‪This is one of the best hotels I’ve have ever stayed in. I can’t say enough about the staff. They helped me urgently sort out PCR tests so that I could attend the concerts I had booked and simultaneously organising an emergency snack for me.‬ ‪The bedrooms are beautiful with so many modern designer touches. Very comfortable bed. Very modern amenities from the easy touch lighting, coffeemaker, marble bathroom with large walk in shower, plenty of towels, dressing gown and Dyson hair dryer. The room was sparkling clean. Even had a Nepresso coffee machine‬ ‪The hotel was decorated for Christmas with such beautiful ornaments. The lobby, breakfast room, bar area and hallways were decorated in contemporary standout artwork and bold colors‬. Everything here breathes of art and design, Breakfast is served on dishes by Bernardaud Limoges, crystal water glasses along with cloth napkins, gold cutlery designed by Pinti 1929, which was modeled on the columns of Greek and Roman temples, Das Tyrol is in a great location, a few steps and you’re in the Museum Quarter. and within easy walking distance of the shops and site seeing. The luxury hotels are fairly corporate and soulless, save yourself the extra cash and try this small boutique hotel and I don't think you'll regret it. Thanks for a really wonderful stay, I honestly couldn't have asked for more.

Understated luxury hotel in a great location near the Museum Quarter. Close to the historic city centre, a few blocks back from the ring, so nice and quiet. Fabulous staff, nothing is too much trouble from restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, and extra pillows.

Fantastic location round the corner from the museum quarter, an Interspar nearby and near multiple metro stops. You can walk to many attractions from here. The rooms are lovely (lots of mirrors) with a coffee machine in the room and a the final touches really noticeable. The staff (especially Phillip) were very helpful when we had issues connecting our TV to our phones to stream. They kindly moved us to another room so we could stream from there instead. The spa facilities were fun although the tiny windows into the room were slightly strange.

An elegant and stylish hotel just a few minutes walk from most attractions. Breakfast is not included but is a la carte which is great, like having a cafe downstairs. The spa area is tranquil and booked as private sessions so you get the sauna and steam room all to yourself.

I wish there was a 4.5 stars option. My only complaint is that the temperature control was very problematic. The A/C is central-controlled and I complained twice the room was too hot (I think in the cooler seasons the lowest temperature you can set is around 22 Celsius). They eventually got it to be cooler, but there aren't any numbers on the control panel so you have to guess what temperature you are aiming at. Air conditioning really effects my sleep so this was an issue for me. You can open the windows but I prefer to have them shut at night. Also, no kettel in the room - which was weird since it was otherwise so well equipped. I love having tea in the evening and I wish that was an option. Other than that this hotel was truely amazing and we loved it! The service was absolutely outstanding!! Clean, spacious, quiet, beautifully designed room with a lot of attention to details. We got a free upgrade upon availability which is very nice of them. The spa is also lovely. The location was very convenient. There is definitely a WOW factor to this hotel. I would definitely recommend it! We didn't have breakfast in the hotel since it was not included and we prefered to try out different breakfast spots (there are plenty of options in a ten minute walking radius).

Very centre of the life in Vienna! You are in the middle of everything!! All the shops, restaurants, cafes, two largest museums - Kunsthistorische and Naturhistorische, Opera, Hofburg, Spanish Ridding School, University... Very close to the oldest part of the Vienna. At the walking distance from the hotel is also famous Anker Uhr, Hocher Markt, Stephansdom, Am Hof Platz, where the Christmas Market is, as well as at MariaTheresien Platz!! And the cheriots are waiting for you at Michaeler Platz, as soon as you pass through the gats of Hofburg!!! There is nothing more beautiful than seeing Vienna from an open chariot!!!!!!!!!!! You MUST try it! And buy a ticket to the All-in-One: Koncert/Opera/Ballet/ from the ticket-salesmen in the lively court styled suits! You will be AMAZED!

My favorite hotel in the heart of Vienna. The Museumsquartier & the staff are impeccable, kind & helpful. The hotel is gorgeous. An art collection. Everything was so contemporary. Great design and melange of color is elegant, every little detail is sophisticated. Crème de la crème. A gem in Vienna.

Had a 4 nights stay here. The location is just perfect: walking distance to key museums, opera, concert hall, shopping areas, etc. At the same time it was very quiet: I couldn't even hear any noise from the construction site nearby. The interiors are very stylish, but the design is also very practical. Immaculately clean. All hotel employees were super friendly and it felt like this is their real attitude rather than something artificial forced by the management. Highly recommended!

Very stylish boutique hotel on a popular shopping street near the museums. Room was very nice with high end fixtures and decor. Staff was great. Only negative was the walking distance to public transit.

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Gives off luxury vibes, e.g there's a Dyson hair dryer. The building is old, be prepared to take the elevator up separately as it's ancient and tiny. The hotel is on the corner of a busy street, not much space for parking. Not an issue if getting dropped off by taxi, but maybe an issue if your driving and need to park to check in.

Service and personnel were courteous and professional. Close to shops, cafes and museums. We walked to the Albertina Museum. Walking distance to the Naschmarkt. Amazing sauna, make a reservation first.

One of the best boutique hotel have I been staying to. Absolutely recommended. Owner is Master who could create such an amazing its own cozy place like an art oasis in the centre of Wien. I can feel than I am at home and a lovely modern museum at the same time. Thank you so much!

Is this the most stylish hotel ever? There's beautiful original art pieces on nearly every wall. Rooms are so modern and filled with the latest tech. Even the toilet! In the heart of Vienna and with top notch service.

Absolutely perfect! The staff were super fresh and helpful, the location was very central and in a nice area. The rooms finishes were very luxurious and absolutely spotless. to top it off the private spa that is free for hotel guess was amazing and also spotless. There was building going on opposite which they do tell you before you book however you could not hear it at all so it was not a problem! We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family. Thank you!!

This hotel was amazing. The decor of the hotel and especially the rooms was so unique and fun. Great location to get anywhere in the city easily. The concierge services were excellent, be sure to use them to make your stay even better. Would definitely recommend staying here compared to any other hotel in Vienna.

How boutique hotels should be. This hotel has friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Plus, those little niche touches that make a stay even more special. Would stay again if I am in Vienna.

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal! Starting with really kind and friendly staff, great location (just opposite to Museum Quarter and walking distance to Opera, etc), gorgeous interior design (each floor has different art in the corridors which made me feel like I'm staying in a lovely art gallery), spotlessly clean room (and I mean it! There's plenty of glass/mirror surfaces and they were always so clean!) and the lovely private spa (once booked at the reception, we had it just for ourselves). With no doubts, and no hesitation I must say it was the most beautiful and overall the best hotel I ever stayed in!

Quirky in a wonderful way, spotlessly clean, lovely size room and helpful staff. It couldn't be better situated with a 2 minute walk to the vibrant museum quarter cafes and 15.minutes from most of the historic sites. Would stay again when back in Vienna.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had - the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really make me feel at home during the short stay. The location was fantastic - within minutes of walk to lots of tourist attractions. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the spa is just impressive.

We had an excellent, short stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from when we arrived until we departed. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The rest of the hotel is also beautiful and very Viennese. The late night pastry offerings were delicious, and tea was offered alongside them. The location is excellent and very easy to walk to many major museums and landmarks in the city. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the Das Tyrol the last 2 nights and it was fabulous. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and visibly want to cater to your needs. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. For example I needed a taxi to go to a business park 20km away.. ordered for when I asked the next morning and fixed price negotiated which was great. I then enquired about the spa in the morning and when I returned in the evening the member of staff I asked had passed a note to the night staff member who knew about my enquiry and even prepared the spa for me at midnight! The spa is amazing with a great steam room and the fish tank is incredible. Breakfast is really special the attention to detail is amazing. The hotel is small but that's how I like it. Good balance of modern with traditional and the hotel is bang up to date e.g. TV screens, Internet are all modern and fast, bathrooms with Dyson hairdryers and modern accessories, Nespresso machines, air conditioning ... and all amazingly spotless. Wonderful art and tastefully furnished. Love this place will definitely stay again. Pretty reasonably priced too and very central. Hidden gem for sure.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the room was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Decorated in a classical style with a modern twist. Short walk to the museum quarter, and also a short walk to public transport to go sightseeing. The elevator is tiny and charming, but just wait your turn, and it takes you where you want to go. All in all - would very much like to stay here again.

Stylish hotel at a central location. Clean and cosy room with modern interior and amenities. Bed was very comfortable - for sweets lovers: a Ferrero Rocher on top of the pillows Staff was very friendly - all worked out quite well. Would definitely come back if in the area

Great location in the city center, yet small and quiet. Attention to the smallest details of comfort and service. Uber modern and fun within the bones of a wonderful, old building. This place oozes personality and will do its best to spoil you!

Cute little hotel, cool and chic although bordering kitch. Nice, comfortable, clean and quite spacious rooms. Great central location (this you probably knew), a lot of nice art everywhere and a really good breakfast that you want to take your time with (both because it was really good and because service was somewhat slow).
