An excellent hotel which is well suited for large crowds. Rooms are comfortable and the temperatures set in the rooms are just right. It’s great that they include a small card which notifies you that the tap water is safe. Food here was also quite good, with a decent variety. Staff were always friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Beautiful hotel with an amazing executive lounge. It's very close to the city center, so location is perfect. Rooms have amazing view and are very spacious. Front office staff was amazing, very friendly and polite. Breakfast experience gave us mixed feelings. First morning it was not good, but second was great. Executive lounge staff was great, very helpful and made our stay there feel like we are at home. But the bar experience was really bad. We got the food before the drinks, and drinks would never come if we didn't ask for them again. It wasn't that busy evening (Monday). Also, food was not the best. Only beef tartar was good. Nevertheless, big thanks to the front office team and executive lounge team for making our stay great in the end!

Vienna park hotel check in counter completely messed up and told us they didn't have our reservation and that we were at the wrong hotel. So we had to go to Vienna Plaza instead, where we were told we were actually booked for Vienna Park and we head to head back in bad traffic. When we got back to Vienna Park, instead did being genuinely apologetic the staff made excuses about how the names were different. I'm sorry, we gave a "surname", which was exactly same as passport and in all our communications. Then proceeded to accuse us of not giving our covid test when we were not even asked for it. We are not mind readers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Nothing will make up for all the lost time and inconvenience we were put through. Never had to write a bad review mid stay before but I'm that incensed by this sub standard service. I can't even understand how this can happen. Are there many people checking on with that surname?! I'm here for a day and a half and it is a disappointment I wasted all the time commuting and won't be able to explore more of the city before sunset because of a staff messing up and my mood is ruined because she was also unapologetic about it.

The hotel location was amazing. Just opposite a train station which goes directly to the airport. It is also within walking distance of the main attractions and the centre of the city. The room was good size and staff very helpful. Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the bar and restaurant were also very nice. Overall a great experience.

We stayed in a suite with Vienna city views and loved it! The room was spacious, modern and had incredible views!! We stayed in the room with 2 children on the sofa bed and it was perfect. The lounge access was great and the breakfast provided there was better than expected. The hotel has had a recent renovation including the downstairs bar/restaurant which had a great atmosphere. The location to everything was excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was here in May 2023 it was great. We had a corner room, it was really nice, not the view (as it was on the station) but rather the amenities of the room. The + side was really the central location. Close to station and close to town. All within walking distance. The bar was nice, but the menu was very limited.

Nice hotel. Rooms are good. I love Hilton as a brand, but one thing I do not like is the bathtub and shower hybrid. We also did not have any wash cloths in the bathroom nor did the hair dryer work (and we had it replaced—might have been the outlet). Breakfast in the morning was very good and service team was super friendly. Location is great. Easy tram ride from Vienna Hbf. Most sights easy walking distance. Checkin was easy. Team was very friendly and helpful with directions to the Christmas markets.

My name is Ievgenii. I travelling with my wife Hanna and 2 kids, Daniil 8 y.o. and Mia 4 y.o. We’re robbed on 31 December inside Hilton Park Vienna Hotel during our breakfast. Were stolen 2 our bags with all documents, money, credit cards and phone. Police made report and started investigation about this case. But we’re shocked on a hotel’s reaction about this situation. Nobody from hotel personal didn’t care about us. We didn’t receive any apologies about it. And because of embassy of Ukraine not working till Tuesday 04 January I asked management of hotel to stay for free until Tuesday but they answered that it’s not possible and we must pay all money without any discount. When I said that all our money were stolen they called police… So personal of hotel called police, they don’t care about my kids( it was 7 pm and my daughter 4 y.o. was sleeping already) She was crying when we woke her… Absolutely inhumane behaviour. I don’t have words to describe our feelings. Don’t recommend to anyone stay in this hotel! You can be robbed and then thrown into the street.

Very nice hotel, located just 10 minutes walking from the city center of Vienna. Very nice and big lobby. The room was very spacious, with a great bathroom and nice shower but what made the difference was the view: simply amazing! Great breakfast buffet, with a lot of variety and the possibility to have fresh omelettes and waffles prepared on the spot.

Terrible check in experience: We arrived at 00:00, there was just one person in the reception. We waited 15 minutes to fill an entire form that could easily had been filled in advance… Lack of information from staff: They charge you an extra fee that will be refunded later on (which is normal) but they don’t explain you what’s the fee about if you don’t ask them! Poor experience in the room: The room doesn’t have anything in the fridge. Like water at least… they have a minimum kit for bathroom (a small shampoo and a small conditioner, but no toothpaste, toothbrush and others pretty common items present in other hotels with this same amount of stars). It’s a poor experience. When to stay here: If you’re looking for a place to stay for work, it can be ok. But if you’re looking for fun, and for a complete experience/romantic/to stay with friends… I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This hotel was quite nice and had a lovely location. The park across the street was nice and always had something going on during the days we were in Vienna. The rooms were very clean and appointed and I can't come up with one issue regarding the actual room. The ONLY thing I will say is that the room was extremely warm and we had a really tough time sleeping the first night. The following morning we alerted the front desk about the heat and that the a/c wasn't cooling well. They supposedly sent up an engineer but that evening nothing had changed. We called down for a fan and they brought one up which helped. But during the entire stay, the warm room never really change. Still, we had a lovely stay there and we'd stay there again if needed. We had executive club privileges so we had evening drinks there and ate our breakfasts each morning there as well. The breakfast was light but had everything we needed to get our day started. Having the bigger breakfast buffet on the first floor didn't interest us on this trip as we were trying to eat a little more healthy. The evening drinks was wine and beer, no liquor but still nice.

Rooms were great. Breakfast was diverse and delicious but strangely there was one morning when the white toast has finished completely. Major appreciation to Ms. Julia from the breakfast restaurant. She was very helpful and nice. There was one issue with the room cleanliness after the room service has come and supposedly cleaned the room. It seems that the room was not vacuumed nor the bed sheets were changed. Only toiletries were replenished and the beds were only made up - no changes of bed sheets were done. Overall, compared to the Hilton Munich Park that we stayed at beginning of our summer vacay; the Vienna one is heaven. Yes, the Munich hotel was a disaster. The parking charges were high; I hope the hotel considers offering some discounts for its residents. I know for a fact that other hotels offer about 10% to 15% discount for their hotel residents if they utilized the parking. Hope you continue this great job. Thanks.

Guests please be aware that the cleaning service could take your money or other things since they stole $400 from our baggage the management just said if you would have it in your safe box it would be insured otherwise nothing he can do! We think this is very very poor and does not deserve a reputable reputation!

Great location. Rooms are alright as well, but the waiting time to get served at the bar is... Well, you can go to the city, do what you got to do, come back, and still wait some more so better to plan going somewhere else to just save time. Drinks on their own are alright though.

Wonderful location, 10ish minute walk to the main city center sites. Easy train ride from the airport, drops off directly in front of hotel. If you are Hilton Honors there is free breakfast and a hosted happy hour daily. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Quiet despite a busy street below. Would stay again.

Very good hotel for business purposes. We stayed for a week, held conferences, meetings.. there are plenty of rooms suitable for any meetings, conferences... The staff is very welcome. Rooms are very comfy and clean. The building is 15 levels but they have 6 fast elevators. The food was nothing special, but not bad. Coffee machines everywhere, the bar was very comfy.

Not happy with my stay this time. Room service was not properly provided as they had a conference going on. I had some people coming to meet me in my room. They said “room service not available right now as all resources directed to conference. “. They definitely can do better. Otherwise room quality is good and so is location. Value for money? I am not so sure.

Great hotel, position and amenities. High-quality breakfast and dinner. Given that restaurants in Vienna are not cheap, the half-board option is the best thing we did in our stay.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice with a quite good breakfast. Members of staff are very kind. I am ranking it very low as they ask 25€/day for wifi access which is a shocking approach these days. Wifi is a commodity everywhere these days, where in most other places is just for free. One more point. Carpets on the corridors smells really strange. Otherwise, the place is quite okay. Great decor downstairs!!!

Nice Hotel located in walking distance of the main attractions. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable but I missed some charm in the rooms. Breakfast buffet is vast just a little crowded though. Service over all friendly.

In my opinion, the hotel has a great location. It has a mall in front of it, and there are many restaurants and shopping stores next to it. It is located in the center of the country. It has a varied breakfast, and below it is parking. The sports club is large. Their services are excellent.

Great location, wonderful breakfast (with incredible salad bar and fresh honey) Minutes from the beautiful park in the heart of the city and Mitte station, you really couldn’t get much more convenient than this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, with great city views. The executive lounge is probably the best I’ve ever experienced as a Hilton member, in terms of design , I love the terrace. My ONLY complaint is that they really shouldn’t allow food delivery companies to use the elevator. Aside from the obvious security issues, they take up space and they slow down the process of taking the elevator to the room. Guests who are lazy enough to order delivery to their room should be forced to get their delivery in the lobby.

Lovely Hotel, with an excellent location. I was in Vienna to celebrate my birthday, I was checked in with a very cordial lady, my friend decided to stay over, and Daniel, the Guest Experience Manager made everything easy, adding an extra bed without any extra charges, so we were three friends celebrating my special day in Vienna. F&B, Front Office staff, all very polite. Definitely will be back and recommend this Hotel.

Perfect location if you are visiting for the first time. Public transportation to and from the hotel is convenient. Gold members like me enjoyed hanging out at the Executive Lounge after the whole day of exploring the city.

Hilton Park Vienna is one of the best hotels in Vienna. Hilton Park Vienna location is a real central strategic location in Vienna. Literally, 90% of the must-see sites in Vienna are walking distance from this hotel. Nevertheless, it is 25 minutes away from Vienna International Airport by car, and around 16 min away from the airport by CAT (Metro/ Train), the CAT is 2 min walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the simple modern interior is designed to meet all the needs of the guests. However, the hotel is busy all day long, but the hotel staff members are helpful. I dont believe they are friendly/ nice, but they are professional and will deliver on your requirements. The service is ok, and the guests will find all the requirements they might need. I didn't try the restaurant, but the executive lounge food/ snacks was really nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel for Vienna visitors.

Excellent is not a high enough category for this hotel. I have traveled over 1 million miles around the world and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food, the accommodations and particularly the staff made for a memorable stay. The location was perfect for an easy walk to the center of the old part of the city. The park adjacent to the hotel was particularly relaxing an enjoyable.

Lovely spacious room with a good partial view of the park (we were actually able to select our room prior to check in). The lobby is huge but I can't speak to the restaurant as we didn't eat at the hotel. Staff at the front desk were polite and professional. The hotel is directly across the road from a main train station which has a supermarket and quick grab kiosk/store (same brand as the supermarket but has ready made food, coffee, and pastries available). One thing of note is that the shower tub combo is small (per usual with most hotels) and the glass screen is very short so unless you stand right up the end of the tub, you run the risk of splashing water all over the bathroom. Only downside to our stay was being charged for a local phone call when we called housekeeping to get some tea bags which hadn't been replaced. I've never been charged for an internal call, especially not for something that should have been replaced anyway (this also seems to be an issue at almost every hotel I've stayed at, why is the tea never replaced??). On the plus side, the elevator system is amazing - there's a little screen where you select what floor you need and a bank of 5 elevators, so we never had to wait for one or get on with a massive group of people all going to different floors. Very handy at check in and after a long day sightseeing when all you want to do is get up to your room quickly.

Very comfortable rooms with air conditioning, fridge and tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet is expensive but very good with plenty of options. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is great - handy to airport trains as well as U and S-bahns. Plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Get a room above floor 8 for a view.

Great hotel, great location, great service. It felt very cosy, the breakfast is fenomenal good. The view is stunning. It is clean and has everything needed. The subway and trams are 2 min walk away. Saint Steven is like 10-15 minutes by foot. I recommend it!

I had a great four-day stay at Hilton Vienna Park. The housekeeping was excellent and the room was really nice. The only downside was they didn't provide assistance with the power adapter. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

Great hotel, great location! Walking distance to many great restaurants and attractions! Subway station, big grocery store and mall right across the road. Minimum temperature available on room thermostat was 20C, I prefer it a little cooler than that to sleep well, minor detail. Very happy to stay here again!

Wow! What a fantastic experience. My family and I are on a 4-week European holiday from Australiana and have stayed at a number of different hotels across that time, and this far and away exceeds everything we've experienced, ever! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, our bags were taken for us as soon as we walked through the door. The reception staff at check in were incredibly friendly, and were brilliant with our 2yo. At the end of the check in process we were informed we had been upgraded free of charge from a standard room to the Grand Penthouse Suite. We couldn't quite believe it. This experience has made our entire European getaway that much more special. Outside of all of this, the hotels location is fantastic. Walking distance to a lot of the major sights, and right near the metro and a large shopping centre. Thank you, Hilton Vienna Park and staff for an experience we will never forget!

The Hilton hotel exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, and the panoramic view from my room was breathtaking. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and close to the place where I had to work.

Great hotel. Great staff. Everyone is so professional, courteous, and very helpful. The rooms are excellent with lots of natural light. The breakfast is excellent. The underground train station is right across the hotel that'll take you all over Vienna.

The room is beautiful. It is close to everything a tourist wants to see while on vacation after walking around and seeing so much I just wanted a beer. I waited and waited and waited and waited. The night before I was served after a long wait as well where I was sitting tonight, the exact same spot I was sitting in last night they said that area doesn’t get served. Maybe Hilton you need to figure this out. I don’t know what’s up with the waitresses here, but they seem as though they don’t want to serve. Maybe they should find another job someplace else. Remember treat your customer right. Make your customer feel special..

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Vienna Park. It’s in a prefect location. It’s far away from the noise and crowds but close enough to walk or hop on the subway or light rail. The hotel staff are wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast spread is worth the money. It’s Buffett style and they had plenty of options to choose from. I love staying at Hilton hotels and this hotel matches the vibes of other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at.

Starting with Sandor, the breakfast chef, always happy and working with a smile, all the executive lounge people who work, specially Jean Paul, Beatriz, and Marietta… you guys are spectacular and know how to treat people, they make me feel like home. Furthermore, a Special mention too to Esther working downstairs in the restaurant! She was lovely. The room it was amazing and the lounge outstanding. I think I will be back as really enjoyed this visit and one is always come back where it’s been treated good.

We recently spent the night at the Hilton Vienna Park. It was an easy Uber ride from the airport and located right on a street accessible to the train, a mall and several restaurants. Wonderful lobby, decorated for the holidays. Restaurant and bar was very relaxing, not loud or overwhelmed with people. The staff is incredibly helpful and gracious. The room was very clean. We had a corner room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed and a welcome haven after traveling for 24 hours.

We’ve had such a great experience with Hilton in Europe. Vienna was no different - the hotel was amazing with great views. The hotel rooms are tiny and definitely not 5 star or worth the price we paid. Two people can’t fit into the bathroom. The water pressure was terrible and yet the bathroom still somehow flooded regularly. When I complained about this was told they couldn’t do anything because hotel was too busy. Staff were rude and condescending. No one answered the guest room phones so I always had to go down and every time there was a crazy long line and wait at the front desk. Staff at breakfast were the only exception. However breakfast incredibly expensive for what it was. No Asian style breakfast which I would expect from a five star global hotel chain. Location is quite good but doesn’t make up for the quality of the hotel overall. Would not recommend.

I stayed in two rooms with my family for more than a week. 1- The rooms are on the same floor, but not close to each other. 2- There was also an annoying sound throughout the day due to the elevators moving up or down, which are close to our rooms. 3- The hotel does not have a concierge service because they are waiting to hire a new employee. 4- The hotel's location, room services, cleaning, and morning breakfast are excellent.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms. The room we stayed did not really have a view but it’s a nice corner room. The hotel is always crowded and it’s not even during peak season. Excellent, quiet location. Great staff and great breakfast, but they should separate certain food items from the rest especially when there are really spicy food such as jalapeños are involved, which is not what everyone wants for breakfast. The problem though is not the staff but with the guests, we saw people grabbing their food with fingers instead of the tongs they provided, even putting the food back with the same fingers. We were glad to see at least one of the situations was stopped by one of their staff

Location of the hotel is excellent. Superb! ) you get everything around you. Cozy restaurant just in front of hotel like Italian, 5 min walk Greek tavern. Starbucks and shopping mall. So basically with food around. The hotel itself is excellent, the room was great and with carpet. Toiletries used provided by hotel and what surprised me they were excellent quality so I didn’t used mine (Aesop, kiehl’s). The other thing needs to be mentioned the breakfast area and excellent selection of food for breakfast. But some of the food like yogurt haven’t been added everyday, they just faded day to day. Coffee - decent!)

Very nice and clean. Super friendly staff. The breakfast was great, and the bar was in a nice spot for a drink. The hotel is in a good spot to set out and see the city. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the view of the city was amazing!! They have front door parking for diamond members which is nice in a big city! . Overall we had a wonderful few days. We highly recommend this spot if you are wanting to see the city.

The service is excellent. The rooms are spacious, some of them with nice view. The breakfast is perfect, there is big variety of meals kept warm or prepared in front of you, there are also healthy meals, sweets, etc. The fitness is little bit small for such big hotel.

I was very impressed during my week stay at the Hilton Vienna Park. The rooms (which may have been recently renovated) were large, clean, bright, and airy. The staff were very efficient and quickly provided any requested items. I found the room perfect for working from the hotel when I needed to and otherwise in a great location to sightsee during the weekend, commute to the office, and grab a late night meal after work. The location next to the train station and transportation hub cannot be beat when coming from the airport, while also feeling clean and safe. Would be my preferred/ favorite hotel to stay in when traveling for work to Vienna.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Was there for a conference and they pulled it off with finesse. Food, drinks etc were all very good. Would have appreciated iced water top ups, versus letting the water warm up throughout the day, but other than that, can't complain.

Perfect Hotel for exploring Vienna. Easy reachable from the airport by train and just a minute walk from the station Wien Mitte. Execute room was big enough, and you have a Small area at the lobby bar for executive floor guest with free drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast very good. Check in was very friendly, also the rest of the team. 10 min walk and you are in the center of Vienna.

Well looked after by the staff here. Excellent Customer Service in all departments, we couldn't ask for more from the staff as they have always been efficient, organised and very informative. Furthermore, the hotel is based in the city centre thus providing excellent transport links and short walks to all the amazing places Vienna has to offer. Overall, a great place to stay at if anyone were to visit Vienna.

Excellent location (which also impacts the price as I understand), spacious rooms. Good breakfast for my taste (you will also find food for infants), but some may consider the choice being not that wide. Very helpful staff - had a few drawbacks in the room at checking-in, which were solved literally in minutes.

Hotel and its location was quite ok for my stay. Room which i stayed was also nice, cleaning was perfect. Be carefull about receptionists, because when i arrived to hotel for my check-in, they were extreme kind and helpful, made my check-in in a fast way and gave my room card in a proper way. When i went to my room ,i recognozed that the room which was given is not the room i bought. I went back to receptionist guy where he is not available (he was in backroom, and a lady over there helped me about that big & annoying mistake to fix it. She went back to backroom and discussed this with that guy and told me that my booking was upgraded to better one, i thank to that lady and went back to a new room. When i was in that room, that was the room that i booked, means they did not upgraded my room. So as a summary, do not trust the receptionists who is serving you in front desk, you should definitely challenge them to do their job in a right way, even they seem like that they are helpful, kind and friendly. Be careful and do not trust them at all, it is very easy for them to tell a lie!...

Best hôtel on town. Excellent location. Amazing service. From the first seconds you feel like home, and same during all the stay. The breakfast is simply delicious with a huge choice and always with smile. The executive lounge is a must to get the perfect experience. In one word : recommended !

Perfect location by the U-Ban and city central. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed (even an electric tea kettle). Check in was easy, but check out was unfortunately challenging. They also do not allow outside food to be eaten in the bar/lobby. I would stay here again though! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Excellent location! Near the city center, good view from the window, metro near by and CAT is cross the road (City Airport Train) 16 min to from airport, every 30 min. Very good breakfast, really good one! Rooms are okay, amazing pillows! 4 stars only because sound isolation… we had noisy neighbors and we could hear them pretty well. I would stop over in this hotel again!

The hotel is right in the center of the city, there is access to everywhere, the room is tidy, pleasant and comfortable, the bathroom is renovated, the breakfasts are really a king's meal. It's a shame that the staff does not help with navigation. There is no one who really knows the city and the ways and means to get there, not even the concierge. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay, we found a box of McDonald's chips from the previous tenants under the bed. I was really disappointed.

Meeting expectations. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Hotel is centrally located with a walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was exceptional. View from the window could have been better, but it obviously depends on the room. Would recommend for business trips.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with the location. The train and underground station is just across the street given you easy access to all of the Vienna downtown area with just a very short walk. For elite members, the Executive lounge was good for both breakfast and evening reception. Room was nice. I got a great deal booking with points but I can't speak for the value since I don't know what the rate was otherwise.

Elevators surprisingly were able to handle all the people at this very busy property. Friendly staff. Very LGBT friendly (and generally friendly to everyone). We had an issue checking in. Sonja at the front desk met with us and was spectacular and I could tell genuinely cared. They did have some issues with wait times and lines at their front desk, so my only comment is that staffing for the front desk could be increased.

Stayed here for 9 nights. The hotel is centrally located and conveniently located near public transportation and the City Airport train. My room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view of the Stadtpark and the Inner Stadt. The service at the front desk and the bar is very good and professional. This hotel is my preferred hotel when I visit Vienna.
