Classic and thoughtful hotel that is very well located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is one of the best we've stayed in while on vacation. Small things make this hotel stand out - the welcome bottle of water; the plant a tree program for those who choose not to have towels replaced every day; the art work. Highly recommend.

The rooms smelled bad. I think they have a problem with their plumbing and there is a bad smell of sewage not only in the room but also the corridors. The location is great near all the main sightseeing. The breakfast was great. The service was fine except for the fact that during our 4 night stay, they never cleaned the room or left fresh towels and bathroom soap. All in all a mediocre experience, it got the job done but I don't think I would recommend it.

Stayed here for a week and thought the hotel was great. Good value for money. Ample buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Room clean with tea and coffee facilities provided. Good location for underground, buses, trams and sights. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Vienna.

We take this hotel for 4 nights vacation in Vienna, Friendly staff, nice rooms which were clean, new and had all the basics we need. Breakfast buffet with good selection. Location is good, between the Museum quarter and the shopping streets, close to some nice restaurants, we walked to anyplace we wanted with the hotel as our base. The only cons was that the toilet wasn't clean when we arrived but the staff take care of it very quickly. Very recommended, great value for money !!!

Thank you for your hospitality and kindness during our stay. The staff here have gone above and beyond to provide our family with the best experience possible. When our family member had a medical emergency, we were able to fully depend on the staff here to help and support our needs. We are deeply thankful for the thoughtfulness and helpfulness from the staff. We are especially grateful for Laurent, who consistently ensured our comfort and well-being. Thank you again to all the staff at K+K Maria Theresia Hotel for all the warmth that you've given during this difficult time for us. 1000% recommended.

Very nice, centrally-located hotel with on-site, underground parking. We had a great stay here and really enjoyed how close the hotel is to museums, Christmas markets, groceries, restaurants, etc. I believe the parking was €20-25/day, really reasonable for covered, secure parking in Vienna. The room was well-appointed, clean, and surprisingly large. Lots of built-in closet space, storage, and a safe. It was cold and snowing during our visit, but the room remained warm and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the large bathroom and tub. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed our time here. We read many good reviews about the breakfast and decided to give it a try on our first morning. It was okay as far as hotel breakfasts go, nothing special, and especially middling for the price (which I believe was nearly €20 per person). There were many options, warm and cold, but we were expecting better quality for such high praise. The lady that was working the entrance was also quite unpleasant.

From arrival to departure, the staff catered to our every need and were patient enough to answer each and every query we made. There was not a single rude person in this establishment. This lovely hotel is highly recommended. Central location close to the museums quartier, some good bars in the neighborhood. Their breakfast is excellent. Kudos to the staff of this hotel.

An excellent quality hotel with friendly staff. The location was good and relatively close to the center(about 15 minutes walking). There is an underground stop approximately 5 minutes away from the hotel for those who cannot walk. The rooms are clean and nice. Make sure to ask for rooms that have the city view (preferably) on the top floors as the room view is astonishing. Relatively good prices for the quality offered. Check in and check out was very smooth and quick.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable. The reception staff, especially two young girls, were very professional and spoke several languages. “Very friendly” The most NEGATIVE thing about the hotel for us was that the room faced the street of the main entrance of the Hotel, a lot of people smoke at the door and that makes the stay very unpleasant. Our room smelled very, very strongly of tobacco and whenever we went outside there were always people at the entrance smoking. They should prohibit smoking so close to the entrance. On weekends it is a very noisy street. The air conditioning does not work and the room is very hot. You have to open the windows and the cigarette smoke and noise is very annoying. Another negative situation was that when we checked out, they wanted to charge us for drinks and dinners that we had not consumed. In the end everything was clear, but it was an unpleasant situation and I advised being more careful in these issues and doing things better. For these reasons I give three stars and I don't think we will return to this Hotel.

Best reviews are short ones, with essential information only, cause that's what you want guys: - quiet, perfect location, within walking distance from everything - close to US and tram stations (Google maps will get you there in no time) - 4 stars hotel, with truly 4 stars! Worth mentioning, cause not all hotels meet the standards they claim, especially when in high demand. - perfect cleaning service. Impecable every day. - last but not least, very friendly staff!

This hotel is in a really good location. The hotel and rooms are lovely and clean and of a good size. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful from Reception staff, catering staff, bar staff and cleaning staff all happy to help and with a smile as well. The hotel has breakfast facilities which are fresh amd plentiful. But unfortunately they don't offer lunch and evening meals which is a real shame...they do offer bar snacks which include fresh Margaretting pizza and toasted sandwich, strudel( and these are lovely) but if your staying more than a few days this would become repetitive. There are restaurants around but one at the hotel would be lovely. You have the option to have your room cleaned every day or not and with towel change if required. Tea and coffee facilities are in your room and a complimentary bottle of water for your arrival. A safe deposit box and fridge.

Stayed here for our visit to Vienna. Lovely clean modern hotel. The room was great, plenty big enough for two plus luggage. Very handy room safe which was operated with a credit card. The staff were fab, with nothing to bring too much trouble. We had breakfast every day and this had a great range of offerings. Highly recommended 😊

It would be nice to have some sort of flip flops and some soape in the bathroom. The room was quite small, tidy, clean and cozy. The breakfast was fulfilling and with a great variety of produce.

Superb location within walking distance of the historic core, with independent shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Reception staff were helpful and polite.

TV was not functional and the 'technician was off, over the weekend, so no one available to fix the problem. Offered free beverages for guests that chose not to have their housekeeping done, sheets, towels changed daily - but they never did give us anything as advertised.

Every time in Vienna I stay here. Garage in the basement. Clean rooms (could be bigger). Perfect location: close to the Museum Quarter and to the shopping zone. You can park and forget the car. Very good staff.

Usually we stay in K+K Hotel Maria Theresia in Vienna. A nice, old fashioned and friendly hotel very close to the musieums and Vienna downtown. The breakfast is unbeatable.

Excellent location for visiting Vienna, plenty of good restaurants located around the side streets. Good breakfast and the hotel staff are very friendly, only one criticisms the bar isn't staffed very well so you may have to wait for someone to be served.

The hotel is in a very comfortable location. Further, the staff is kind and professional. You can see cleanliness and the overall facility is very quiet. I'd definitely come back.

I recently stayed at K+K Hotel in Vienna and had a mixed experience. The hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of Vienna's attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations. However, the room design lacked modernity and the fitness center's outdated equipment was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, if you're looking for a well-located option without modern frills, K+K Hotel could be considered.

Awesome! Love it! ❤️ For sure one of the best affordable upper class hotels in central Vienna. We had an amazing stay with excellent breakfast 😋 and exceptional friendly service at a reasonable price. 😀

Prefect location and beautiful hotel. Close to all museums and shopping district. We are here for the Christmas markets and just out side the door is a lovely little market with some of the best stalls food & mulled wine galore. Hotel staff are so friendly, breakfast has a lovely choice of cereals, fruits, breads, hot food, pastries, coffees, teas. At night time bar has choice of spirtrs and zipfer beer (local I think). Rooms are spacious and warm, beds are comfy mattress, bathroom is bath tub with shower built in. Are is called the cosy urban. Over all I can't fault anything about our stay..

This is a great hotel in a super location. The view from the room was stunning, and the room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose the hotel again when we return.

This hotel is centrally located to some of the best attractions in Vienna. I loved how close I was to the the museums, shops and rail station. I had a top floor view overlooking the city and it was incredible to wake up to every morning. The staff were friendly and the room was pristine! I would suggest booking the breakfast along with the room. The food was absolutely delicious and they had a variety of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city.

Friendly staff, nice rooms which were clean, new and had all the basics you would need. The bathrooms had bathtubs with a shower in them, which was not my preference, but it did work well. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything I tried was tasty. Location was greatright between the Museum quarter and the shopping streets and close to some nice restaurants. For our stay in Vienna we literally walked to everything we wanted to see with the hotel as our base.

An almost perfect hotel where I return with pleasure for the general quality of the stay (friendly staff, diverse breakfast, museum area, subway very close). If the problem of more efficient ventilation of the bathroom could be solved, it would be perfect. But the other positives bring me back to a place where I feel almost at home.

We stayed at the k+K Maria Theresia for 4 nights. The was pretty large and includes all the necessary features and amenities that a tourist will need. The location is great, near the Hofburg palace, and near all kinds of transportation. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. All together it was a 50 nice experience.

  • 5/5 Annemarie T. 2 years ago on Google
Very good location. Everything is within walking distance only 10 – 15 minutes to all attractions. Rooms are very quiet and very clean with all the basics but a bit small. Breakfast is very good and has a large selection. We did never run out of things even later in the breakfast time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus is parking in the hotel if you come early enough or close by in the museum parking if the hotel is full. After you park no car is needed you can get to everything by walking or U-Bahn. Would definitely go back.

Recommended! Located in the center, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Not really expensive. The bed was really comfortable and our sleep was great. They put a bottle of water in our room every day. For someone who want to travel Vienna and not staying all day in the hotel room, I extremely recommend this hotel.

Superb location in the museums quarter, near all the main city attractions. Clean rooms and polite staff, great food and drinks at breakfast, close to public transportation and above all very easy check-in and checkout, which was important for us as our flights were late at night. Pleasure staying at such a good the hotel, thank you!

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of June 2022. We really enjoyed it! The location is great for reaching the city centre. The room we had was facing the inner yard and was very quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast was absolutely amazing- had great variety of options.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a city break. It had all the things I wanted to find. A comfortable bed, quite room, air-conditioning that worked properly and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. All the staff were delightful, the reception was helpful and knowledgeable. Lovely breakfast was great value, lots of choice with delicious hot section. Location was ideal as it was near to restaurants and also to all the historical sights.

The best advantage of the hotel is the location.Walking around the area you can visit museums and other historic places. In approximately 10’-15’ driving you can also see Schoenbrunn palace,St Stephan cathedral and many other places “must see in Vienna”. Rooms really clean and staff was friendly and helpful. What we didn’t like was that on Christmas Day afternoon we order a toast for our daughter (8yo)and they told us that it wasn’t possible because the occupancy of the hotel was high and there was nothing left to eat!

Great location, easy walk to the centre. Close to cafés, restaurants and bars, let on a really quiet street. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good I recommend

The hotel is very close to Marie Therese Square, so we were able to explore the city on foot. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfasts. The whole family enjoyed their stay.

At check-in, the staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all (in fact rude). I had booked two twin beds rooms as I was with my brother, 72 -years-old uncle and a 21-year-old nephew. Instead, he gave us two double bedrooms so we got into a very awkward situation thinking about how we would sleep. We told him that we have booked twin beds but he said he didn't confirm so I don't know what that means. I booked two twin beds, I paid and I got the confirmation online. so no idea what he meant. We asked for an extra mattress so that one person could sleep on the bed and the other on the floor. BIG NO. Like there was no mattress at a 4-star hotel. GREAT. Then we asked for extra quilts for the floor so that we could make a mattress out of it and he agreed to that. The quilts were basically thrown on the bed when we entered the room. Please see the photos. The next day, the staff was very helpful and they changed our rooms to twin beds. Better late than never...but please be professional guys!!! It's a lot of money people are spending with high expectations.

Really lovely hotel. Upon arrival the receptionist greeted us in a polite and friendly manner. Check in was swift and painless and we were able to get the key to our room at midday despite check in not being until 3pm. The bathroom and room were both a great size with an awesome view but very very quiet, despite the hotel being located so close to amenities. Clean, modern and great quality facilities all round. All staff we encountered during our stay were helpful and eager to assist us with every need. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

An awesome place to stay. The room was spacious and comfy. The entire staff were helpful and always friendly. Good value for money overall. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the shower water pressure was a bit on the low side but I'm being really picky here. The location is perfect and close to everything, like the metro and inner stadt. Loved it very much and I was a bit sad to have to leave. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vienna. 5 stars guys well done!

Fantastic hotel very quiet room and well equipped tea and coffee in room with fridge, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast yummy. Car park ok for smaller car, pickups and 4x4 the entrance is very tight turn, i would recommend going in though the exit with staff support. Other than that lovely hotel very closed for all tourist attractions.

  • 5/5 J M. 2 years ago on Google
I honestly have no complaints. The location was perfect. The hotel is run professionally and offers everything that you would expect in a full service establishment. Rooms cleaned, bottled water provided daily. Breakfasts include hot and cold variety. Excellent internet reception. Reasonable pricing. Polite and friendly staff. This will be my go-to place in Vienna.
