Overall, it was a moderate experience. The bathroom was not in a very good condition. It surely needs a renovation. At the same time, the mattress was not very comfortable. Few products were provided for personal care. On the TV most channels were Austrian or German. The heating system was ok. The lobby too small. 10 minutes from subway.

Generally the hotel is okay.. For my opinion, not 4 star hotel because it doesn't have climatised rooms,jts really good 3* hotel. Room itself is little bit outdated, but big, with big bathrooms, great new led tv. Quite clean hotel, nice mattresses. Girls on the reception are really nice. Breakfast is quite basic, not big selection of food, but food quality is great. Nice location, near metro stop ( 400 m ), some big supermarkets around the corner, nice garage (18 eur per day)

Large sized room and bathroom, especially for Europe. Well kept and clean. WiFi was slow, but manageable. Location is not central, however it is quiet at night and easy to access the train, so nothing is more than 15 minutes away. There is a grocery store and outdoor market near the train stop, so it is easy to find access to fresh fruits and veggies since most restaurants are lacking healthy produce options.

As I walked from the metro stop the presence of several police cars who were evidently looking for a suspect that was on foot, the (legal) marijuana grow operation and the pawn shops, I was wondering about the quality of this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was helpful and the room was clean, modern and spacious! There was even a small fan in the room! No iron on the premises, while disappointing is still acceptable. No water kettle on premise - I knocked a star for this. Denying a person their morning coffee or their evening tea is just unnecessary.

Definitely recommended! Hotel is close to the subway, rooms are clean, modern, breakfast is plentiful, hotel staff is very friendly, and there is also the possibility of parking in the hotel's own underground car park (for a fee).

Really dismal service. We arrived in the hotel, only to learn that our room was given away. The hotel staff was, unfortunately, extremely rude, telling us that there was nothing he could (and, as he repeatedly told us, would) do and that we were transferred to another hotel (which was, by the way, across town...). This is not a problem per se, but the tone in which he spoke to us was absolutely and utterly rude. We stayed polite even if we were very much taken aback, however, he maintained a nasty, unfriendly and arrogant tone. He seemed highly unqualified for a job in a service position (he answered our request for his name with "everyone around here knows who I am" (obviously, if you're a tourist, you're not from "around here")). Sad thing is, we wouldn't even have considered it such a big problem, had he not been so extraordinarily rude. This left us with a very bad impression. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Expensive for the early 90's feeling. The room was clean, but I felt like traveling back in time, except for the TV which was brand new and not working. The bathroom, especially the shower really needs a renewal. The reception was repeatedly confirming (even showing me on screen) that our travel agent booked our rooms with breakfast, but it turned out at checkout that the hotel staff that day was wrong. So we needed to pay for (overpriced) breakfast, send the invoice to our travel agent and now we are waiting to get our money back. I'm rarely disappointed, but this hotel managed to get me there (despite I wasn't paying for my stay, so I shouldn't care). Weak 2 stars because the few pros: clean room, Sonnentor caffee and tea at breakfast, and drink voucher if I don't want room cleaning every day.

Slightly dated but clean and well maintained hotel in an excellent location close to the Danube. Underground is 5 minutes away and just a few stops to the city centre. Rooms are a very good size. No air-conditioning but a fan was provided in the room free of charge. Can't comment on food as we ate outdoors all the time in the superb hot weather. Would certainly come back.

Stayed in the hotel three years ago and it was absolutely decent. So much that stayed there this year again. I have no idea what happened in the mean time, but the hotel changed majorly, sadly for the worst. The breakfast is rather limited with only warm items being French toast and scrambled eggs. I had a single room that came with double bed, but one pillow and one very thin and narrow blanked. I asked for an extra blanked that I received in the evening. Next day it was gone again! There were no toiletries (cream, shampoo and balsam) in the bathroom. My room was on the last floor and it stank so much from the stink trap in the bathroom. All in all rather awful and there will definitely be no third time.

I've been in better 2 star hotels. This one really is far away from 4 stars rating. Room I got was very old and small, power sockets available only near TV, no sockets near the bed. Also there is a constant noise out of water pipes (or something?) which is disturbing at night. Reception is also not the best - I have ordered iron and iron table and had to go myself and take it, even though there was available facility staff, doing nothing. The only good thing - location and breakfast, which was good but not good enough for 4 star hotel. Disappointed.

Exceptional nice clean motel and the room was very nice. Breakfast was adequate and the motel is located conveniently within 3 blocks of the metro station. The guy that worked the reception desk was not real friendly however the happy hour bartender was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

A great budget friendly hotel that offers great breakfast and accomodations are really comfortable, the room even comes with a preset hotel radio that only has one channel that plays soothing music giving it a very reliable atmosphere, people are also very nice around here. For my surprise it didn't have AC in the room which may be a bummer if a heat wave hits Vienna which was my situation but I could live easily without it, the room has a fan
