I had great experience staying at this hotel. My room was large, quiet, and had a bathtub. This place is also in a few hundred meters from the metro station and has a lot of shops nearby.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Very close to main railway and bus station, also you can get the city centre with all sights by foot (about 30 min walk). Room was clean and big enough. But glass door to bathroom was unexpected and disappointed. I don't want to show all my actions incide bathroom to roommate.

We loved this place! The rooms were considerably big, we had hygiene products, a nice view of the internal garden and there was no noise what so ever. We had the breakfast included which was really good, the waiter was very nice and even recommended some places. The rest of the personnel were also real polite and the entrance of the hotel smelled like cookies jaja. And the most important (!) we were on walking distance from the center, the main train station and the subway was a few blocks away. Highly recommend it!

Austria Trend Hotel Beim Theresianum is in a great location, near Vienna's main railway station and close to the Belvedere Palace. The rooms are spacious and have a safe and a fridge. There is a kettle plus tea and coffee. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Our train from Munich to Vienna has been cancelled, so with my wife we have been stucked in Vienna. OBB gave us a voucher for a hotel room, all we had to do is find a vacancy in any hotel at 11 pm around the Hauptbahnhof. Since it was quite late, it was not easy, we had to walk a while to find this hotel, which was fortunately open and had a spare room. It was the serenity after a quite demanding day: bath, some hot tea and comfortable bed. All we wanted, we have spend a good time there. I can cleary recommand it.

Perfect for a short stay at this 3 star hotel. No nonsense, clean, great room, comfortable beds (nice touches e.g. two luggage racks, comp bottle water, soft drinks), large shower, easy parking, efficiently run- could not fault it and would definitely book again. We had an “executive” room and was accommodated kindly for a midday check-in which was much appreciated. We’ve learnt to eat out for breakfasts, which is what we did.

Good place to stay: quiet, well designed. The area is perfect, location is perfectly close to main station. The only 2 moments: it is located on quite a noisy (transport) street and Vienna still is full of cars -> a lot of dust on windows outside and too much noise during the day. I also disliked the strange idea to make transparent toilet glass door and full-size mirror next to the glass door: lying in the bed I could see my partner taking their hygienic needs. -_-

About rooms; there was no slippers in the room. I asked and they said they dont have it atm. Unfortunately, you can hear everybody in the coridor from your room. Also, still waiting for receipt, its also not working atm.

Great hotel at a good price!!! Rooms are very spacious, stuff is very helpful! Breakfast has a variety of choice. Located in calm district, several markets are nearby. Walking distance from main sights! Recommended!

I don't know what's going on in the bedroom above ours, but it sounds like someone's moving every piece of furniture every 5 minutes, and with zero soundproofing, goodbye nice sleep. I am not a fan of carpet (I really dislike it) but if you don't put carpet make sure that the floor slabs are well isolated!

Good position, big clean rooms. The full price of the room is too high. The door was locked, no card was working. We had to walk around the city for a few more hours until they solved the problem.

Lovely hotel. My check-in experience was not the most pleasant but eventually things got sorted out. The rest of the stay was uneventful. Breakfast was always the sameenu but it was great options. 👍

rooms were very very clean. 2 min walk away from the underground. the staff didnt really stand out to me but i think it was more of a language barrier. ac worked perfectly but there is a really bright flashing light on the control panel for the ac that cant be turned off and really disturbed my sleep. apart from that everything was perfect. they have a great deal where if you dont want room service for the duration of your stay you get a voucher for a free drink at the "bar" (which is just a fridge behind the reception desk). with covid alot of hotels are understaffed so i think that even though they advertise this as something to help the environment i think this is mostly to ease the pressure from the housekeepers. i think this is a fantastic idea and shows they really care about their housekeeping staff. if im ever in vienna again i will definitly stay here and will reccomend to anyone visiting vienna.

Pro: Hotel is clean. Single bedroom is quite spacious. AC worked well when it was 95F. Sheets cleaned. Breakfast was early and diverse (eggs, fruit, yogurt, bacon, cereal). Nice little lawned courtyard in middle. Entry cards worked. Staff friendly. Cons: The shower tub height is quite treacherous—requires a significant step up and step down and the shower head is oddly located in the corner WITH NO door or curtain. There is a small (3 ft) wall to stop water from going on the floor which forces you into the end of the tub which has a steep incline. It actually felt dangerous taking a shower. That was actually the most dangerous part of my 1 week in Austria. The walk to the rooms from the lobby is a bit longer than I anticipated.

If you are looking for a hotel room with a see through glass bathroom door which doesn’t even close all the way, look no further! Thank you for the horrendous design decisions and the lack of cooperation, Austria Trend Hotel!

Have stayed here twice but don't think there will be a third time. The staff are just so unhelpful if anything is amiss with your room :( the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, when I complained the staff just shrugged. Felt very unprofessional.

Great location near Belvedere Palace and walking distance to the Museum Quarter and Ringstrasse. Rooms are small but clean. This hotel did not include any special amenities and breakfast was overpriced at 14 euros.

We were staying 4 nights, the room is comfortable, clean. Especially bed sheets and pillows are a match to me. Breakfast was good, with many choices for guests. Location is the best, nearly train station and any public transportation.

I only stayed here one night but I really enjoyed my stay. Not only did they allow me to check in 3 hours early, but the entire staff was very friendly. The room was quite large, had a terrace, was clean, comfy, and modern. And just 5 min walk from Vienna Main Station.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds and rooms. They provided a pack n play for our baby. Breakfast was available at the hotel for a cost. Good location, close to the train and bus station as well as many restaurants and grocery stores. There was a playground for our kids just a few blocks away. I would recommend and stay here again.
