Beautiful design. But I felt cold and not comfortable, not cozy . Maybe decorating and under staff .. We couldn't book a table for lunch or dinner considering we were staying at the hotel.. it was always fully booked ... When check in, no one recommended us to book restaurants earlier . The decorations in the lobby shocked me. Is this not Christmas, but a pre-apocalyptic Christmas? The cleanliness in the room was also not perfect, a lot of dust. The bed in the room is also not beautiful and not welcoming…

I was having a blissful time at the perfectly situated Park Hyatt, went to the spa, swam in the beautiful pool, had oysters and beef carpaccio at their beautiful restaurant. Everything was lovely until I stepped out of the shower naked, a female traveler alone and 2 men come to my door yelling and banging on it like the gestapo. They smashed the door in as I’m saying, “Wait!!!!” Standing there naked they scream at me that they ARE coming in an alarm is going off in my room. I’m naked. I say, “GET OUT!!!!! There is NO alarm going off!!” They say, “Yes!” and will not leave. I finally grab a towel and say, “So your fire alarms make no noise, how does that help me in the middle of the night if there’s a fire?”They finally left. So I paid big money for a 5 star hotel to be traumatized by very Brutish men. If this happens again, the manager needs to come up with them and treat the guests civilly and by name if you are going to break into the room. There should be no screaming and treating your guests like an FBI swat team would. I was traumatized as any naked female single traveler would be. Ridiculous!!!!!

Great location it’s close to everything the shopping streets and minutes away and it has great size rooms and great room service. And it is attached to a nice little cafe with great outdoor seating. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

It was nothing extraordinary. No welcome note nor fruits or welcome gift in the room. During the whole stay (3 nights) they did not bring new bathroom amenities so that I had to shower with shampoo as the shower gel was gone. Room service for breakfast questionable.

A luxurious and unique experience around the world. Park Hyatt doesn't fail to astonish with it's impeccable decor, good service, beautiful rooms, and amazing service all around. Even if not staying at this hotel, I recommend checking out the restaurant and bar open around the clock in the hotels lobby. it is in the heart of Vienna, close to everything you'd wanna see walking distance.

This is one of my favorite hotels, it's truly iconic and beautiful! Most of the staff are doing their best to make a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. Especially porters! They do their job well 100 out of 10, always super friendly and helpful! However, There is a HUGE PROBLEM with housekeeping. This is really sad and left a bad aftertaste of hotel's reputation... because we are loyal customers and we prefer to stay there every time we visit Vienna! Our room was "clean" only once (after noticing all problems (with pictures!)sent to the manager) the only thing they did in room constantly is - making beds every day. That's it. Several times towels haven’t been changed, cotton pads (and other items) wasn’t replaced, i was calling at 1 am and asking for new ones. Couple of times they left empty bottles of water and didn’t put new bottles! Same thing with mini bar. 2/10 times tee and coffee items was refreshed, it was just empty All details mentioned above is 20% of all negative moments we faced! And this is so sad. It feels like housekeeping lives separate life with extremely low standards. This is not acceptable and i hope it will be taken seriously.

Excellent location The shopping streets are minutes away, it is convenient to everything, and it offers wonderful room sizes and excellent room service. It is also connected to a charming tiny cafe with wonderful patio sitting. I heartily endorse it and will undoubtedly return.

I like Park Hyatt very much and it’s my favorite hotel that I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely Wonderful! I just completed a three night stay with my girlfriend and we had an amazing stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms, restaurants, indoor pool and spa are all very well appointed. The staff was excellent and helped us with every request. I would not hesitate to come back.

We loved the Park Hyatt Vienna and were impressed from the moment we entered the hotel. The architecture was stunning and the rooms very well appointed and refined. The entire experience will be very memorable for us. We celebrated a proposal and engagement during our stay, and the staff made sure the occasion felt special for us. The highest level of service and facilities I encountered. A pampering room with all the facilities imaginable. Down to the smallest details in terms of design and comfort. Accessible and technological along with preserving the history of the building.the staff was incredibly nice and helpful with anything we needed. It was a special experience, we enjoyed every moment.

As its brand’s reputation, this hotel has the most stunning conference room in Vienna. If there are any companies academies embassies that are planning some promotions party or conference, i highly recommend here as a former conference specialists.

Wow. What an incredible experience. Room was magnificent. Food at breakfast was absolutely scrumptious. Staff were so kind and capable. Went above and beyond. Pool is such a stunner as is the spa area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Really top notch stay. That time of the month started on Sunday morning when everything closed in the city, staff had some extra hygienic items and even provided a biscuit with it. Gold level service. Thank you.

One of the best hotel experiences in a while. The reception is very welcoming and professional, whilst the concierge was very attentive about helping me reserve restaurants or museums. Their room service was very effective, and they deliver a lovely breakfast. The hotel also has a cafe with a big lounge with amazing pastries where you can also work or relax. As a hyatt member, you also get benefits! So I highly recommend anyone to register and join.

Had a great stay here with my husband. The service staffs were all lovely, helpful and attentive. The room is huge and very luxurious. The bed is comfortable, but the pillow is too soft. The Concierge was quick to bring us memory foam pillows which solved our sleeping problem. Will definitely stay here again!

A wonderful stay. from checking in to checking out everything was first class. The staff is professional and kind, the room was very specious and cozy, the interior design in the hotel is in another level. The location - perfect!

Had a really nice 4 day stay here. It's in a perfect location for exploring the city by foot. Not sure how they do it, but the building is so well insulated from sound I'm not sure I heard another guest or anything from the street while we were there. Staff are friendly and attentive. Concierge helped us add seat reservations to our train tickets after the fact possibly saving us a 6 hour train ride without seats. Breakfast was good and the setting is very clean and nicely signed. Wife really enjoyed her massage as well.

A lovely hotel situated in an old bank, in the boujee area of Vienna, surrounded by hundreds of designer shops. It has a great bar and Brasserie. I stayed in one of the suites and it was enormous, with comfortable beds and quiet at night. The staff here are brilliant- not only very friendly, but so helpful. I asked them for recommendations for bars and restaurants and all the ones they selected were great. Lovely pool and well equipped gym. The breakfast is excellent- a very extensive and high quality buffet and nice a la carte options. It even comes with free unlimited champagne which is a real perk... It doesn't have a lot of atmosphere or uniqueness, but it is a chain hotel- but a smart, well facilitated one.

Great place to have a quick lunch! They offer menus for lunch, service is great and best thing is, that it isn‘t crowded. Ideal for a nice chat with colleagues

I'm not even sure where to start. From the beginning to the end our stay was beyond amazing. We used points for our stay and as Globalists we were upgraded to a Jr. Suite. Just wow! The bed was soooo comfortable a super sized king. The bathroom was all marble with a shower and separate bath, I could have stayed in there all day. On to breakfast, not sure where to start. OMG from fruit to juice to breads and hot items and coffee we were in food heaven. I made sure I got an hour to eat everyday so I could enjoy everything 😋 to top off our stay every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping was pleasant and kind. We will be back to Vienna and when we do we will stay at the park Hyatt.

Very nice hotel. My room was large, definitely considering it’s Europe. Concierge staff are very astute and got us into an impossible restaurant with short notice. Location is good for tourists/walking Vienna. Their in-house restaurant is a pass, not impressed for price of food, especially the breakfast cost.

All the reviews about this must be in awe of being allowed to stay, I have never seen a hotel with so much hype and be such a letdown. the rooms are very nice even though the ac sucks. The service is terrible and that's not because of the regular staff it's the gm and others that run this place at budgeted as possible to make as much money, there's not enough doorman and service agents to accommodate the guests and it shows basic requests can't be met and globalist service is terrible

This hotel is a little home inside Vienna. It has everything you could ever need, and an incredible location.

Conveniently located in the center of Vienna, in a historic bank building, the Park Hyatt offers beautifully designed rooms and spotless service.

We stayed for Christmas and post-new years at both the PH Suite and their Diplomat Suite. The staff were all super friendly, warm, and welcoming; especially the bell hops and concierge group. PH Vienna is one of my favorite Park Hyatts, and the location can't be beat. The Bank (restaurant) serves delicious food, and has a great non alcoholic sparkling tea option, which my wife loved. The Bank also was more delicious than one Michelin Star restaurant the Apron, and also the two Michelin Star restaurant Niko Silvio. The Rooms had old charm feel with modern amenities such as touch button curtains. Le Labo toiletries. We lost items in the room, and the staff were quick to help assist when we noticed the lost items on our way to the airport. I would recommend asking for 5th floor or higher, to have less street noise. We would come back in a heart beat, and would highly recommend.

Building and location are very good. The overall experience is good but not what you expect for the price. Not even a welcome fruit in the room. Overall it is well overpriced.

I’m at the hotel right now I have arrived to Vienna by car from Munich. I booked a suite a week ago and unfortunately I just arrived and they have informed me that the suite is not ready yet. Mind you the suite is over 3,000 euros and the suite should be ready right now. This is such a shame for a big hotel chain like Park Hyatt. This will be the last time I stay in this hotel after this unfortunate experience.

Park Hyatt Vienna is best in Vienna. Just stay and Visited for coffee and cakes and what a wonderful experience is that. Great services of the staff. Is was great a wedding location and can only recommend it. And it’s not just for tourist, Viennese are also very welcome. Wishing a relax start into the new week.

Beautiful centrally located hotel with a perfect blend of classic and contemporary design. The concierge staff were exceptional, especially Karim. My only complaint is that the restaurant and cafe seemed grossly understaffed. In addition, I’ve never been rushed out of breakfast before like I have at this property. I’ve stayed at the best hotels of the world and the female maitre’d with glasses actually had the gall to come to each table to notify guests they had to vacate the space at 10:30 am every morning. This definitely cheapens the stay.

Make sure you visit the pool, it's very beautiful, it used to be a vault. Unbeatable location, close to palace, museums, and shopping areas. Amazing customer service, everyone is so friendly. Would definitely go back

It was an amazing experience for me and my wife, got updated to a suit. Also you can basically walk to the restaurants and small shops around the hotel, Great pastries all over town .

Hotel have a Technical issues and maintaining problems with a el.power ä. Alarms switching „On“ without reason day night lights going crazy elevator going up and down without any sense cooling systems dose not working properly in whole building, In some areas are not normal to breathing, so if there is someone in hotel management who care about ppl is time to help and permanently fix this issues. And yes hotel staff is unhappy and not permanent quit real fast. You will not notice all this if you are staying few days but for sure you will be aware of situation in a few weeks of staying. Concierge was perfectly fine and helpful everyday. The Brasserie on the other hand was a whole other story. Every time we arrived, the attendant was super rude almost refusing service. Been to several other Park Hyatts in the world and expected a different level of service.

I was staying at the Rosewood on this trip to Vienna. I wanted to explore the Park Hyatt for my next trip. So I decided to go for breakfast. The waitress was extremely rude and told me they were fully booked. While I stared at a fully empty huge breakfast room! Suffice to say, I am not going to book it next time lol

this hotel is simply fabulous! the staff, the location, the rooms, the spa, the breakfast, the bar... all a 10/10 (or even better)! it's definitely worth the splurge!

They were able to accommodate our every request. Very nice service. I can’t express how much the staff went out of their way for us.

Let’s start this by saying this hotel as the potential to be the best in Austria and one of the best in Europe. Rooms are amazing, the interior historical design with marble and art nouveau decor too… bar choices, restaurant.. breakfast.. service at the desk all perfect! There are though some aspects that need definitely to be improved. Communication at the desk must be way more efficient about what you have included or not. If you escort a globalist to a “lounge” and present it that way, accommodating him/her to a table it implies it’s free as normally it is in all the Hyatt where I’ve been but then it’s not as you’re presented with a bill and an awkward situation to deal with. Same thing for breakfast! You have it included but there is not communication between breakfast staff and the desk (the waiter told me that clearly! stating when they have a globalist is always like that and they need to bill you and then the desk as to take it off…. Not very pleasant to discuss this with a waiter that states you’re not included in their list.) Last part. I checked out yesterday morning and in the evening they charged me 25 euro of minibar stuff that I never took. I’m almost certain they charged me things that the previous gust ate or drunk. I notice that as I tried to have a coffee using the illy machine and there were no capsule available except for the decaf. Considering they rushed to give me the room during check in (even there had to wait till 3:40 to get my room ready) I think they forgot to refill it and then charged me the stuff the previous guest had. Overall this are small things for an average hotel but not for a category 6 Hyatt and the normal asking price p/night. Regards

Amazing experience here. One of my favorite Park Hyatt properties this far. The location is absolutely incredible, and the building, although new, feels grand and palatial. The concierge was extremely helpful and attentive. Tickets provided to musical events has amazing seats. Rooms - even junior rooms - are well appointed and the space is thoughtfully used. Staff are always top notch. The pool and sauna are some of the nicest facilities I've seen in any hotel. I'm a devout sauna user, and - hot - sauna and the ice shower and "ice bucket" were well appreciated for those who like the Finnish style. Room service a delightful experience - one of our favorite aspects of any Park Hyatt. Even with an early flight breakfast arrives like clockwork and perfect.

Beautiful hotel with very modern rooms. great location near Graben st and famous squares .. Staff were wonderful, nice, pleasant and efficient in everything we needed .. We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 children and the hotel was an excellent choice. Breakfast also very great, diverse with the nicest staff ..
