A satisfactory option to keep in mind. As I see in other reviews, the problem with the check-in is somewhat recurrent, which the receptionist handled very well because they gave us free drinks in the bedrooms that made our day a little easier; however, this can't happen so commonly and give free drinks to everyone, so I hope this was a last-minute resource. The bedrooms are quite nice and large (especially the suites), but my bathtub wasn't working properly, the drain wasn't closing well, and it kept draining out water. The hotel doesn't have stairs almost anywhere, that is great! The breakfest is really good and relatively diverse.

Stuff in this hotel is not helpful. Ladies in reception have this picky nose attitude. Really if you can don’t go to this hotel and choose other one. We will never use radisson blu at all. Shame

Check in checkout takes forever. Took 45mins. Ridiculous. Lines of customers. Only 1 staff, . Hire more staff. Housekeeping is worse than 2 star hotel, thy nvr take garbage , baby cot bedsheet is not changed, evn though wet wit pee. Food is exp n pathetic. Soap to wash hands like its 1920,s, handwash is cheap, its worse than a 2 star hotel

Stay away from this hotel . I arrived with my friend this morning and checked in, unfortunately only one of our rooms was ready which wasn’t a problem at all as we wanted to visit the city right away. (Check in was about 30 minutes) When we came back at 6.30 pm to pick up my room key I was told the connecting room joined to my friends had technical problems. I was then asked if wanted to pay now wich i said I could do with my friend after a hot bath because of a long day on the road . They then told me they wanted a guarantee (not trusting me ) even tho my friend didn’t need one . This all took another 30 minutes of my day as the first person in line. I then payed right away as I was tired and out of patience. They had already gotten all my info and Coronapas at check in but now wanted it again. When i arrived to the new room it was not the same class as my friends, it did not have a bathtub like my original room had . i called the reception they then told me i couldn’t get the same type room ( no valid explanation). I feel ripped off, badly welcomed I will never come back and I will choose another hotel for my last night. I have worked for the Costes in Paris i know what I’m talking about. This is a 1 star treatment!!! My friend was not asked for payment at arrival or guarantee at arrival so thats a bad excuse im sorry . Trying to bribe me with a beer that i used from the minibar to delete my review on google is just ridiculous in my opinion . I have stayed at different raidissons three times this year never have i had this treatment. Also the room was in poor condition Carpets stained, spider web and bad finissions.

Clean, modern hotel. It's quite distant from the metro line U3, U4, as well as the Schönbrunn castle. There are tram and bus stations around but they don't serve main tourist destinations. The nearest attraction is the Technical Museum which is literally next door. Our room is spacious with good equipments and modern design. Staffs are very helpful. There is a good sauna and a 24/7 fitness center.

Great spacious hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, sparkling clean and have a mini fridge and plenty of clothes storage. The breakfast buffet is incredible - hot breakfast, fruit bar, coffee machine etc. the service was wonderful - when the tv in my room wouldn’t cast, the IT guy gave me a hdmi cable and converter so I could link a laptop to the tv. Only taking 1 star off because the wifi in my room was very patchy. Often it was good, but sometimes it would stop working for over an hour. Location is great - right next to the beautiful Schonbrun palace with extensive parks and grounds to walk through. A little far from the city but public transport is very good.

A big plus for the cleanliness and aesthetics of the rooms, it's a pity that at this price, there is no mineral water in the rooms... but the breakfasts are very good

Excellent hotel which goes the extra mile to make you feel good and live in style. The room was huge and comfortable. In the lobby you were welcomed by free candy, snacks and drinks. There is a tram stop just outside and a short walk to Schönnbrunn Castle.

My family and I had a great time and we are very satisfied. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, tidy with all additional contents. Friendly staff, great breakfast. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed at the suit. The room is spacious, very well designed for families and for long stays. It is also clean with good amenities. The location is great, very close to markets, restaurants and public transportation as well. Our room had a wide balcony with good view of the schonburg. We really enjoyed spending time in the room. The breakfast is mediocre; same dishes everyday becomes a bit boring after some time. The wifi is not good, even in the room, it is on and off time to time. No wifi in the balcony or in the breakfast area (or very weak signal). The staff was friendly and helpful. I would give 9 out of 10, and would definitely come back again

Good location bcs close to the castle. Hotel looks new and modern. WiFi is not really good. On reception I got some problems just bcs there system didn’t work (as they said 3 weeks not working and no one fixing). I didn’t like steam room (the shower was broken), in spa everywhere water on the floor after guests and no one cleaning, it makes so slippery and dangerous to walk. Housekeeping I didn’t like , they should improve (Interning to the room directly after knocking, even not waiting for the answer, so rude. Sometimes coming at 8 am, sometimes 3 pm. Not vacuum room and don’t clean floor, table, even when it’s obvious dirty. They don’t update vanity sets, soaps and etc). To stay for an one night is ok, but not longer. I don’t advise.

The two main things I look for in a hotel is that it is quiet and it is clean. This Radisson Blu fulfils these two requirements when you get one of the rooms facing to the inner yard. Right next two the hotel is a giant street and behind a railroad track. Initially we got a room facing to the street and had to ask to switch it - which was possible upon request at the very friendly staff - because of the traffic noise. One definitely notices that this hotel has aged. In the lobby some of the ceiling lights don't seem to work (no staff to change the light bulbs?) and in the room were some corners of furniture damaged - small details that didn't bother us. The vibe is a little strange as well. The hotel is very large and there are not that many people around. So you don't get that feeling of being taken care of as much. Another thing to know about this hotel if you are planning to spend time in Vienna city center is that it is quite a hike to the inner city. Plan 40 to 60 minutes with the excellent U-Bahn to the city center. Directly in front of the hotel is castle Schönbrunn and not much else. The part of the city right behind the hotel isn't the nicest.

We arrived after midnight and didn't received a lot of information while checking in. So we went to our room and we supposed that we have all bathroom amenities like in a lot of hotels where you book a suite, but there was no toothbrush and toothpaste available. So we went to the lobby to ask if we could get one as we didn't had one with us. They were a little bit grumpy but they gave us one. our mini bar was included. You get one coke and 1 still water and 1 sprankeling water. We can understand that you don't fill up the fridge but 1 still water from 33 cl for a suite???? So we had written a note to the cleaning department to ask if it was possible to have an extra water and some milk for the coffee in the morning. When we arrived back in our room after a day in the city we found the note from them with the text we don't have milk for coffee.... So how can't you have some milk for coffee when you offer coffee in the room!!! But we received 1 extra bottle of water yes 1.... So we went back to the lobby to switch the coke and sprankeling water for a zero coke and still water again they were not happy to help as they don't offer coke zero in the rooms, but they have it on their room service list?? So one guy at the lobby did his best and went to the bar to change it and it was suddenly possible to change.... Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices. Coffee not good, juices are not fresh, staff is working very slowly and don't Care about the guests. They offer a menu but nobody comes and ask you if you want anything from the menu...so why even offer? Distance to city center is ok with public transport, a lot of busses, trams and metro in the neighborhood. The room tv offers you screen mirroring but we tried with 2 phones and 1 tablet and i was not working. The cleaning from the room was ok, they didn't replaced the towels every day what's good for the environment and for me personally not needed. But for me never again Radisson Blu Park Royal Palace hotel in Vienna. Shame we payed that much for that kind of service. If I was the manager of this hotel i would be ashamed to deliver this kind of service. The 2 stars are for the spacious room and balcony.

Hotel is modern and clean but air conditioning did not work and the beds are the hardest you will ever sleep on. The staff were lovely though

We recently enjoyed a superb stay at the Radisson Palace with outstanding customer service, beautiful food, immaculate, comfortable room and restful nights’ sleep throughout our stay. Hotel was a 10 minute walk from beautiful Scholbrunn Palace and its wonderful Orangerie where we attended an amazing Mozart concert. Scholbrunn station and bus stops were nearby too for all the other sights. Can’t wait to return.

Overall a great hotel and walking distance from the schonnburn Palace and zoo. The hotel has good service and well equip to rooms including and espresso machine for your daily coffee and tea in room. We food was also good as we only had breakfast. Overall size of the room was okay and it was quite comfortable. Lot of food options in supermarket in walking distance from the hotel. Tram and public transports are also available within walking distance from the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Vienna. The price is quite value for money. We stayed for five nights in July 2022 and paid around 430 EUR excl Breakfast. Regards Ankur Travelling from Dubai, UAE.

We have staid in one of the suits with my husband and daughter. It was well equipped, stylish, big and clean. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is walking distance from underground/ subway stations and it is in the Schonbrunn palace area, which is great for kids as there is the big palace park with the maze and playground and the zoo has its own playground too. There is the Schonbrunner bad in the palace gardens for outdoor swimming. We recommend this hotel! We will book this hotel at our next family visit again.

The hotel and staff were amazing! We really enjoyed our trip. The destination is a distance away from the tourist attractions, but it is a great place to stay if you do not want to be in the midst of it all.

First of all the breakfast was fabulous. The position of the Hotel is quite ok, it is near the Schonbrunn Palace; the room are spacious and comfortable, we got an upgrade -a suite and it had a wonderful view to the Palace. The bad was comfortable. A minus that dosen t have privat parking, you have one public underground, 25.5€/day.
