too far from city centre and a beautiful park nearby.

For a Marriott, I was surprised that the bathroom did not have bars to hold onto. Very slippery when trying to get out of the shower for a short person and nothing to hold onto. Air conditioning was not as it should be seemed to work and then not work and beds were to firm and not very comfortable.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Wonderful experience. Staff is very kind and helpful, place is clean and cozy.... I was blown away. Beds and rooms in general are good size and very very comfortable. Excelent quality and service for good price.

In our 2 weeks spent here, the hotel was absolutely wonderful! Victoria went out of her way so much to assist us in finding new spots around Vienna. The rooms were always clean and the staff were wonderful, professional, and courteous. We will definitely be returning during our next visit to Vienna!

Friendly staff. Breakfast was yummy. Room was very nice - upgraded corner room with 1.5 bathrooms, separate bedroom, family room, dining room. Convenient location to conference center. Only has 1 restaurant and not close to too many others. Great pricing though.

Great hotel in a great area of Vienna. Metro station very close by, lovely restaurants in the area. If you enjoy walking, jogging or biking you have Prater park very close by for you. The staff are great here and the rooms very comfortable.

Staff, cleanliness, and location were great. The one big negative is the shower. My wife and I agreed it is the worst shower design we have ever seen. Be prepared for water to get all over the bathroom floor. The glass enclosure is extremely short.

  • 4/5 Arman A. 1 year ago on Google
The room was spacious with a nice view. The service was excellent. One thing I would particularly like to mention is that the room was equipped with an iron and an ironing board, which were much needed since I was on a business trip and needed to look sharp. I was a bit disappointed with the gym which offered limited equipment. The hotel is not exactly in the center, however it's quite close to Krieau metro station, so getting to the city center should not be an issue.

  • 4/5 Christina H. 10 months ago on Google
The rooms are a good size and clean. There is a convenience store in site 24/7 which is nice for water, alcohol, and snacks. The associated restaurant is good. Our reservation said bfast was included but it was not; it was 27 euros pp. Not really close to downtown Vienna but there is a grocery store, bakery, and pharmacy nearby.

Very nice hotel not far from center. The rooms are large, very clean, wifi in every room. Special thanks to the front desk man, Vladimiros, who was very helpful and made the check in at the hotel very pleasant.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was a large king suite w/sofa bed that was perfect for my family. It is a beautiful property located in a quiet area within walking distance of the UBahn station, two grocery stores, the racetrack, and Prater Park. The staff were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this property.

Make sure to use HotelDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Best place to stay if you have to attend an event at the Stadium or want to enjoy Vienna without being in the city centre but with easy access to it.

Totally agree with the previous comment: I only put 4 stars, not 5, just because of this guy on the reception - young and curly, totally arrogant. But if not mention this, my experience with the hotel was nice! It's cheaper, not in the very center but close to it - 2 minutes walk to the metro station, about 4 stops - and you are in the center. There is the Prater park nearby - if you walk for 10 minutes, you get to the 1st tram stop, which goes directly to the center all around the Old Inner City and through Hundertwasser house. Rooms are nice, a bit dusty though. Curtains and a lamp were a bit dirty. But it was little. Cleaning is good. Bed is really comfortable, pillows are good. Its a pity they don't have entertainment TV channels in English Breakfast is good, but a bit too simple for 25 euro. Every day is the same. Not a big choice. I would make it cheaper. Yeah, once again - curly young guy on the reception should be fired.

This is our favorite in Wien! Superb breakfasts, great drinks and atmosphere at the bar. Location is amazing, really close to the subway, really close to Prater. Also very kind staff! Everything is always in good order and cleaned to the top level.

It was a beautiful hotel located at prime location. You can access metro on talking distance as well as there are some other facilities located nearby like bank, department store, park. Rooms size is just satisfactory. Furniture was in good condition. Staff was just good. There was no proper arrangement for halal food in hotel. There was no any complimentary or welcome food or drink offered in Room which was disappointing. Overall Cleanliness was satisfactory. Room service was just satisfactory which needs improvement. Gym is available, which is well maintained. Overall it was good, i preferred due to location.

BED BUGS!!! Do not stay here if you can help it! I arrived perfectly fine, and left the next morning with bites all over my body. I saw a bug crawling on the bed as I was leaving the next morning, took a video and sent it to the hotel as requested. The manager, Alexander, downplayed it and said it was a just a fly. He refused to do anything or offer any compensation and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The rooms are old, the bed is extremely uncomfortable; I only got 3hrs of sleep. There isn't even a USB outlet to charge your phone in 2023! Luckily, I had an adapter with me. Walking on the floor with socks on, I could feel rocks under the bottom of my feet, which also tells me the room was not vacuumed. It is close to Prater, but far from the center of Vienna. This hotel, and especially management deserves zero stars. Never again!
