We have had an amazing stay (2 nights) at the Harmonie Hotel! The room is very comfortable, has good room sizes, (the one we've got had a bathtub), super clean and quiet, even the ones on the street side. The hotel is based in a quiet area, yet close to public transportation and within walking distance from the center. Perfect location for exploring Vienna. Garage parking is just nearby, 2-3 minutes walk. Breakfast is wonderful (organic/bio buffet breakfast). The staff is lovely and very attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

On 19/08/21, we stayed at the Harmonie Hotel for three nights. There were 4 of us (with two young children). We stayed in the Superior Room, which is spacious, clean, and luxurious. Breakfast at the hotel is nothing short of amazing. If you'd like, you can eat outside, even though the dining room is charming if you're inside. The service is excellent. During the afternoon, they serve tea with cookies in the lobby. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking lot, if arriving by car, this will incur an additional fee and must be ordered in advance from the hotel. We appreciated the packed breakfast they brought us before we left for our flight in the morning. The hotel is highly recommended. It was great!

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. I can't think of anything they could do better. It's more "casual elegance" than "pomp and circumstance." Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the price. The neighborhood is full of boutique shops and nice restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at The Harmonie again.

Lovely hotel with great service, comfy rooms, and a delicious breakfast buffet. I do wish I had known it was a Best Western owned hotel because I stayed for 16 nights and when I asked about any discounts I was told there were none. I would have paid a reduced rate and gotten points had I been told or thought to ask. That is disappointing as they could have mentioned this info. Despite this snafu I will definitely return. And ask for best western reduced rates next time!

Just completed a wonderful 3 night family stay. The entire experience was superb. The location is excellent and the rooms are well equipped and spotless. The breakfast is excellent and every staff member regardless of role was friendly and always available to provide advice and great service. Highly recommend!

It is a shame that you don't have a bar/lounge for guests to relax. Also space in the breakfast room is limited which reduces the ability to start the day in maximum comfort. However the hotel is in a very good location and your staff are excellent. You made our short stay in Vienna a great success - especially thanks to Stefan in Reception for his welcome, humour and positive helpfulness. When we return to Vienna we will certainly come to the Harmony hotel again.

This is my hotel of choice when traveling through Vienna on layovers. My departing flights are early so I was sad to find out breakfast was changed from 6am to 7am. Too late for me now.

The hotel Is very well kept, clean and is in a very good location. However our room was very small for a three-bed (we had in theory a free upgrade to a superior, I can't Imagine the standard one) and with a series of small inconveniences. But the biggest problem is that the venue is absolutely not accessible to wheelchairs. The main entrance has five big steps and a steep slope for luggages. No one from the reception (which is right in front of the entrance) has ever asked if I needed help with my daughter. There are stairs everywhere in the place. Luckily (!) my daughter is still a child and is light. An adult in wheelchair would not be able to stay at the hotel. In Italy (which is a civilized Country) they would never have a licence to operate. Shame. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY. I do not score 1 because breakfast was very good and the restaurant service was impeccable.

We have stayed at The Harmonie two times now. You can expect an amazing breakfast buffet, comfortable bedding, outstanding quality and attention to details plus great central location.

Comfy and professional. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfasts were fresh and very filling. The rooms, despite the fact that they have not been renovated for at least 5 years, are very clean and neat all the time. What we appreciated the most was the great location and afternoons with tea among books about Vienna. We will definitely come back.

This hotel was elegant and beautiful. Breakfasts were wonderful. A great place to stay if you want to experience Vienna. Walkable area.

The first impact when entering the hotel was, in this case, what defined our stay. We were greeted with a nice, subtle fragrance and nice decoration and the reception staff was very efficient and kind, much like all other staff we interacted with the following days. The rooms were excellent, very silent and warm. Bathroom had very nice hand soap, shampoo and body wash. All fixtures and finishing were prefect. The hygiene was excellent. Breakfast room had a very nice decoration, following the theme of good taste and impeccable finishing. The food print provided had good variety, including Austrian products and delicacies. This was the best stay we ever had in any hotel, and this includes a couple of 5 star ones. Would definetely choose The Harmonie again.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights recently. Vienna centre is easily reached with public transport nearby (you can buy a 24 hour travel pass at reception). Our room was well appointed and to a high level of cleanliness. Breakfast was good, although the self service area could get a little busy at times. Afternoon tea from 3pm was very welcome. We had a very early check out and the hotel kindly made us a "snack pack" to take with us. All of the staff that we spoke to were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a superior room. A lot of space, sofa, desk, table, armchair, chair, safe, big and clean bathroom. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choices and nice servers. Good location very close to public transport. However, on two separate occasions there was a big bug in the room. On one occasion, it was on the bed. I killed one and showed it to the receptionist and all she did was thank me for telling her. Moreover, the only two non-news English speaking TV channels had very bad reception. I told the reception and nothing was done about it. I didn't necessarily expect that they would solve the problems ASAP but they could have at least apologised or told me that they are unable to solve the problems right away. It's very disappointing because it's a very nice hotel.

Wonderful hotel on the edge of Vienna city center. Clean and nice room, amazing and helpful staff and the best breakfast I had in hotels. Each room has a nice smart TV that you can cast to, using Google chromecast. Tea and coffee is also free. Breakfast will suit you with option for vegans, vegeterians, gluten and any other restrictions you might have. They will cook for you a warm dish on addition to the rich buffet. The only grip I had is that the shower was a bit small (we were on a classic double room) The hotel is 2 min walk from the tram and 10 minute from subway or the edge of the city center itself.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is wonderful and comfortable but what makes this hotel stand out is its awesome staff! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful- the breakfast ladies and the front desk. Thank you and we will visit you again soon :)

We stayed there for a week, had wonderful memories there. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and great neighborhood. We especially love the ballerina theme of the hotel. Would definitely recommend it!!

Superb hotel. My second time in Vienna. First time was so good that I didn't even bother searching for other hotels second time—and it wasn't a let-down. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, great breakfast, friendly staff, safe in the room, nice TV. All in a good location and for a decent price! Highly recommend! Next time I'm in Vienna, I'll be staying here again!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I was visiting on business and alone, so I opted for a smaller room with a single bed. The room was definitely small as advertised! However, it was very clean, decorated nicely, had all the amenities you would expect including a well stocked mini bar, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located on a quiet street but close to local restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again without question, what a hidden gem!

Lovely Hotel with very modern and stylish furnishings, located in a reasonably good area in Vienna. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall modern feel of the suite and the hotel overall. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the breakfast. It was one of the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel and the ever-changing items served fresh was a really nice touch. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful however the reception staff were quite cold and didn't seem willing to be of much help, especially having to go the extra mile if needed.

Clean, light and modern hotel, tastefully styled and decorated with a good eye for detail. Rooms are spacious and actually have enough hooks and bars to hang clothes and towels, which is quite unique! Good beds. Really helpful staff. I would have liked the hotel to be a bit closer to town but it is easily reached by tram and the neighbourhood is lovely. Quiet, too, which you wouldn't get in an inner city location!

Great front desk team - Always helpful. Housekeeping can improve. Breakfast has a great spread but limited options for vegetarian. Everyday omelette option would have been of great help. Also, take away breakfast can have variety if there is continuous travel planned.
