The stay would have been nice/average. Because aside from a very long wait in the foyer, the room was large and cheap. And there is plenty of parking nearby. However the state of the room was disgusting. There were leftovers from a previous guest in the cupboard, including half eaten fish. The ventd and light switches hadn't been cleaned in a while. The carpet stained. The hotel has not responded to my mail about this.

Very far away from the actually city center. We learned from the taxi driver that it’s in district 10 and the city center is district 1 and at occasion you could call maybe district 2 the city center. Very deceiving name for a hotel. Dirty rooms. Dirty carpets. Breakfast less than the average but not too expensive at least. The staff was extremely rude. Not only at the check in. We had a faulty fridge which we told the staff about. We asked if we could get another room because we had things to refrigerate and without even checking the system, one of the staff members rudely says no chance and basically ignores us. At night it’s a lot of people running in and out of the hotel which gives a feeling of the hotel being unsafe. Taxi driver was talking about the hotel being known for some night time activities, which made a lot of sense once we heard it. Would not recommend.

Very very very dirty and disgusting room! Would not recommend to anybody. Early check-in was requested and confirmed and when we arrived it was not possible - service missing here totally. „Fresh“ towels were dirty when we arrived. The room however was spacy but still it was very old and dirty. The carpet had stains, the bathroom had mold in the joints and it was all very dirty and dusty. Would definitely not recommend !

Nice hotel with transportation just a few blocks away. The man that checked us in (late 40's early 50's) was very helpful. He suggested a pizza place that had an exceptional pizza and salad. The room was comfortable, large, had a bathtub, and more then enough hot water to fill it. There was also a refrigerator. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

3 days there and I do not recomend the place because the cleaning in my room was only making the bed and towels, then...nothing, no pick up trash, no pick up dirty glasses, any kind of cleaning. You can save some money if you stay long but certanly, you will get things like this

Good clean hotel. Enjoyed our stay. A little to far from Vienna central but bus and trains easy and cheap to use when you know how. Hotel has some lovely parkland behind it for a nice walk.

Now that was something else, for the price we paid for one night stay it was absolutely perfect. The room was so nice like in a 5* holiday hotels, reception was kind and helpful. I recommend this place in every way. The location is really great too, you are close to a lake, so you can go for a little walk. Fantastic :)

The reception staff ok, in general they helped us with the information we needed (we had a problem booking a room on a website), otherwise the carpet in the hallway is very dirty, if you use the stairs instead of the elevator, dirty and they, on top of that, in the room, the web of spiders in which small insects are trapped, at least in room 246, at least the linen on the bed looks clean, there are no disposable slippers or other materials for hygiene, ear sticks for example or makeup remover discs (things specific to a 4-star hotel), no refrigerator, it's not even close to a 4-star hotel, with indulgence I would rate the hotel at 2 and a half stars, not even 3. On the other hand, if you have a car or travel public transport, it is good in terms of positioning, it is not very far from some sights to visit, and the hotel area is quiet.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean but it’s far from city center. However u can always catch a bus public transport. The breakfast was excellent but i was not really impressed because of not Halal food.

Me and my son only stayed 3 nights and it was alright for the price, is a bit far from the city but walking a bit you can commute, only thing is the bathroom needs a deep cleaning service, but staff is polite and I were given fresh towels everyday, overall is a good place to stay.

Hotel was nice for the price. But bare in mind it was about 6km from city center which was good for us because we didnt need to drive in city traffic wirh our car.Hotel is very close to the nearest exit from highway. Uber or bolt to city center is from 10€ to 20€.It depends on time of day and demand.

Very basic. Clean enough but carpets badly stained and our phone was covered in dust. Breakfast was basic and not worth the money, not a good selection. Was comfortable and close to things. Staff was friendly enough. 2 fridges in the room and neither worked. I would stay again if I needed cheap and basic but definitely wouldn’t have the breakfast. Rooms also look nothing like what’s advertised

The hotel was simple and not 4 stars for sure, max 3. It really is far away from the center, but taking 11 tram until Reumannplatz and metro from there to the city center is the perfect route. For sure it’s not for a family trips, since the walls are like paper, on Saturday night you’ll listen to everyone making kids. The air around the hotel is amazing, because it’s next to a small forest. Nevertheless, you should consider this hotel for a shorttime trips.

There was strong cigarette smell when we entered the room, also the bed mattress and pillows are very thin. Other than that room was clean and breakfast was very good. Location wise you need a car to get anywhere, its outside the city. The room has a small kitchen and fridge but definitely not a 4star hotel.

4 star yet cannot understand why. Requested 4 single bed but still got 2 doubles. Nice to have a kitchenette but both refrigerators were not working. So really couldn't see the purpose of a kitchen. The info in the booklets give you no idea of the services they provide( we'll its not very obvious) learnt much later on they had a laundry room . So thinking they had a workable tumble dryer . Washed a whole lot of clothes. Washing was fine but dryer was not heating the clothes sufficiently. Spent euro after euro to no avail. Had to dry bigger items with a hair dryer in the end. The whole hotel is not 4 star plus worthy. Rather dated I'm afraid. To get anywhere and back you need to walk 10 to 15 mins to the tram/ train. Then you need to work out where to get off and worse still how to get back. It wasn't an easy process. Quite far out of the centre.

Me and my classmates were on a school trip and stayed there for 5 days only and it was actually better than expected. The rooms were neat when we first walked in and the towels were changed everyday. One problem was that the eye of the door broken and the painting on the wall was a little creepy to look at when you first wake up. Breakfast was also pretty good and had many options to choose from and food was refilled regularly. It was a pretty good hotel to stay at. Could be a little cleaner maybe but for me it was alright.

The standard of the hotel was disappointing. Ufourtunately our room was dirty and we found hair in the bathroom (on the floor, around the toilet paper) the bed sheets looks clean but not with a fresh smell. I also had problem with connecting to the internet, as the info said to call the reception for the password-but there was no response for a while. The corridor carpet was filthy, looks like somebody vomited.... 🤔😔 Really dissatisfied as from the outside looks good. Thankfully only one night spent in there, so didn't have time to complain. Large, tidy and clean rooms, friendly staff..a bit shame is a breakfast..everyday same food which is not exactly 5star or even 4star category. Overcooked eggs, missing hot vegetable choices and both sausages and meat are equally poor taste. Missing gluten free bread? Location and parking are great. Rooms don't have a fridges, but bathrooms with bath are quite nice, and warm.

I only stayed here because Austrian airlines gave us this room after missing the flight. I would never book it on my own, this hotel truly deserves 1 star. Starting with bad location, dirty shower, dirty bed and carpets and finishing with the halls where is not lightened property, feels like the hotel of death.

Relevant place to stay when miss your flight. Service is good. In the room strong smelt of tobacco. But it’s compensated by nice fresh air form the window due to park around. If you want to get taxi there don’t use Uber no chances. But ask réception for help

Good value for money, very convenient location if you only need to stop on the way south (or back)

It is a simple hotel ín a charming area. Breakfast was better than expected.

Hotel ok but very poor location for those without a car. Connections to the centre of Vienna required 2 changes so we needed to get an Uber each time. Nearby theres a nice park, a restaurant around the corner and a small supermarket but that's it.

Short family stay in Vienna (3 different rooms), good value for money. Parking is possible in underground garage. Good.

Not a bad stay provided by Austrian Airlines since one of the flights was delayed and I missed the connecting flight. Check in was quick. Schnitzel was great. Room was a bit dated but bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Can't complain for an overnight stay.

The room was not the cleanest and the housekeeping was definently poor. Thay did not provide us with freah clean towels, new tissues etc. They did not clean the bathroom, we found hair in our bathtub. The beds were not made properly, pillows are quite old and rusty and so is the room's carpet. Breakfast is acceptable, doesn't offer a big variety of things you can get or the quality that a 12€ breakfast should have. The hotel is quite old and it does require a lot of improvement. Yes, staying here on a short term, like 2 or 3 days is ok, but if you want to enjoy Wien to its fullest you should perhaps pick another one.

Rooms poorly lit( just nightstand lights and a night light ),not enough space for depositing chlotes ,bathroom kinda small but decent tho you can’t even take a bubble bath because in the bathtub the plug doesn’t go all the way and out of the 370 channels only about half work. The food was ok tho.

Good hotel for one night. All is clean. One of cheapiest hotel in Vienna. The underground parking isnt spatious and second time i will left my car outside on public parking. It is easy to demage a car. No recommendation for a parking.

Gross.. both beds stained with mystery stain. Upon entry of room it smells like funky feet and the strongest smelling cheese. And then the furniture is peeling. It looks like it came from the curb and needs to go back..
