Perfect hotel to stay in Wien. This hotel is decent! Comfortable and clean room; every floor has a different theme. Perfect location; close to Nachsmarket and surroundings with many great restaurants and museums. Delicious breakfast and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Making a story of every floor and room was nice. The hotel location just away from the Main Street makes the hotel very quiet during the night. I was having very nice sleep quality. Having coffee room with different kind of dessert was also good. The main problem is the shower head in the bathroom is not good located. As there is no drainage in the bathroom the water sometimes goes into the room.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel in May 2023. I spent the majority of my stay in a disgusting room with MOLD everywhere (see pictures). The shower was so gross. The room wasn't clean and there was long hair all over the floor and bed. The AC didn't work upon arrival and struggled to maintain an even temperature. Location was good but can't recommend for the overall poor experience. Super disappointing. Response to owner: I stayed TWO nights in the moldy room and you only upgraded me on my last night. You also promised to refund me for one night which you didn't do. My average nightly rate was $178 and you only refunded me $129..

Our stay at Hotel Beethoven was delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful, even reminding us about the free weekly concert on Monday evening. Do not miss it! The breakfast was very good with many choices including eggs made to order, all to the accompaniment of classical music in a light airy room. They even presented my son with a slice of cake complete with a candle for his birthday. That was such a nice touch! The room was spotless with tea and a coffee press and AC that works well. I really liked the decor; each room has a theme related to Beethoven. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the cathedral, museums, shops and many other sights. It is however, in a quiet neighbourhood with public transport nearby, if you want to explore further afield. We took a bus to the Belvedere Palace for example. I thoroughly recommend it, it was the highlight of our multi-city vacation and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Good location - easy walk to many restraurants, public transit, and the city centre. Pleasant and helpful employees. Super quiet rooms. TV, wifi, etc all worked well. The only issue is that the shower was not fully enclosed which allowed water to get all over the floor. But overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The hotel is located in a central location in Vienna, steps away from its famous food market and a few minutes walk from the Vienna opera. The staff and the amenities were outstanding and we enjoyed every single aspect of our stay. We will absolutely stay here again. Also, do yourself a favor and visit the hotel's Ludwig bar! Outstanding 👏

Very nice and cozy hotel. Money for value a little too high, but close to most of the important Vienna checkpoints.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Boutique style rooms with antique and bold styling. The bed was soft, and I worried it would hurt my back, but it didn't. Air conditioning was okay. It could have been better. Lots of windows allowed for a cheerful environment with lots of natural light The shower was difficult to operate. I loved the common areas and the resident dog. Walking to the nascht market was easy- several bus and subway options. The room was cluttered in styling and layout. Several books/magazines sat atop a coffee table and lamps were placed at random around the room. No counter space in the bathroom but thats typical for Europe.

The Beethoven hotel is great. It is located in a quite area very close to the center (5-10 minutes max) or other places such as the Belvedere. It is also very close to Nashmarkt where there are good restaurants. Good welcome by the staff (reception, breakfast...) and always ready too help. The rooms are well decorated and very pleasant. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We've stayed at Beethoven twice now and been very happy both times. It is close to many of the major sights and places to visit. There is plenty of choice for breakfast each day. There was a slight issue with the room not being cleaned one day, but they apologised for it as soon as we notified them. Would recommend Hotel Beethoven to anyone staying in Vienna.

If you are looking for a hotel in Vienna this one has it all. Crisp cold aircom, in a captial city experiencing over 36 degree heat, we certainly needed it. A showstopping cool evening bar frequented by guests and intersting locals alike. An abundant choice at the lovely breakfast bar including a refreshing glass of processo to start the day. The most comfortable bed and pillow i have ever slept on. Quirky, individual sensational too. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the old town, and only 1 minute to the incredible street market too. All of above was topped off by the caring staff, especially Joy who looked after us well at reception. Mid price & affordable yet high end. Thanks Beethoven x

It could almost be quaint, but they've modernised the hotel in exactly the right way. AC, WiFi, recharge points, streaming to your room TV. The staff were helpful and friendly to a fault. Located right next to the Naschmarkt and within a couple of minutes of most of what you wan to do. This is a great option for any visit to Vienna.

We can most definitely recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom terrific. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and the quality and quantity of breakfast food superb

Hotel Beethoven is unlike any place I've ever stayed. It exists to celebrate the city and culture of Vienna while showcasing music, art, and history. Each floor has a dedicated theme related to the history of the city, and each room is dedicated to a person or aspect of that theme. Each room is thoughtfully curated and individualized based on that particular aspect, including choices related to furniture, art, etc. The staff is amazing. They are excellent and wonderful at what they do, from the breakfast staff to the front desk to the bartenders. They offer chamber music concerts along the mezzanine. The cocktail bar is incredible. The location is right down the street from the Secession. Think about it: Klimt's Beethoven friezes are down the road from you. And the nashmarket is across the street. I'd live there if I could.

Top notch staff (helped assist when can tried to scam us), beautiful Sunday concert and yummy breakfast. Close to many of the sites! Only would have preferred a little bit firmer bed…

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. A wonderful mix of great design, kind staff members, lush textiles and very fine gin and tonics. There were times when I didn't want to leave the hotel it was so visually lush and comfortable. In addition, the hotel is on a quiet street with many sights in walking distance and very good public transportation and restaurants.

We had a warm welcome on arrival from the staff member on the front desk. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had loads of choice and the serving staff were friendly and efficient. The location of this hotel suited our needs perfectly: it is tucked away on a quiet side street and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. There is a lovely bar where we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks. The is a stylish boutique hotel and we felt very well looked after.

Amazing service from the front desk staff. The room was grand and we'll appointed but there was some glaring cleaning issues. Dusty drapes and staging chaise. There was a light under the toilet that took days to get to stop flashing 24\7.

I went to the Beethoven hotel bar for a glass of cognac and I found a very cozy and pleasant bar. Service was warm and the choice of spirits berry large. You can also choose diner as you find a great table right in the centre

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beethoven Hotel. It is perfectly located to see all the sites in Vienna - we walked everywhere! The staff is very friendly an accommodating. We were even warmly assisted with a car to the airport at 4:00am! The hotel was under renovation so it was sometimes cramped getting in and out of the elevator - however once this is completed I know it will be perfect.

Just spent 3 nights at Hotel Beethoven and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The hotel is stylish with a nice balance of whimsy, gracious elegance, and modern convenience. Our room was comfortable, well-appointed, very clean, and all around pleasant. Hotel staff members (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping) are super nice and helpful. The lobby was undergoing renovations and we look forward to seeing how it turns out when we return, which we will!

Excellent amenities, spotlessly clean, great location! The toilets are equipped with futuristic water jets that would leave you very surprised and clean as a whistle. Make sure to try the bar downstairs!

I would live here if I could. The hotel is amazing, the rooms and decor are amazing, the shared spaces for guests to relax are amazing (with coffee, tea, and cakes set out!), there’s a hotel dog who is amazing, the staff was amazing. Just stay here. Oh - great location too 😄

Small, very well located hotel. Rooms extremely pleasant, modern and functional. Extremely clean and comfortable. This is quite a surprise. The hotel looks inconspicuous from the outside. So does the reception area. Small, like a hostel. But that is not important. I am really impressed both with the facility and the service. Breakfast is excellent, served in a very original way with relaxing classical music. I recommend!

I stayed here in the late 1990s, and found it comfortable then; it has been modernized and updated since then and has a lovely atmosphere, with each floor presenting a different theme around Austrian culture. There's a delightful little library and the breakfast area is bright and gemütlich. Wonderful breakfast, excellent service. The rooms are not especially large, but cozy, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here any time, I'm glad I booked our stay here.

Excellent hotel, amazing breakfast. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Europe! Very close to public transport also, which meant that anything we wanted to do was close at hand!

Lovely little hotel with attentive staff and cute rooms. Especially thankful for complimentary coffee/tea, strong wifi, and umbrellas for guest use. Learned a bit of Vienna history just by exploring the floors! Don't skip the city guide in your room - descriptions and sights are useful even on this 5+ visit to Vienna. Beds are a little on the soft side for me, but my husband disagrees and thinks they're great 😂

Beethoven Hotel is a cosy, lovely boutique hotel, providing a family atmosphere. All the attractions in the city center are easily accessible on foot or by train from this ideal location. The receptionists are very kind and happy to assist you. The rooms are clean, and there is a wonderful bar at the place, with a talented and excellent bartender- Yonatan.
