Just ok. Location was good, and fast check in. The rooms are not up to par with the actual hotel, squeaky floors, hot, and bathroom only for small people. Cleaning staff also makes unacceptable and unnecessary noise outside door starting at 7am... I would try a different hotel next time.

I liked this hotel a lot. The atmosphere overall is just elegant. People who work there all friendly. Breakfast was decent. Room was a bit small though. and the shower system was a bit uncomfortable. (had to shower in the bathtub, the shower head height was not proper…) I was going to stay few days more but the hotel rooms were fully booked next day.

The hotel is very well located, in a very central and convenient location for exploring Vienna. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and the service is really good Highly recommend the hotel and will no doubt return to it again on the next visit to Vienna.

The location of Karntnerhof is perfect. It is in Inner Stadt where all the action of Vienna is. One can operate by foot and access all the hotspots from this hotel. Location gets very high marks. The hotel is historic and has a romantic charm. The insides are nicely decorated with wall decorations that deliver a charming feel of ancient Europe. A continental breakfast is available with the room rate which is lavish and meets all dietary needs. The rooms are functional, AC, high ceiling. Room service daily to clean and replace towels. The bathrooms felt small but manageable for short stays. Overall, I had a wonderful experience during my 6-night stay at Karntnerhof.

We loved everything, location, private parking, interior design, and the service. The building is located in the center of historic part of the city. It was a Good choice for me and my family, we could do some sightseeing on foot. In the neighbourhood there are many pleasent restaurants. I highly recommnad the place.

It was a good hotel the suite was nice and top it all it had A/c in it a rarity in European hotels. The staff was friendly too. The breakfast could’ve been better.

The room is very big and it is a combination between rustic and modern architecture. It is cozy and very relaxing. One of the best hotels in Vienna in my opinion. The wi-fi connection is strong even at the last level. Amazing!

Me and my daughter stayed in the "small" twin room which was very comfortable and enough spacious. The hotel is ideally located so that you can walk to all major attractions. It was clean, the reception was 24h open and the breakfast was good enough. It is indeed value for money!
