We arrived at 1:30 and received a lovely welcome at reception. Moreover, at the room was waiting a personalized letter from the staff along with special complementary. The room was perfect. Bog and cozy. Breakfast was above and beyond. The cook that made is omelet every morning was super caring. We have nothing but good word and compliments to everyone involved in having us over. BIG THANKS!

I did enjoy the stay overall, but a few things. I could hear the engine motor for the lifts and it goes constantly in the morning, only a light sound. Nothing major. I ordered the burger for room service, was 3/10...so avoid the burger if you can. They did clean my room daily, and provide UK plug and a fan as well...I think most places across Austria cannot or have to limit their AC. Breakfast was excellent. Posh and classy establishment. Location is great, a less than 10 minutes walk to main shopping district and close to many restaurants.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The room was super quiet. The quality of the buffet breakfast was excellent. Really friendly staff too! The location is perfect for a city break and within walking distance of lots of sights. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if in Vienna again. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Overall, I had a very positive experience and appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped room. The room was spacious, and the amenities were of high quality, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a delicious and satisfying selection of dishes. However, there were a few areas where I believe there could be some improvement. The staff, while helpful and efficient, seemed somewhat unenthusiastic. A simple greeting like "good morning" or a welcoming smile would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Additionally, during my check-in, I felt it would have been helpful to receive a brief orientation about the hotel's facilities, particularly the gym, restaurants, and especially "Apron" which piqued my curiosity but wasn't explained. Lastly, while I enjoyed the overall atmosphere, I couldn't quite put my finger on what felt slightly off about the "vibe." Perhaps a touch more warmth or liveliness in the common areas could make a difference. Despite these minor suggestions, I still had a positive stay at your hotel and would consider returning in the future. With the mentioned improvements, I believe your hotel could offer an even more exceptional experience for all guests.

Visited during a business trip with a group, nicely presented and well located hotel. Check in staff efficient and helpful, room well presented and very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the choice was amazing. Bar service in the evening a little slow. Lunch service was good with great food and service, would visit this hotel again

A very nice hotel in the center. Clean new, well equipped. The wifi is a little too slow on occasion (snappy video calls), but otherwise no gripes. The breakfast is lavish and tasty. Recommended if you're looking for a no-fuss stay.

Gorgeous hotel near Stadtpark, very reasonably priced. Very quiet in the rooms, and the thermostat allows you to run the fan if you need that ambient noise to sleep. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable. Lobby is really beautiful, unfortunately I missed breakfast so can't comment. Staff was helpful and friendly! The hotel garage is EXTREMELY tight, the only upside is that you can access the lobby directly. Plan around your car size :) There is a bigger garage next door. Would definitely stay here again!

We were kind of disappointed with our stay. But we also had a good stay. I can explain. There were some positives but also a lot of negatives. Let me start with the positives: - Good room with a comfy bed. - Room was very clean upon arrival. - Welcome gift: we got salt from the area and a very nice kit to make Christmas cookies at home. Lovely! - Special detail: A “night kit” that included earplugs, pillow spray, hand cream, QR code for relaxing music, eye masks and camomile tea. - Good food at the bar. - Good WiFi. - Very good location. - Nice courtesy mini bar. - Easy communication thru WhatsApp. - Windows can be open so you can have the temperature that you want inside the room (if you have tried to use “air conditiong” in Europe during winter you know what I mean) Now with the negatives: - Towels are extremely thin, very poor quality for a 4 stars hotel. - Water pressure in the shower is almost non existent. - Housekeeping system was impossible to understand. If they brought us a water, they forgot to do the room or viceversa. 2 days they forgot to make our room even though we left the sign in the door. Also, twice I left the note in my pillow, to change the linens, and they didn’t do it. I was puzzled because I was trying to follow the instructions they left in the room. We asked the replacements they forgot to bring (via WhatsApp) and yes, they brought it to us, but with a very annoyed look. That was really uncomfortable. We knew they were really busy but if I don’t have towels in the room I will have to call and ask for some. When we arrived the rooms was very clean, that was the las time we saw the floor clean, we stayed 5 days and the floor wasn’t cleaned once. (Yes, I can tell, it was winter, it rained a couple of days…) - In general, the staff was so busy that most of the time we were treated like they were doing us a very special favor. For instance, one night at the bar, it was very busy, but we got a table…only to have the server told us: you can order food but only if you hurry up…it was 9:30 and the food service was supposed to be until 10:30. - Speaking of food, breakfast was extremely busy the 2 days we had it at the hotel. Simple things like clean the table, before one could use it, had to be asked several times. The staff were very nice in the mornings but there are too many customers. I asked and they told me it’s almost always like this, so I wonder why the management hasn’t take the proper measures. Breakfast was pricey at 29 euros pp but it’s good, it has a decent offer. - Same with the front desk, it was almost every day in caos. When we arrived it was a disaster because the system was not working, the keys couldn’t be programmed. That was just bad luck. The poor ladies at the reception were sweating bullets. I noticed they have a lot of big groups (tours) so I think it’s poor planing when you see the personnel so overwhelmed all the time. Of course, I can be wrong but it’s the feeling my husband and I had after our staying in the hotel. - Regarding details: the night kit (which I loved it) included a pillow spray…that was almost empty in our case. That’s obviously lack of supervision. No, I didn’t report it. I decided to only ask for the important things, like towels or water. - Service at the bar was always slow but I don’t think it was the staff’s fault, it’s because was always SO BUSY, they need more people there. - We would have loved to try Apron, the restaurant, but when we decided to try it it was a Saturday after a concert at the Konzerthaus, so poor planing on our end, didn’t make a reservation, and the place was full. Then they don’t open Sunday or Mondays…yep, the only restaurant at the hotel doesn’t open 2 days during the week. You have the option to eat at the bar which is good but did I mention it was always full??? - We ended up doing several dinners at the nearby Ritz and the Intercontinental hotel. I took the time to do this long review because I really wanted to like this hotel more and because I think it has a lot of potential.

Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located- it’s walking distance to several of the sites and good restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! They even surprised us with a small gift as we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday! Highly recommend!

Stayed at the hotel with my partner for the weekend, prior to arrival received a WhatsApp with a link for information and as a way to contact reception - amazing. The reception area on arrival was so welcoming and clean, Christmas tree was lovely. The reception team were so welcoming and chatty and offered us loads of advice. The lift and corridors again were spotless and everything looked brand new and well kept. Any time we needed anything from reception or the bar everyone was so lovely. The room was also lovely, very clean (even to my standards!), chic and stylish. More than enough space and with a smart TV we could mirror our phone and stream our netflix. I had left my ring in the room before checking out, I went back and asked reception later that day before flying home and they took me straight up to my room and to the cleaning team who had found my ring - perfect service again and couldn't have been more helpful. Only one note would be to have some milk in the room for tea/coffee but this was easy to get from reception. One night we fancied a snack, reception informed they only had a small menu for room service but advised us where the best late night fast food places were, they didn't try to sell us what they had on site but made sure we knew the best places to go. I cannot wait to return to this hotel - wonder if I could live there :-)

The hotel is well located near tram and metro stations and only 10-15 min walk to the center. The rooms are modern, Spacious and clean. Amazing personnel always trying to attend any needs. One of the best breakfast we ever had.

The location is good, just 15 min walk to the center. However the water pressure in the rooms on the 7th floor is very bad. The water comes and stops and you have to switch it off and start again. Also the mini bar was empty, only two bottles of water. The rooms are good size. There is a choice of pillows, couple of nice things for your sleep (sleeping mask, ear plugs, pillow spray) The personnel is very different from a very polite and friendly to slightly rude and careless ones. The breakfast was good and the cafe downstairs has a good food. Basically it’s a good hotel for a short stay.

For a smart, quality hotel, the service/package just didn't add up as well as it might. The welcome was fine and pragmatic, and the room was of good quality...but minimal tea/coffee facilities, limited warmth from the staff and very difficult to find information about meals....so we just didn't eat there. The location involves a simple walk to the city centre, with some entertainment and restaurants near bu.

We stayed a few days in this hotel. Really nice location. The room was pretty quiet and the staff pretty friendly. We also had dinner and the food was good.

Excellent location, spotless, comfortable and quiet room with all the great amenities. What makes this hotel very special is its exemplary professional and attentive front desk staff. Before and during the stay we were treated with respect, care and attention. I greatly appreciated the greeting message sent ahead of the arrival, and always readily available communication on WhatsApp and immediate response to any issue or question.

This is a proper 4*+ hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. All the necessary amenities seem to be in place. The breakfast buffet is terrific and offers a lot of variety. The staff are all nice and helpful. The gym is quite small but ok for a short stay. The food at the restaurant/bar is decent but somewhat overpriced, which is to be expected at a relatively expensive hotel. The location is great, especially for classical music aficionados. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Am Konzerthaus in February. Check in and out were efficient with very pleasant staff. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with complimentary mineral water and toiletries. We had a drink in the bar and the bar tender was very friendly with reasonably priced drinks. Excellent location for visiting all major attractions, only 10minutes walk from the State Opera House. We would definitely return.

I loved everything about our stay here. The location was perfect for us - close enough to the city centre to get to on foot but light and uncrowded most of the time. The rooms are lovely, clean and our room was very quiet. The breakfast is quite varied so, I feel, anyone can find something to their liking; even if the setup is a bit complicated and the breakfast area is crowded. The staff are so lovely and welcoming! We stayed for a week and celebrated my birthday while on holiday and the staff worked with my partner to set up a lovely surprise. I definitely look forward to our next visit!

This was a much more modern, clean and sophisticated hotel than I was expecting and I’d highly recommend. On arrival the member of staff was helpful and the lobby space is very impressive with lots to admire. The gold lifts with old traditional number indicators are fantastic! I had a corner room which was configured for single occupancy. The corner location resulted in the space being a bit of an odd size and shape but it was very modern, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The lighting throughout was good, decent charging sockets next to the bed and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. The decor was really nice and goes well with the theme of the hotel. The bathroom was a small space and unfortunately the shower leaked over the floor, but it was as modern as everywhere else and the toiletries was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel is very high-end and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try it during my short stay, but there are plenty of other more casual places in the area. There is a bar in the lobby but it feels more like a cafe and isn’t the cosiest to end the day with a drink in. Overall for the price this was an impressive hotel in a good central location, walkable to all the main sights, and if you prefer modern then it should be on your short list.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star service. On the exterior the hotel looks plain, but be wowed when you enter the reception. Very tastefully designed especially the instruments displayed. We booked the junior suite and it was good enough for 3. Cozy vibe rather than spacious. The bathroom was massive and beautiful especially the bathtub. The staff were amazing and attentive to all requests. Also, the room had all amenities including an umbrella to use for a rainy day. The only con is the breakfast is highly priced. But there are a lot of other options nearby to the hotel.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is welcoming and professional. When they learned that I had experienced discrimination at other hotels, they assured me that such a thing would not happen at this hotel. The rooms at this hotel have excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I've stayed in many 5-star hotels in Vienna, but in terms of comfort, none compare to this one. If I have the opportunity to visit Vienna again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.

It’s more like a 2-3 stars hotel. The room looks nothing like the picture. The staff was ok and that s pretty much the only good thing. Room was dirty, windows not isolated properly and everything is very old! Too high price for what you get. They don t even give you slippers to walk in around the room. Floors are dirty, in the bathroom there was a stall smell of sewers. Do not recommend. Too expensive for a 2 stars hotel.

Had a fantastic stay here with my wife on our honeymoon as part of a trip around Europe. They were aware of our honeymoon and delivered us a lovely bottle of sparkling rose along with chocolates, a lovely candle and playing cards. Short walk to the Stadtpark underground station and a short walk to the nearest tram station. Brilliant buffet selection for breakfast, could not fault this at all. Great position if you go to a concert in Vienna and located in the centre. Very clean rooms and provided everything we needed.

Good experience overall. (stayed 3 nights Sep 15-18) Room: Nice and clean room, I had a "deluxe room". Location: great central location with walking distance to many sights and restaurants. Lobby bar: good cocktails and good service. Breakfast: The food offered was very good. But the space is to small, all 3 days I as there there was no tables available when arriving so that needs to be improved. Breakfast is also understaffed, so quite a long wait for cleaning tables, bringĂng coffee to the table delayed since no self-service machines available etc. The staff that works are great but should be a few more to be able to give good service. Accor gold benefits: a free drink at the bar, no room upgrade.

The hotel is advertised as a luxury hotel, but it's just a business hotel, really. This makes it particularly problematic when you go as a couple, and the bed and blanket is the size of one person, and you have to ask for an extra towel because they only provide a single one (We booked the Classic Room with 1 Queen size bed, for 2 persons) Unfortunately the standard does not meet up to the price. Furthermore, the hotel is located close to the center, but you still have to walk quite a distance to the closest public transport. I'd recommend booking a hotel a little bit further away, but closer to public transport. That'll also be much cheaper for you.

Excellent business hotel! Centrally located, it was great starting point to explore around, do some meetings, shopping and etc. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, totally recommended

Very nice hotel with a great location. The room was maybe a little small for a longer stay, but definitely enough for a weekend getaway. Very closely located to the Musikverein & Opera, downtown is also a short walk away. Lovely L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection. Live egg station as well. Gluten & lactose free products were available.

Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway in Vienna, a few steps away from the Konzerthaus but also walking distance to the Staatsoper as well and quite a few restaurants. Super-kind staff, each and every person we talked to at the reception, was incredibly helpful and gentle. Kudos to the staff, kudos to the hotel manager for his team. Not to forget: the price/quality value is just unbeatable.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The rooms are lavishly decorated. The service is impeccable. Beds are very comfy. Toiletries are fragrant. The evening turndown service is a blast with the scented pillows and pillow spray. We loved it. Close to nice landmarks.
