Best location- you are within 600 meters to most of the attractions. Great to be able to walk to different places. Hotel is nice but not five star as claimed. It’s 4 star at the best when compared other five star hotels in Europe. Average breakfast and service is almost non existent, even porter is nowhere to be seen but just the trolley. Wifi didn’t get fixed during our stay and we were even asked to get the ice bucket ourselves from the bar.

Used this hotel as a business conference event. Ideally located to the centre hub, staff are friendly and genuinely enjoy their job. Rooms are more than adequate size and events team made the stay and function effortless. Could not recommend this hotel enough

This was our second stay at Le Meridien Vienna and it was disappointing for the following reasons in order of importance to me: - front desk charged my card wrong amount and we had a discussion about it at the check out . After that, the amount of wrong change increased instead of being corrected. Then I called. Then emailed. Then emailed again. Nothing changed, hotel is now (from 3 July) holding double the money that my bill was and they are not cooperating so my bank can reverse it! This for me is unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not see any reason why the hotel should be holding my money for no apparent reason, and front desk staff to do nothing about it , being arrogant and blaming the technology (our system did this). - restaurant service is poor poor poor. Very slow service, more than 40 minutes for a drink . Food is ehh okay. I asked for vinegar with my oysters and received , olive oil and lemon mix . In their defence it is called "Vinaigrette" but still not what I asked and not what you couple with fresh oysters! The waiter told me their kitchen has no vinegar. How bazar ! - rooms are looking outdated and tired, carpets are so dusty. I was sneezing non-stop. We were offered a drink in exchange of not cleaning our room. Which is okay I suppose for 2 days stay . But I would expect the room to be cleaned thoroughly before our arrival in any case. Some fresh flowers or fruit would be nice. Mini bar - empty ( because of past corona and we will use this excuse for another ten years - stay safe!). Bed and pillows are good, bathtub is good. Shower had no pressure so if you have hair you will be challenged washing it. Dear Le Meridien Vienna, I hope you read this and do something. I think my review is fair. I waited more than 2 weeks to resolve the situation. I removed one star for each "not five star service" , so here you go - two stars with love. Regards, Nadia

Good location - not a 5star hotel !!! I am a Marriott Titanium member and I stay about 100 nights a year at 4 to 5 star hotels. First of all, this hotel is definitely far from the level of a 5-star hotel. It is at the level of a 3-4 star hotel in a good location. The soundproofing in the hotel rooms are terrible and you can hear things above and next door very well. The room design is cheap, the beds are poor quality, the room facilities are terrible and I doubt the dignity of the designers. The glass bathrooms had no privacy with no curtains and gaping doors, making it a frustrating place for a family to stay. We were lucky to get a room change after talking to Ms. Anna, the assistant front desk manager. Most of the rooms had no privacy in the bathrooms. I was also surprised that there was no club lounge - and no drink service vouchers. I booked a 5 star hotel, not a 3-4 star hotel. If I had known this, I definitely would not have booked this hotel. I think you( hotel management ) should visit other 5 star hotels.

The hotel is in a great location. The heart of Vienna. The service in the hotel is very good, they welcome you with a smile and make your day better. I really liked the breakfast. The buffet was clean and tidy considering there were a lot of people at 9am. The food was excellent. Fresh and tasty. I also had lunch at YouBar, which has a wonderful design and the workers there were always kind.I truly recommend 😄

As with most Le Meridien, this is a very functional hotel. You have everything you need. The place is clean. Staff are mostly excellent. The breakfast is very good. If you are here as a tourist, the location is perfect. I wish they had a few more amenities in the bathroom and some of the design choices are not thought through very well. Overall a great choice.

Excellent business hotel centrally located only 2 minutes from the opera. If you would like normal-sized windows, avoid the top floor, as windows are smaller and higher up, so less daylight and reduced view of the city.

This hotel is a must stay for Vienna! My family stayed here during our visit and are absolutely pleased with everything. The receptionists at the front desk are very attentive, the location is within walking distance to so many attractions and the overall experience has been superb. We travelled with our 5 month old baby and the hotel was receptive to our wishes. They emailed ahead of time to confirm a baby cot, helped with parking and offered a high chair at breakfast. We ended up staying in for dinner to keep on the baby’s bedtime schedule and ordered room service instead of eating out. The food was delivered quickly, was absolutely delicious and we could enjoy it without the fuss of leaving our hotel room so our baby could sleep. Will definitely be staying here again.

Spacious rooms and great service with super efficient staff. It would be 5 stars if this unnecessary fake Ibiza style music was not played costantly in the communal areas. It makes breakfast and the elevator trip very annoying as you cannot escape it. A city with a musical heritage as Wien , deserves a better soundtrack.

I’m leaving this as an initial review, will leave another one after my stay. The purpose of this review is to give praise to the management of this hotel and to encourage them to further raise the bar; I don’t think I have ever witnessed a smoother or nicer check-in than this. Hassle free, super quick check-in with a beautiful upgrade. No none-sense like other hotels where you get interrogated and asked for your passports for photocopy proof, credit card, a hundred signatures and a hefty upfront security deposit. Well done Le Méridien Vienna, you have truly raised the bar! The room is spacious and gorgeous, perfect in every aspect possible.

Highly recommend this hotel! The location and especially service are A++ Super confident to Old Town, Opera and Museums. Great bar/restaurant where Josef + Julian kindly served and hosted us. We don’t do the breakfast but peeked in and there were lots of options that looked good. Price is good value especially compared to other places nearby. Front desk (Carina & Tobias) were superb on assisting us on local and another matter. Note: they offer you a voucher for a beverage (beer, Prosecco, coffee, soft drink) in exchange for going green with housekeeping - take it! Room was super clean, comfy bed, excellent shower. Only thing missing was enough shelf space in bathroom for toiletries.

We travel a lot and while traveling we do chose hotels with spa/gym and also a good cocktails. Le Meridian has all that. We do love the cocktail bar - very friendly staff - Jozef made us the best drinks we have had in a long time. 💙

We were invited to a dinner with friends in the restaurant called YOU.Bar I must say the most amazing place in the middle of the city, service was A1 on top of it the friendly staff. Food is served with excellent quality and beautifully decorated, the surprise came at the end. The Manager was the most friendly person I ever met. Thank you much for the hospitality Mr. Mansour I appreciate the opportunity to be there and experience your service. Highly recommend for a nice get together with friends for a nice meal. A small surprise photo is attached Thank you 🙏

The rooms are modern and well equipped, however the bathroom offers no sound privacy. The staff is very helpful, kind, and professional. The gym is updated but small, still one of the better ones I have used.

I gave service 3 stars only because the valet and bellhop at the entrance was not very helpful. He saw us have suitcases but he did not offer any help. We have 3 suitcases. Not even helping us hold the door open. After we dragged all the suitcases inside, then he asked us if we wanted to park the car at the hotel. That's only when I realized he actually works for the hotel. It just gave us a bad impression from the start. 😕 Sarah at the check-in counter was great. Super helpful. The housekeeping did a great job. Everything was very neat and clean. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. On the day we left, another valet and bellhop was fantastic and helpful. This redeems my view of the hotel.

This a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Vienna or are attending a conference at the Hoffman. Location is great, with travel links nearby, & a short walk for tourists attractions. The staff here are really pleasant & helpful, & rooms are comfortable & have all the usual amenities. I found that I couldn't hear much (if any) noise from neighbouring rooms or from the street, & was able to get a good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.

Decent hotel with good enough rooms. Service is not good. Ordering anything from house keeping per se towels or may be coffee sachets can take them 30mins to 1hr or they might not even deliver it to your doorstep. Otherwise location is top notch. Every major attraction is at walking distance. They have very limited vegetarian options in their breakfast. Also they don’t have any fresh food for an infant.

It has taken me over a year and a half to write this review, but I still think about how amazing and hospitable our stay was here. We stayed in September of 2022 on our first trip ever to Vienna. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room that allowed us to see the rain at night (as well as the museum) and were welcomed by a staff that was so accommodating (even getting me a vase from the kitchen when we came back with flowers). Our room was just what we needed and the location was FANTASTIC for exploring the city as well as having wonderful coffee at the local cafes. All of the staff were very kind to us. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, I have the best memories here as our trip was magical and our stay was fantastic. I could not recommend this hotel more.

Stayed here once before and I remember it being fine. Great location. This time not so great. Courtyard view is a view of rooftop. No way to charge phone on nightstands next to bed. Room is an obstacle course getting to bathroom at night. No wash cloths. No bar soap. You have to request service for room. I guess this is the new post pandemic level of service.

It was the most awful disgusting experience ever ! The hotel is very old; never trust the pictures in booking websites; the room was disgustingly dirty; the phone was not working, so every time we had an issue , we should have gone in person down to lobby ; i had to asked them second time to come & clean the room; and for second day coming back to room that was supposed to be cleaned, below pictures are room after cleaning ??!!! They didn’t even broom the room !! The staff .. thats is another scenario; they never find solutions for you but instead they explain you the situation ??!!!!! This is what they learn and how to take care of guests ; no help !! If you want to pay as 5-star hotel but have 2-star experience, you can come in this hotel. I really have no idea how these people who give stars to hotel can name these kind of hotels as 5-star ??!!

Very mediocre experience, unexpectedly. They’re clearly understaffed at the bar/restaurant, the menu is quite uninventive. The room was spacious yet definitely needs some renovation. I couldn’t stream from my devices to the TV (neither Netflix nor AppleTV).

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Le Méridien. Firstly the service from the staff was impeccable. From reception, to door staff, to restaurant/bar staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The room (city view executive twin) was spacious, clean and warm. Beds were very comfortable and the room was so quiet did not hear another soul. Lovely welcome gift. Breakfast fantastic and the You Bar and You Restaurants were lovely. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Also the location is brilliant.

La meridian saved my time in Vienna!! The views! The gorgeous rooms! The lovely staff and the most amazing breakfast! I stayed in 2 other hotels in Vienna that cost twice the price-one I had a traumatic experience where security men broke into my room when I was in the shower and the other was lovely but my suite had a bad smell to it. So, La Meridian will always be my choice for Vienna! Thank you for placing me in a room with the best view of Vienna!!!!!🩵

The hotel located in the centre of Vienna. Just 5 minutes walk from the Stephan square. There is an underground parking place next to the hotel if you coming with car, its cost about 30 euro a night. The hotel is nice, elegant and modern inside. The staff are very friendly, accross the whole hotel. The room are very quiet, even our one was next to the elevator, but there was no noise about that in the room. The room very clean, only downside you have to wait a couple of minutes before hot water coming from the shower. The berakfast was perfect, they using fresh ingredients, and lot of choices. Its worth the money, cannot reccomend enough.

Overall the location was amazing for a 3 night stay in one of the rooftop suites. We really were looking forward to this and from check in we encountered a slow and systems down experience which was not great. The room space was ideal but you could tell overall the room is dated and details such as lotion bottle not filled were missed. When needed the hotel did bring up extra towels & toiletries but overall the stay was not luxury and we would not go back here again due to quality of facility and overall lack of hospitality.

Great location. Great rooms and bathrooms with a really nice and large shower. Restaurant YOU is actually very very good! We did not have buffet breakfast as it is 37€ which we thought a bit too much. Over all a very nice stay.

The hotel location was a very good and grand. Near to the all the attractions; St Stephen’s cathedral, Opera house, natural museum , etc. Opposite a park. 3 mins to a U Station. Staff is nice, hotel is clean, room sizable. On site carpark is €38, so we did Park and Ride from Spittelau. Which is also pretty good, secured and only 7 station from the hotel. You save €34/day by doing that.

Very central hotel close to museums and shopping. Nice spacious rooms but got dog or cats hair om my suits as this is a pet welcoming hotel. Also strange shower (tre different shower heads) all shooting water on a limited area of the body. Blackout curtains were not covering the whole windows. Well equipped gym with weights, cardio, machines. Good breakfast selection. Unfortunately very crowded on weekends. The staff didn't have time to ckean the tables. Guests were insted sometimes seated in the dark restaurant area.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Ideally located in the 1st district, close to the Rathaus and many other tourist attractions. It’s also on the border of the 6th district with fun nightlife, and a short walk from the Naschmarkt full of culinary delights. The staff were all exceedingly friendly and professional, and the door staff and concierges very helpful with advice about the local area. Breakfast was impeccable. We were extra lucky to get an upgrade to a rooftop suite with a huge terrace, which was both comfortable and spacious. Only issue I had was, like in many hotels, trying to get the temperature right was an impossibility, resulting in a broken sleep. But will definitely return when in Vienna.

Professional, welcoming, staff. Check in process very smooth. Helpful suggestions. Concierge goes out of his way to assist. Upscale interior and rooms. Great location, very walkable to main sites. Reasonable price. Would stay again.

Superb service at this Splendid hotel. We were greeted by Sven who was professional, accommodating and helpful. The room was well appointed and the bed and pillows provided us with much needed comfort. The breakfast was extraordinary and plentiful. The location of this hotel is convenient and near all the major attractions with a great number of restaurants and cafes within 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and stress-free stay in Vienna.

Very clean and well designed. The room (accessible) was larger and spacy. The fitness club gym, pool and spa is great. The You-Bar is good. The staff were fantastic. Great hotel at a great location.

My wife and I stayed In Le Meridien Vienna in the middle of July. We cut short our stay in Salzburg region due to massive rainy days. We emailed Le Meridien as we had to arrive couple of days ahead of schedule. We received prompt replies within minutes and communication was remarkable. Upon arrival, and during our entire stay, each and every staff member was kind, helpful, with outstanding approach. The hotel's location is one of the best I've stayed in (my 5th visit to Vienna). 3-10 minutes walk from many important sites the city has to offer. Public transportation is couple of minutes away. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety to choose from. I can say that during our stay in Vienna, the city was not crowded, most probably due to the world covid pandemic. There were plenty of hotels to choose from, and we were happy we had chosen Le Meridien for our 4 nights stay. Will sum it up as a very, very good experience. Definitely a place to return to.

The hotel itself was great, but the staff were outstanding. I had many questions for the staff even before my arrival, such as asking the best way to get to the hotel from a certain rail station. They used the message function on the app, which was helpful to me. The staff also helped print things for me, order a taxi, and answer a variety of questions that were important due to the pandemic, all while being incredibly friendly. This was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is very centrally located to things like the old imperial palace complex, but it is quiet in the room. Our room was very large, with two comfortable beds, the largest claw foot tub I’ve ever used in a hotel, and an amazing shower with three heads (for head, torso, and legs). Dinner and breakfast at You were both great. I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Another amazing find. Literally could not have been happier than to have stayed here. A stones throw from Wien Opera House, the Albertina and The Spanish Riding School. The hotel itself oozes class, the staff were so friendly and the hotel is so clean. Really good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough to any prospective guests. What topped it of for me was a lovely bar and restaurant YOU. A beautiful ambiance and a special evening was had here with my darling Justin. ♥️

Such a fantastic hotel. Perfect location and outstanding service. Had a very difficult journey getting to Vienna and Le Meridien just completely made up for it. Wonderfully kind and helpful stuff, loved the rooms, a great hotel restaurant - favorite meal the whole trip, and just a lovely environment. Walking distance to everything. Will stay here again and would recommend to everyone. Really grateful for this wonderful hotel and stay.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be let down. Such a lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated in a modern style, friendly and attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, and the absolute ideal location to explore the city center. Especially loved the mini espresso maker in the rooms and the chance to trial the Dyson hair dryer!

What a great hotel to stay in Wien ! Centrally located this property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms very well equipped! Attentive staff that go beyond and above. I really appreciate the Marriott Bonvoy status acknowledgment. So rapid and efficient in the Chat. Thank you for making our stay so flawless and enjoyable!

Excellent hotel. Definitely worth the five star rating. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of most attractions. The staff is very professional, nice. I especially want to thank Silvia Michelangeli, who was very helpful and corrected the mistakes they made on the Agoda website (that's another story, never go near them). In addition, they also upgraded my room at no extra charge! This is my second visit to the hotel and on my next visit to Vienna I won't even think about the hotel, the choice is clear.

There were a couple of socks under the bed, not ours, a pillow with blood spatter…not sure what to say about it. The breakfast was super nice even if we found hair on the cutlery.. not the best experience. We expected much more of this hotel.

The Le Meridien in Vienna is a true gem. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you are transported to a world of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and offer breathtaking views of the city. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The on-site dining options are top-notch and the breakfast spread is incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Vienna. 5 stars all around!

Excellent service, location, cleanliness and quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The hotel is in the best location if you want to see all the major attractions. We stayed during Christmas and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They delivered chocolate ornaments and cookies on Christmas Day and it made our day. Overall a great experience.

The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable. The staff is not very friendly but seems on par with the rest of Austria. The rooms are well sized but the cleaning could use a bit more attention, the carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom had some hair in tub and dust bunnies kept appearing. The windows open in the rooms which is nice during the pandemic but you must ask at front desk to have someone open them as they are locked until you sign a waver. We did not use any facilities as masks were not required in the hotel and we felt that is not going to be safe. The bar downstairs has terrible service due to lack of enough staff especially in the evenings, so find somewhere else to have your nightcap.

They have been exceptional. Went above and beyond. Did not receive a Marriott Survey unfortunately, but I work at the sales office of another Marriott in Rome and I can assure you the staff, attention to details and services are great. They were so kind, me and my future spouse were there to celebrate and they did everything they could to make our trip memorable. And they succeeded! Thank you so much for making our trip perfect!
