The hotel’s beauty and grandeur cannot be adequately described. Our 5-night stay was truly unforgettable. The decorations and services provided were of the highest quality. Above all, the hotel is conveniently situated in the center of Vienna, right next to the renowned music hall.

Hotel is great, but charging 5 euros for room service delivery fee is absolutely a joke when my room costs 500, feels like Ryan air not a 5 star hotel

This is the most amazing hotel. From the level of service since you are arriving by car, to the concierge, the waiters at their restaurant, everything felt personalized, friendly and warm. The rooms are special. The schnitzel from the restaurant is tasty and the bar at night is elegant.

Place is extravagant with the theme of 1800 ish, bathroom was large almost size of the bedroom itself. Unfortunately the restaurant was really hot, air-conditioning didn't work, sitting outside for a nonsmoker also quite annoying. You can't check in before 2pm, but i guess you can leave your luggage in receptionist until your check in time come

Amazing hotel. Feel like in the museum. But with exceptional and professional service. Real deluxe hotel!

One of the greatest old school hotels the world has, the level of service is unmatched and down to the smallest detail such as non alcoholic champagne in the room due to my partners pregnancy. Credit to the reception team for their warm welcome. Thank you for an incredible stay and experience just wish it was longer.

This place is a palace and you cannot help but feel royal. The history of this grand establishment is as intriguing as the guests that have frequented it. From Richard Wagner to the Beatles and beyond, you will find illustrious names in the guest book. High ceilings with stunning chandeliers, silk woven wall covers, the softest bed sheets and the sense of history. Right smack in the middle of this city of the world!

One of the best hotel in the town! Everything was luxury and clean. The breakfast was made from fresh ingredients and way of serving was pretty professional! The airconditioning was the only thing that can be improved! It is a bit noisy and makes annoying sounds during your sleeping time!

This is more than just a 5-star hotel. It's unlike any other we have stayed in. Very grand and exquisite service. The staff go above and beyond. What truly sets it apart is the size of the rooms... huge! Perfect for our family of 3. The Imperial Cafe and their room service food is excellent. For all those tourists lining up outside Cafe Sacher, here's a secret. Come to Imperial Cafe and try the Imperial Torte. It's a 10-times better cake than the Sacher Torte. No comparison.

Didn’t like staff behaviour, too arrogant , not smiley ,especially at the reception. The other man who worked there (I don’t know his position) told us to be quiet and listen to our videos on the phone quietly . We are not in sanatorium for pensioners ok. It’s the hotel - a public place and we were in the reception listening to something on our phone . If he didn’t like us personally - it’s another question.

I had a wonderful stay here apart from the service I experienced at breakfast in the morning. The service we received was poor from a Hotel that charges such high prices. The head waiters never smiled and were often a bit rude. Service at breakfast was never with a smile and requests always seemed to be too difficult. Apart from that, service from everyone else was impeccable and nothing was too hard for the staff there.

One of the best and most iconic hotels I’ve ever been to. The building itself is full of history and amazing views, making you feel like you are almost stuck in time. Position is not far from the city centre and easy to find even if you are a first-timer in Vienna. Attila provided a warm check-in and was so professional and kind, carefully explaining everything I needed to know. Breakfast at Café Imperial was also top-notch. Definitely a must go if you like luxury hotels.

Lucky to have stayed during the 150th anniversary of the hotel. We were gifted with so much items to celebrate including a mini cake and a booklet. You definitely feel like royalty while staying at the rooms. The interiors just takes you back in time with the classic Italian architecture and the grand staircase. The staff was also very attentive. Breakfast can get hectic but the staff always makes sure to give you ample attention. The location is very convenient, you can walk to the Opera House, to Stephensplatz, the Albertina and some of the nearby parks. Definitely one of the hotels to stay at when visiting Vienna. Looking forward to another visit in the future

One of the most luxurious and prestigious hotels in Vienna. I had an awesome experience during my 4 nights stay at the Imperial Hotel. What really stood out was the incredible service. Everyone from the front desk , the concierge staff and the room service so helpful . The hotel is lovely, my room was spacious and appointed beautifully.

The best hotel stay ever... and I've stayed in quite a few hotels. Visited Hotel Imperial in November with my wife for a little European getaway. We spent two nonconsecutive stints in Vienna, one three-night stay here at Hotel Imperial, one at a hotel in the same area and the same star rating. Both were very nice, but Imperial stood head and shoulders above our second option -- so much so that I should have just booked Imperial twice. Incredibly helpful and hospitable staff who escorted us to our upgraded junior suite. The breakfast is simple, but delicious, and not too crowded as is sometimes the case in hotels that are more family-oriented. The stay was so good that I feel guilty leaving a review this late. We plan to come back to Vienna and I won't need to look anywhere else for a hotel, because I'm sure it will disappoint in comparison to the Imperial. Thank you for an amazing time!
