It was a good hotel. Room was quite comfortable and cozy and bathroom was brand new and quite spacious. Staff was not friendly but cooperative like taxi was available in minutes. No complains as such so highly recommended.

Very dirty. Stained bedsheets with blood or god knows what. We couldn't sleep in that bed, and left. The receptionist didn't seem surprised to see us leave after 1 hour, and didn't even ask why. Looks like we are not the first to run away from there. They insisted that we pay cash so 60€ were lost (more like stolen)

I visited the Hotel a couple of years ago and at that time it was OK, that's why I decided to stay there again! Unfortunately since my last visit obviously nothing was done in this Hotel in terms of maintaining it! I had a room with single beds which was not cleaned well, there was still rubbish in the bin, lot's of spots on the carpet and on the walls. Additional the room was towards to Street, which was very noisy. The bathroom was more less clean! At least the bed was ok! The elderly man at the reception was nice, but he had a hard time with his computer! The location of the Hotel is ok and easy to reach by public transportation. Anyway for one night (in total 8hrs) it was OK, but will not stay again in the Hotel. The price for what they offer was also to high (69€).

After reading a number of negative reviews I have been expecting worse. In reality I got a good value for money! It has been exactly what I would expect for the hotel 50-60 euro/night end even more. I can imagine that the hotel has different rooms and we have book our room almost 6 month in advance. As the result we have had a room on the top floor with the balcony and bath. Good, hard mattresses. The hotel is a bit worn our but just a bit. Yet again... it is not a 4 stat hotel to expect that everything is perfect. The only negative part is that there is no option to have a tea. There are no teapots in the rooms, neither downstairs but it has been known in advance, hence cannot really give 4 stars for it. The location is excellent. The bus stops in-front and it takes 20 minutes to get to the Opera.

The staff was nice and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was very very spacious. We needed a hotel last minute on a saturday night and were worried about where we would end up but we loved our stay. Also loved the decoration especially in the stairs and the photographs in the room. One bad thing is there were a lot of stains on the wall.

Great hotel for the price. Stayed 2 nights. Nice showers. No air conditioning which was an issue. It was extremely hot in Vienna during our stay. The fan provided kept us going. Didn't try the breakfast. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Bus stop is pretty much outside the door.

This is not a luxury hotel, but the price vs quality relationship is good. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the tube station and the Schönbrunn palace. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was big as well. There is a bar downstairs where you can have a good breakfast for a reasonable price. As you will be out most of the day visiting the city, this is a convenient and quiet place to stay for a few days.

One of the most horrible hotel experiences I've ever had. The reception is not giving you any information on check-in, you have to ask everything yourself. The bathroom had a strong tobacco smell, although the room was a non-smoking one, there was also a half full trash bin in the bathroom. The WiFi is so bad it's almost useless. The room had only one chair, considering it was for 2 people, there was dust everywhere, and the elevator goes so loud you will probably wake up at night. The only thing I liked about the hotel itself and the room I stayed in was the bed, it was comfortable. Would not recommend this "hotel", would not come again.

Good one. Interesting art and they use nice natural shampoos and soaps. The location is great as well. It‘s not in the city center which makes it quite affordable, and yet you‘re just 10min away from the center with the U4.

they wouldn't let us in, even my partner and he have the vacc.card. I had the proof that I recovered from Covid19, but the guy at the entrance wouldnt let us go in. He didn't wanted to give us our money back and we had no place to stay. He basically scammed us for 150Euros. extremely bad experience with this hotel and staff!!!
